1. A UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) comprising,

the processing unit (110) is used for controlling the following units to work;

the UVC sterilizing unit (120) comprises a UVC LED chip module (121) used for emitting ultraviolet light, and is used for emitting ultraviolet light with certain power to sterilize target sterilizing objects under the control of the processing unit (110);

a power adjusting unit (130) for receiving the instruction from the processing unit (110) and adjusting the power of the UVC killing unit (120);

the safety trigger (140) is connected with the processing unit (110) and is used for controlling the start and stop of the UVC disinfection unit (120);

the timing unit (150) is arranged in or outside the processing unit (110) and is used for controlling the start-stop/killing time of the UVC killing unit (120);

the display unit (160) is connected with the processing unit (110) and is used for displaying the working state and/or time of the UVC sterilization unit (120);

a distance measuring unit (170) connected to the processing unit (110) for measuring a distance between the UVC sterilizer unit (120) and the target sterilizer and transmitting distance information to the processing unit (110), wherein the processing unit (110) sets power and/or time of the UVC sterilizer unit (120) according to the distance information.

The UVC uv disinfection apparatus (10) of claim 1, wherein the UVC uv disinfection apparatus (10) further comprises an image sensing unit (180) connected to the processing unit (110) for acquiring image information of the target sterilizer and transmitting the image information to the processing unit (110), the processing unit (110) identifies and judges a kind of the target sterilizer, and calculates the operation power and time of the UVC sterilizer (120) according to the kind of the target sterilizer.

The UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) of claim 1, further comprising a laser light (122) on the same light emitting surface as said UVC LED chip module (121) in said UVC disinfection unit (120), said laser light (122) for emitting a light beam to indicate a working area or position where said UVC LED chip module (121) emits ultraviolet rays.

The UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) of claim 1 further comprising a housing with a hollow cylinder (191) and a handle (192), said housing having built-in power supply unit (193), processing unit (110), power conditioning unit (130), one end of said hollow cylinder (191) away from said handle (192) being provided with a functional head, said functional head being provided with UVC LED chip module (121), transducer means of distance measuring unit (170) and laser lamp (122), the other end of said hollow cylinder (191) being provided with an LCD display screen (161) of display unit (160), said safety trigger (140) being disposed at one side of said handle (192).

The UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) of claim 4 further including a shroud (194), said shroud (194) housing a functional head located on an end of said hollow cylinder (191) distal from said handle (192) for defining a direction of propagation of ultraviolet light emitted by said UVC LED chip module (121).

The UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) of claim 4, wherein said handle (192) is provided at a bottom thereof with a USB interface (195), said USB interface (195) being electrically connected to said processing unit (110), said USB interface (195) being adapted to plug in an external plug-in.

7. A UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus (10) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 in which said UVC LED chip module (121) includes at least one UVC band ultraviolet light emitting diode.

In one embodiment, the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus further includes an image sensing unit connected to the processing unit, and configured to acquire image information of the target sterilizer and transmit the image information to the processing unit, and the processing unit identifies and determines a type of the target sterilizer, and calculates operating power and time of the UVC sterilizer according to the type of the target sterilizer.

In one embodiment, the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus further includes a laser lamp on the same light emitting surface as the UVC LED chip module in the UVC disinfection unit, wherein the laser lamp is used for emitting a light beam to mark a working area or position where the UVC LED chip module emits ultraviolet rays.

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, the present invention provides a UVC ultraviolet ray sterilization apparatus 10, wherein the UVC ultraviolet ray sterilization apparatus 10 includes a processing unit 110 for controlling operations of various components; the UVC sterilizing unit 120 includes a UVC LED chip module 121 emitting ultraviolet light, and preferably, the UVC LED chip module 121 includes at least one ultraviolet light emitting diode in a UVC band, and is configured to emit ultraviolet light with certain light energy under the control of the processing unit 110, so as to ensure a sterilizing effect of the UVC sterilizing unit 120 on the target sterilizing object. The UVC LED is a semiconductor light source emitting ultraviolet rays, has the advantages of being high in efficiency, stable, low in power consumption, long in service life, environment-friendly and the like, and the sterilizing efficiency of the UVC LED lamp can reach 99.9% under a certain irradiation dose. A power adjusting unit 130, configured to receive an instruction sent by the processing unit 110 and adjust the operating power of the UVC killing unit 120; the safety trigger 140 is connected with the processing unit 110 and is used for receiving an external instruction and controlling the start and stop of the UVC killing unit 120; the timing unit 150 is internally or externally arranged on the processing unit 110 and is used for controlling the start-stop time of the UVC sterilizing unit 120, that is, controlling the sterilizing duration of the UVC LED chip module 121 in the UVC sterilizing unit 120; a display unit 160 connected to the processing unit 110, for displaying the operating state and/or time of the UVC killing unit 120; and the distance measuring unit 170 is connected to the processing unit 110, and is configured to measure a distance between the UVC killing unit 120 and the target killer, and transmit distance information to the processing unit 110, and after receiving the distance information, the processing unit 110 sets power and time of the UVC killing unit 120 according to the distance information, so as to implement feedback adjustment on the UVC killing unit 120.

In the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus 10 according to the present invention, the processing unit 110, the UVC sterilizing unit 120, the power adjusting unit 130, and the timing unit 150 are respectively disposed, so that the sterilizing operation power and the sterilizing time can be respectively set, that is, the irradiation intensity and the irradiation time of the UVC ultraviolet rays are limited to ensure the sterilizing effect; by arranging the distance measuring unit 170, the processing unit 110 can calculate the power and time required for effectively killing the target killing object according to the position of the target killing object transmitted by the distance measuring unit 170, and respectively set the power adjusting unit 130 and the timing unit 150 to realize automatic killing of the target killing object, and can input instructions on the display unit 160 to manually set the parameters of the power adjusting unit 130 and the timing unit 150 to realize manual killing of the target killing object, the disinfection device can switch between two killing modes according to the needs of a user, and the processing unit 110 sets the power adjusting unit 130 and the timing unit 150 to optimize the working parameters of the killing device and further strengthen the killing effect, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively resisting viruses and toxic and harmful microorganisms.

It should be noted that, in the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus 10 provided with the distance measuring unit 170 of the present embodiment, in actual operation, when the safety trigger 140 is pressed to activate the UVC disinfection unit 120, the distance measuring unit 170 measures the distance between the target disinfection object and the disinfection apparatus, and transmits the distance information to the processing unit 110, so that the processing unit 110 calculates the time required for the disinfection operation according to the distance information, and sends instructions to the power adjusting unit 130 and the timing unit 150 to set the operation power and the disinfection time of the UVC disinfection unit 120, thereby achieving automatic disinfection of the target disinfection object. In addition, an operation button 141 may be further provided between the processing unit 110 and the distance measuring unit 170, so that a user may selectively press the operation button 141 according to his or her own needs, at which time the operating mode of the UVC ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus may be selected, and when the automatic mode is selected, the processing unit 110 may automatically calculate and set power and time required for the sterilizing unit 120 according to the distance measured by the distance measuring unit 170. On the contrary, when the manual mode is selected, the distance measuring unit 170 is not required to measure the distance, and at this time, the user needs to manually input an instruction to the sterilizing apparatus, that is, to input the sterilizing power value and the sterilizing time value, so as to set technical parameters of the sterilizing apparatus. In other words, the activation of the distance measuring unit 170 may be a click-on-demand, and the operation button 141 is actually used to switch the two operation modes of the sterilizing apparatus to perform manual sterilization or automatic sterilization according to the user's demand.

Safety trigger 140 is used for opening and close degassing unit, and is specific, safety trigger 140 respectively with processing unit 110 and UVC LED chip module 121 electric connection, and it not only can be used to realize degassing unit's switching on and shutting down, can also be used to control UVC LED chip module 121 and close under emergency. Preferably, the safety trigger 140 is a normally open switch, and the safety trigger 140 is closed during the killing operation to connect the processing unit 110 and the UVC LED chip module 121. Specifically, in the using process of the disinfection device, a user needs to continuously press the safety trigger 140 to close the safety trigger 140, so as to facilitate the electricity getting work of the UVC LED chip module 121; when an emergency occurs, the user only needs to release the safety trigger 140, the safety trigger 140 is disconnected, the UVC LED chip module 121 is powered off, and the working state is switched to cope with the emergency.

In one embodiment, the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus further includes an image sensing unit 180 connected to the processing unit 110, the image sensing unit 180 includes an image sensor for acquiring image information of the target sterilizer and transmitting the image information to the processing unit 110, the processing unit 110 identifies and judges a kind of the target sterilizer, and calculates operation power and time of the UVC sterilizer 120 according to the kind of the target sterilizer. Specifically, image information of different types of objects and corresponding operation power values and killing time values for the different types of objects are preset in the processing unit 110, when the image sensor captures or detects the image information of the target killing object, the image sensor transmits the image information to the processing unit 110, the processing unit 110 compares the image information with the image information set in the processing unit 110 and judges the type of the target killing object, and then selects the corresponding operation power value and killing time value according to the judgment result, and simultaneously sends an operation power adjustment signal to the power adjustment unit 130 and a killing time adjustment signal to the timing unit 150, so that the UVC killing unit 120 operates at a predetermined operation power and killing time. It should be noted that the use of the image sensing unit 180 is complementary to the adjustment of the parameters of the distance measuring unit 170, and in the use process of the disinfection apparatus, on the premise that the time required for the distance measuring unit 170 to kill the target disinfectant at the specific position is set, the image sensing unit 180 further identifies the type of the target disinfectant at the specific position, thereby further optimizing the operating parameters of the disinfection apparatus.

In an embodiment, the UVC ultraviolet disinfection apparatus further includes a laser lamp 122 on the same light emitting surface as the UVC LED chip module 121 in the UVC disinfection unit 120, wherein the laser lamp 122 is configured to emit a light beam to mark a working area or position where the UVC LED chip module 121 emits ultraviolet rays. The LCD screen 161 is used for displaying the working status and parameters of the disinfection device, such as working mode, power level, power condition and disinfection time, and is also used for receiving external commands and sending the external commands to the processing unit 110 to further adjust the working status of the disinfection device. The safety trigger 140 is arranged on one side of the handle 192 and used for starting and stopping the UVC LED chip module 121.

Referring further to fig. 2, as shown in the figure, the LCD screen 161 is provided at the bottom thereof with four buttons, which sequentially include an operation button 141 for switching the operation mode of the sterilizing apparatus, a power setting button 142 for adjusting the sterilizing power of the sterilizing apparatus, a time length increasing button 143 for setting the time value of the timer unit 150, and a time length decreasing button 144, for receiving a user command in the manual mode and setting the operation parameters of the sterilizing apparatus.

In one embodiment, the side wall of the hollow cylinder 191 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 191a for communicating the inner cavity of the hollow cylinder 191 with the external environment, so as to prevent the heat generated during the operation of each component from accumulating in the hollow cylinder 191, thereby preventing each component in the hollow cylinder 191 from continuously generating high heat and further causing the damage problem of the disinfection device, and prolonging the service life of the disinfection device. It should be noted that, in actual production, the anti-slip pattern may be disposed on the handle 192 to increase the friction between the hand of the user and the handle 192, so as to prevent the disinfection device from slipping and being damaged during use, and ensure the reliability and safety of the disinfection device.

In addition, the timing unit 150 is also accommodated in the inner cavity of the housing and is electrically connected to the processing unit 110 and the UVC LED chip module 121, respectively, and the timing unit 150 is configured to be turned on and off at a predetermined time point under the control of the processing unit 110 to turn off or turn on the UVC LED chip module 121, so as to adjust the killing time of the UVC LED chip module 121.

In an embodiment, a USB interface 195 is disposed at the bottom of the handle 192, the USB interface 195 is electrically connected to the processing unit 110, and the USB interface 195 is used for inserting an external plug-in. By arranging the USB interface 195 at the bottom of the handle 192, an external preset plug-in can be connected with the USB interface 195, so as to facilitate the introduction of a corresponding software module or a programming system into the processing unit 110, thereby achieving the purposes of expanding the functions of the processing unit 110 and optimizing the upgrading of the disinfection device.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a logic control diagram of a UVC uv disinfection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, during use of the sterilizing device, the user can press the operation button 141 as needed to select the automatic mode or the manual mode. If the user selects the automatic mode, the user presses the safety trigger 140, the distance measuring unit 170 works and measures the distance between the disinfection device and the target disinfection object, the distance measuring unit 170 then transmits the measured distance information to the processing unit 110, so that the processing unit 110 can calculate the disinfection power and disinfection time required for disinfecting and killing the target disinfection object according to the distance information, and the power adjusting unit 130 and the timing unit 150 are set, thereby adjusting the disinfection power and disinfection time of the disinfection device. After the sterilizing power and the sterilizing time of the system are set, the sterilizing device can send out prompt tones to users through the built-in or external prompting device to prompt the users that the sterilizing device can work normally. The safety trigger 140 is then released and depressed again to begin the task of killing. When the sterilizing device continuously works and reaches the time required by sterilization, the sterilizing device gives out the prompt tone again to indicate that the sterilization task is finished. In the disinfection process, if an emergency situation occurs, the user can timely release the safety trigger 140, the disinfection device stops working, and the emergency situation is responded.

When the manual mode, i.e., the non-automatic mode, is selected, the user can set the sterilizing power and the sterilizing time of the sterilizing apparatus by giving instructions to buttons around the LCD display screen 161. After the disinfection device is set, the safety trigger 140 can be pressed down to perform disinfection operation, when the disinfection time reaches the disinfection set value set by the system, the disinfection device gives out prompt sound again, and the UVC LED chip module 121 and the processing unit 110 are disconnected, so that the disinfection of the target disinfection object is completed. In the disinfection process, if an emergency situation occurs, the user can timely release the safety trigger 140, the disinfection device stops working, and the emergency situation is responded.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
