8. The method for preparing the alkali-resistant primer according to claim 1, comprising:

weighing and batching the components according to corresponding mass percentage, adding water into a dispersion machine, sequentially adding a wetting agent, AMP-95, propylene glycol, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent and an antiseptic bactericide under continuous stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed liquid a;

increasing the rotating speed of the dispersion machine, adding rutile titanium dioxide, calcined kaolin, coarse whiting powder and wollastonite powder into the mixed liquid a under continuous stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed liquid b;

reducing the rotating speed of the dispersion machine, adding the alkali-resistant emulsion and the alcohol ester dodecahydrate into the mixed liquid b under continuous stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed liquid c;

and adding hydroxyethyl cellulose and a thickening agent into the mixed liquid c to reach the index viscosity, and obtaining the alkali-resistant primer.

increasing the rotating speed of the dispersion machine, adding rutile titanium dioxide, calcined kaolin, coarse whiting powder and wollastonite powder into the mixed liquid a under continuous stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed liquid b;

reducing the rotating speed of the dispersion machine, adding the alkali-resistant emulsion and the alcohol ester dodecahydrate into the mixed liquid b under continuous stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed liquid c;

and adding hydroxyethyl cellulose and a thickening agent into the mixed liquid c to reach the index viscosity, and obtaining the alkali-resistant primer.
