1. A coating method of an imitated marble pattern is characterized by comprising the following steps:

providing a base material, wherein the base material is provided with a preset pattern area;

3. The coating method of artificial marble patterns according to claim 2, wherein the raw material forming the top color layer further comprises a first solvent, and the first solvent is a mixed solvent of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and dimethyl carbonate.

4. The coating method of marble-like pattern according to claim 3, wherein the volume ratio of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate to dimethyl carbonate is 1 (4-7).

5. The coating method of imitated marble patterns according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the temacolor series color paste to the first solvent is (1-8): (92-99).

6. The coating method of artificial marble patterns according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first plasticizer is one or more selected from the group consisting of acetone, dimethyl carbonate and butyl acetate.

7. The coating method of artificial marble patterns according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the second plasticizer is acetone.

88 to 94 percent of second solvent,

Technical Field

Background

The natural marble has clear texture, rich colors and rich color layering sense, is used for decorating people to have high-end and atmospheric sense, but the natural marble has the advantages of high price, inconvenient installation, improper operation, easy fragmentation, large-area integral installation, easy drop and inapplicability to complex structures.

At present, a lot of water-in-water system coatings with marble-like effects appear on the market, and although the marble coated by the marble-like coatings is rich in color, the color layering sense is not strong, the texture is not clear or does not have the texture at all, and the high-end coating requirements cannot be met. The coating method of the artificial marble pattern of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

Specifically, the coating method of the imitated marble pattern can be applied to various base materials, and the base materials can be porous and loose base materials (such as wood, putty base surfaces and the like) or compact base materials (such as PVC plates and the like). When the base color is directly sprayed on the solid primer layer by adopting a dry spraying method, the color depth can be adjusted by adjusting the spraying times.

The base color comprises the following raw materials:

88% -94% of a second solvent;

5% -10% of acrylic resin;

0.5 to 3 percent of color essence;

the second solvent is a mixed solvent of propylene glycol methyl ether and ethanol.

And when the ground color is prepared, putting the acrylic resin and part of the second solvent into a dispersion cylinder, stirring, adding the rest solvent and the color concentrate, and continuously stirring to obtain the ink.

The specific method for modifying the ground color layer by adopting the first plasticizer comprises the following steps:

dipping the first molding agent with cotton, and modifying the ground color layer to present a preset pattern.

It is understood that the preset pattern includes a plurality of textures of the enlarged marble. The texture can be adjusted as desired.

The amount of the first plasticizer dipped is controlled so that the first plasticizer does not drip from the cotton.

Preferably, the first plasticizer is a solvent with a volatilization rate (butyl acetate is 1) being more than or equal to 1 and a boiling point being less than or equal to 95 ℃. More preferably, the first plasticizer is acetone.

The first molding agent can dissolve the resin in the ground color layer, so that the ground color layer presents a preset pattern.

When the surface color layer is formed, the surface color can be directly sprayed on the base color layer presenting the preset pattern by a spray gun through a dry spraying method.

When the surface color is directly sprayed on the base color layer presenting the preset pattern, the color depth can be adjusted by adjusting the spraying times.

The raw material of the surface color layer contains color paste of a special model, namely temacolor series color paste, and when the second molding agent is used for selectively printing and pressing a specific area, the surface color layer in the peripheral area is not easy to generate the phenomena of flowering and edge accumulation.

Preferably, the raw materials of the face color comprise:

92% -99% of a first solvent;

1 to 8 percent of temacolor series color paste.

It will be understood that when the substrate is a porous, open substrate, a solid color primer layer may be formed on the surface of the substrate, and after the printing is performed slightly, a portion of the solid color primer layer is exposed. Dipping the second plastic agent by cotton, and controlling the dipping amount to ensure that the second plastic agent can not drip from the cotton.

The clear finish is selected from PU clear finish or water-based 2K PU clear finish.

Unless otherwise stated, the raw materials in the following embodiments are all commercially available.

the temacolor series color paste was purchased from the company of Xibi (CPS) in Finland, and temacolor T24 was a green color paste. temacolor T21 is a black color prize.

The water-based 2K PU solid color primer adopts CAWD 400-water-based double-component white primer produced by Jia Bao Li.

Acrylic resin was purchased from Nepetes resin (Foshan) Inc. under model number SETALUX 1263 SS-51.

The water-based 2K PU clear finish adopts CAWM 409-water-based two-component bright clear finish produced by Jia Bao Li.
