An adjustable rope hanging device is characterized by comprising a binding band, a plurality of joints penetrating through the binding band and a fastening piece fixed at one end of the binding band, wherein the fastening piece comprises a first frame rod, a second frame rod and a third frame rod which are transversely arranged, overhead and rigid, which are arranged on the inner side of the head at one end of the binding band from outside to inside;
