The invention relates to a paper extraction box, in particular to a cardless paper extraction box.

Background

The tissue box is called a tissue box in foreign countries, is a box mainly used for containing toilet paper, paper products and the like, and is suitable for various occasions. The tissue box is a combination of the packaging structure, the packaging form and the packaging art of the tissue box, is practical and attractive, and is divided into square or rectangular shapes by people in order to avoid wasting high-cost toilet paper, the toilet paper is stacked mutually and then placed into the tissue box with a small opening, and one tissue box can be taken out from the small opening every time, so that the tissue box is named; the common paper extraction boxes are placed on a table, and people can extract paper products; the paper extraction box in the current market extracts paper products by being placed on a table, and the side structure enables the paper extraction box to be separated from the table surface in the paper product extraction process, so that the paper products are difficult to extract and can be broken.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a cardless tissue cassette that prevents the tissue from being pulled apart during extraction.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a card-free paper extraction box which comprises a box body, wherein the top of the box body is movably connected with a cover plate, and two ends of a bottom plate are fixedly connected to the bottom of the box body through a first arc plate and a second arc plate respectively; the back of the box body is fixedly connected with a buckling claw; one side of the cover plate is movably connected to the top of the box body through a lever rolling shaft, and the other side of the cover plate is movably connected to the cover plate through a movable rod.

Preferably, the box body has two screw holes on the back.

Preferably, the two screw holes are axisymmetrically arranged with respect to a center line of the rear surface of the case.

Preferably, the paper outlet of the cover plate is a blunt outlet.

Preferably, at least one of the first and second arc plates is provided with water leakage holes.

Preferably, the lever roll axis is bearing mounted.

Preferably, the number of the catching jaws is two.

Preferably, the two clasps are arranged axisymmetrically about the centerline of the back of the case.

In the technical scheme, the non-card paper extraction box provided by the invention is buckled in some clamping grooves through the buckling claws, the radian plate at the bottom of the box body can reduce the friction between paper and the box in the process of extracting the paper, and the paper is always in a rolling state as long as the paper is extracted, so that the paper is effectively prevented from being pulled apart in the extracting process.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "front, back, top, bottom" and the like included in a term merely represent the orientation of the term in a conventional use state or a colloquial meaning understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the term.

The invention provides a card-free tissue box, which comprises a box body 1, wherein the top of the box body 1 is movably connected with a cover plate 2, and two ends of a bottom plate are fixedly connected to the bottom of the box body 1 through a first arc plate 3 and a second arc plate 4 respectively; the back of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a buckling claw 7; one side of the cover plate 2 is movably connected to the top of the box body 1 through a lever rolling shaft 5, and the other side of the cover plate is movably connected to the cover plate 2 through a movable rod 6.

The paper extraction box without the card is buckled in some clamping grooves through the buckling claws 7, the radian plate at the bottom of the box body can reduce the friction between the paper and the box in the extraction process of the paper, and the paper is always in a rolling state as long as the paper is extracted, so that the paper is effectively prevented from being pulled apart in the extraction process.

In the present invention, in order to further facilitate the fixing of the case 1, it is preferable that the case 1 has two screw holes on the rear surface thereof. The screw holes may be screwed to fix the case 1. The distribution of the screw holes may be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the stability of the case 1, preferably, the two screw holes are axisymmetrically arranged with respect to a center line of the rear surface of the case 1.

In the present invention, in order to prevent the paper outlet from injuring the user, it is preferable that the paper outlet of the cover plate 2 is a blunt opening. Therefore, the paper can not be clamped on the paper outlet, and the blunt port can reduce accidental injury of people.

In the present invention, in order to facilitate the drainage of the accumulated water in the box body 1, at least one of the first and second arc plates 3 and 4 is preferably provided with a water leakage hole.

In the present invention, in order to further reduce the paper articles from being torn off, it is preferable that the lever rolling shaft 5 is provided with a bearing. The rolling shaft of the lever is provided with the bearing, so that friction when the paper is drawn is reduced, the paper is converted from hard friction into rolling friction, and the paper is not easy to break.

In the present invention, the number and distribution of the catching claws 7 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the stability of the case 1, it is preferable that the number of the catching claws 7 is two, and more preferably, the two catching claws 7 are arranged axisymmetrically with respect to the center line of the back surface of the case 1.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
