The invention relates to the field of lighters, in particular to a lighter with a replaceable heating wire.

Background

At present, the cigarette is ignited by the charging lighter in the market through the heating wire which is electrified to generate heat and high temperature. After long-term use, soot adheres to the heating wire or blocks the heating wire, so that the working performance of the heating wire is reduced or the heating wire cannot work normally, i.e. the service life of the heating wire is short. And conventional lighter that charges, inside heating wire all be the lug weld on the circuit board, and the heating wire can't be changed, in case the heating wire can't work, whole lighter just has scrapped, needs to purchase again, from this, increases the user and purchases use cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages, an object of the present invention is to provide a lighter with a replaceable heating wire, which can not only improve the accuracy and stability of the electrical contact between the heating wire and the circuit board, but also can move out the heating wire to replace the heating wire, and has the advantages of convenient and fast replacement, high practicability, and reduced use cost.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention to achieve the aim is as follows:

the lighter with the replaceable heating wire comprises a bottom shell and an upper cover arranged on the bottom shell, wherein the upper cover and the bottom shell are combined to form an accommodating cavity, a circuit board is arranged on the bottom shell and located in the accommodating cavity, the lighter is characterized in that a positioning support is arranged on the upper cover and located in the accommodating cavity, a heating wire is movably positioned on the positioning support, and the heating wire is in electrical contact with the circuit board.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the positioning support mainly comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of front positioning arms bent from one side edge of the bottom plate into the cavity, a plurality of rear positioning arms bent from the other side edge opposite to the bottom plate into the cavity, and a plurality of support arms disposed on the bottom plate and located between the front positioning arms and the rear positioning arms, wherein an opening is formed on the bottom plate, the plurality of support arms are formed on the side edge of the opening, and the heating wire is disposed on the support arms and located between the front positioning arms and the rear positioning arms.

As a further improvement of the invention, the front positioning arm and the rear positioning arm are respectively vertically arranged on the side edge of the bottom sheet.

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined purposes, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with the accompanying drawings and the preferred embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a lighter with a replaceable heating wire, including a bottom case 1 and an upper cover 2 disposed on the bottom case 1, the upper cover 2 and the bottom case 1 are combined to form a cavity, a circuit board 3 is disposed on the bottom case 1 and in the cavity, a positioning support 4 is disposed on the upper cover 2 and in the cavity, a heating wire 5 is movably positioned on the positioning support 4, and the heating wire 5 is electrically contacted with the circuit board 3. The heating wire 5 is supported by the positioning support 4 so that the heating wire 5 can be electrically contacted with the circuit board 3; meanwhile, the electric heating wire 5 is positioned by the positioning support 4, so that the electric heating wire 5 is prevented from moving randomly, the electric heating wire 5 can be accurately electrically contacted with the circuit board 3, the electric conduction heating is realized, and the cigarette is ignited by high temperature. Moreover, the heating wire 5 is movably positioned on the positioning support 4, and after the upper cover 2 is separated from the bottom shell 1, the heating wire 5 can be removed and replaced by a new heating wire 5, so that the heating wire can be replaced.

In this embodiment, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the positioning support 4 mainly includes a bottom plate 41, a plurality of front positioning arms 42 bent from one side of the bottom plate 41 into the cavity, a plurality of rear positioning arms 43 bent from the other side opposite to the bottom plate 41 into the cavity, and a plurality of support arms 44 disposed on the bottom plate 41 and located between the front positioning arms 42 and the rear positioning arms 43, wherein an opening 411 is disposed on the bottom plate 41, the plurality of support arms 44 are formed on the side of the opening 411, and the opening 411 is disposed to expose a heating region on the heating wire 5 for lighting a cigarette; the heating wire 5 is placed on the supporting arm 44 and positioned between the front positioning arm 42 and the rear positioning arm 43. The heating wire 5 is supported by the support arm 44 such that the heating wire 5 can be electrically contacted with the circuit board 3. Meanwhile, the front positioning arm 42 is combined with the rear positioning arm 43 to position the heating wire 5 on the positioning support 4, so that the positioning support 4 is prevented from moving randomly, and the stability of the electric contact between the heating wire 5 and the circuit board 3 is improved. The heating wire 5 is positioned by combining the front positioning arm 42 and the rear positioning arm 43, instead of fixing the heating wire 5 on the positioning support 4, so that the heating wire 5 can be conveniently replaced.

Specifically, the front positioning arm 42 and the rear positioning arm 43 are respectively vertically disposed on the side edge of the bottom plate 41. Meanwhile, the number of the front positioning arms 42 and the number of the rear positioning arms 43 may be set according to specific requirements, preferably, the number of the front positioning arms 42 and the number of the rear positioning arms 43 are two, and the two positioning arms are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so as to position the heating wires 5 more accurately and stably.

Specifically, the shape and the number of the supporting arms 44 can be set according to specific requirements, preferably, the supporting arms 44 of the present embodiment are arc-shaped sheets, and the number of the supporting arms 44 is two and are oppositely disposed, so as to support the heating wires 5 more accurately and stably.

For the combination of the positioning support 4 and the upper cover 2, in this embodiment, a plurality of positioning holes 412 are formed on the bottom sheet 41, and a plurality of positioning protrusions 21 inserted into the positioning holes 412 are convexly arranged on the upper cover 2, so that the bottom sheet 41 is positioned on the upper cover 2 and cannot move freely.

Meanwhile, in order to further improve the stability of the bottom sheet 41 disposed on the upper cover 2, in this embodiment, a plurality of limiting blocks 22 are disposed on the outer side edge of the bottom sheet 41 and are protruded on the upper cover 2, and the bottom sheet 41 is limited by the limiting blocks 22.

For the electrical contact between the heating wire 5 and the circuit board 3, in this embodiment, two conductive contact pins 51 are disposed on the side surface of the heating wire 5 facing the circuit board 3, two patches 31 corresponding to the two conductive contact pins 51 and electrically contacting the two conductive contact pins 51 are disposed on the circuit board 3, and the two conductive contact pins 51 of the heating wire 5 are in contact with the two patches 31 on the circuit board 3, so that the heating wire 5 is electrically conductive, and then generates heat, and the cigarette is ignited by high temperature.

In this embodiment, the positioning support 4 may be a metal base, and the front positioning arm 42, the rear positioning arm 43 and the supporting arm 44 directly contacting with the heating wire 5 are just staggered from the conductive contact pin 51 and the conductive wire on the heating wire 5, and do not contact with each other.

As for the connection manner of the bottom case 1 and the upper cover 2, in this embodiment, the bottom case 1 and the upper cover 2 can be connected by screws, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, two upper screw holes 23 are provided on the upper cover 2, two lower screw holes 11 are provided at corresponding positions of the bottom case 1, and then the bottom case 1 and the upper cover 2 can be fixed together by screws 10. When the heating wire 5 needs to be replaced, the screw 10 is unscrewed using a screwdriver, and the heating wire 5 can be opened and replaced.

Of course, the bottom case 1 and the upper cover 2 may be connected by a snap structure. For example, a plurality of clamping positions are formed on the inner side edge of the bottom shell 1, a plurality of buckles are formed at corresponding positions on the lower end edge of the upper cover 2, and the bottom shell 1 and the upper cover 2 can be clamped by the buckles clamped in the clamping positions. When the heating wire 5 needs to be replaced, the upper cover 2 is directly broken off, and the heating wire 5 can be replaced. After replacement, the cover can be directly buckled when being assembled.

The lighter provided by the embodiment is further provided with a battery 20 electrically connected with the circuit board 3, as shown in fig. 3, the arrangement mode and the power supply principle of the battery 20 are the same as those of the conventional rechargeable lighter in the market.

Of course, the lighter provided by the embodiment further comprises other structures, which are the same as the conventional rechargeable lighters in the market, and are not the key points of the embodiment.
