6. The zero-VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition of claim 1, wherein the thickener is selected from the group consisting of: cellulose ether, polyurethane rheology modifier, inorganic bentonite or combination thereof;

the dispersant is selected from: sodium salts, ammonium salts, or combinations thereof;

the wetting agent is an alkyl ether type wetting agent:

the film-forming assistant is alcohol ester type film-forming assistant.

7. The zero-VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition of claim 1, wherein the pigment is titanium dioxide;

the filler is selected from the group consisting of: wollastonite, silica, mica powder, talcum powder, calcined kaolin, nepheline powder, heavy calcium or a combination thereof.

8. The zero-VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition of claim 1, wherein the film-forming material is an acrylic copolymer emulsion.

9. The zero-VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition of claim 8, wherein the acrylic copolymer emulsion has a particle size distribution of 150 to 240nm and a glass transition temperature Tg of: 40-50 ℃, and the minimum film forming temperature MFFT of the acrylic copolymer emulsion is as follows: 40-50 ℃.

10. A method of preparing a zero VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

(1) putting water into a dispersion tank, and controlling the rotating speed to be 300-500 revolutions per minute;

(2) adding the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into a dispersing tank in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(3) adding pigment and filler into a dispersion tank, increasing the rotating speed to 1200-1800 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 15 +/-3 minutes;

(4) after high-speed dispersion, reducing the rotating speed to 600-800 revolutions per minute, adding water, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(5) slowly adding the film forming substance, and stirring for 5 +/-2 minutes;

(6) then adding a film forming aid, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(7) then adding the mildew preventive and the preservative in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(8) slowly adding the aqueous superfine oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(9) adding the thickening agent, stirring for 3 +/-1 min, and adjusting the leveling property;

(10) then adding a pH regulator to reach the required pH value (the pH value is 8-10);

(11) and finally, adding water to adjust the viscosity to obtain the zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of the toning technology and application of water-based interior wall paint, in particular to preparation and application of a high-environmental-protection zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning paint composition.

Background

Along with the development of the country and the world, the living abundance of substances is increased day by day, and the attention on the safety damage of harmful substances in living environment to the human body is stronger and stronger. In recent years, the development of water-based architectural coatings is changing day by day, and new technologies emerge endlessly. The demand on the functionality of the water-based architectural coating on the market is more and more, and various special functional properties of the coating are concerned by the broad consumer groups while paying attention to the environmental protection performance requirement of the coating.

The world in which we live is a colorful space, which gives the need for colorful coatings to decorate our homes, recreational malls, movie theaters, restaurants, and the like. The existing water-based dark-color toning paint needs to be added with a large amount of color paste for toning, so that the hydrophilic property of a paint film coating is stronger, and the excellent wet rubbing powder-falling property is always a challenge target of the water-based dark-color toning paint.

In summary, there is an urgent need in the art to develop a zero-VOC aqueous interior wall toning coating for building wall surfaces, and the product needs to meet the requirements of high environmental protection; excellent wet rub dusting resistance and finger scratch whitening resistance; the color paste has good color matching function and good compatibility with various series of color pastes; the hydrophobicity and the stain resistance are good, and the hardness of a paint film is high; and has high-efficiency anti-formaldehyde function.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to develop a zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition which is used for building wall surfaces, so that the composition has excellent requirements on wet rubbing powder resistance and finger scratch whitening resistance, and simultaneously the product meets the requirements on high environmental protection, excellent formaldehyde resistance and excellent stain resistance.

The invention provides a zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

an acceptable amount of water is added to the water,

wherein the average particle diameter of the particles in the aqueous fine oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion is 0.01-0.1 μm,

the pigment volume concentration of the zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition is 30-50%.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a zero-VOC aqueous interior wall tinting coating composition according to the first aspect of the invention, the method comprising the steps of:

(1) putting water into a dispersion tank, and controlling the rotating speed to be 300-500 revolutions per minute;

(2) adding the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into a dispersing tank in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(3) adding pigment and filler into a dispersion tank, increasing the rotating speed to 1200-1800 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 15 +/-3 minutes;

(4) after high-speed dispersion, reducing the rotating speed to 600-800 revolutions per minute, adding water, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(5) slowly adding the film forming substance, and stirring for 5 +/-2 minutes;

(6) then adding a film forming aid, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(7) then adding the mildew preventive and the preservative in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(8) slowly adding the aqueous superfine oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(9) adding the thickening agent, stirring for 3 +/-1 min, and adjusting the leveling property;

(10) then adding a pH regulator to reach the required pH value (the pH value is 8-10);

(11) and finally, adding water to adjust the viscosity to obtain the zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition.

It is to be understood that within the scope of the present invention, the above-described features of the present invention and those specifically described below (e.g., in the examples) may be combined with each other to form new or preferred embodiments. Preparation method

A preparation method of a zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition comprises the following steps:

(1) putting water into a dispersion tank, and controlling the rotating speed to be 300-500 revolutions per minute;

(2) adding the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into a dispersing tank in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(3) adding pigment and filler into a dispersion tank, increasing the rotating speed to 1200-1800 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 15 +/-3 minutes;

(4) after high-speed dispersion, reducing the rotating speed to 600-800 revolutions per minute, adding water, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(5) slowly adding the film forming substance, and stirring for 5 +/-2 minutes;

(6) then adding a film forming aid, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(7) then adding the mildew preventive and the preservative in sequence, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(8) slowly adding the aqueous superfine oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion, and stirring for 3 +/-1 minutes;

(9) adding the thickening agent, stirring for 3 +/-1 min, and adjusting the leveling property;

(11) and finally, adding water to adjust the viscosity to obtain the zero-VOC water-based interior wall toning coating composition.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. has high formaldehyde resistance.

2. Has excellent color matching function and good compatibility with various series of color pastes.

3. Has excellent wet rub powder resistance and finger scratch whitening resistance.

4. Specific hydrophobicity, better stain resistance and higher hardness.

5. The paint film formed by the paint composition improves the quality of the interior wall toning paint product.
