Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering, relates to a bottom grid barrier adopted in mountainous rivers, and particularly relates to a technology for preventing the bottom grid barrier from being blocked by driving the bottom grid barrier to automatically rotate by utilizing water flow energy.

Background

In traditional hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering, what was adopted in mountain area river water intaking is end check barrier dam water intaking corridor, and it includes end check barrier and water intaking corridor. The bottom grid barrier is arranged at the top of the water inlet of the water taking gallery. The conventional bottom grid is a fixed arrangement of a plurality of grid bars along the water flow direction (as shown in fig. 1 (a)). In order to prevent impurities such as pebbles from being blocked between the bars, the bars are generally designed to be large in top and small in bottom so as to ensure that the impurities such as pebbles passing through the upper parts of the bars are not blocked at the lower parts of the bars (as shown in fig. 1 (b)). However, the traditional bottom grid barrier always has impurities such as pebbles with different sizes and shapes, which are blocked on the upper part of the grid bars, and gradually accumulates more and more, so that the bottom grid barrier is finally completely blocked, and therefore, in use, the blockage needs to be cleaned frequently, otherwise, the water taking effect is influenced.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a bottom grating capable of automatically discharging sewage to prevent impurities such as pebbles from blocking the bottom grating and affecting the water taking effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic rotating anti-blocking bottom grid barrier, which can automatically intercept sundries and automatically rotate to convey the sundries so as to realize automatic pollution discharge, in view of the defect that the sundries in the traditional bottom grid barrier are difficult to clean.

The invention provides an automatic rotating anti-blocking bottom grid, which is characterized in that a plurality of grid bars perpendicular to the water flow direction are arranged at the top of a water inlet of a water taking gallery at equal intervals along the water flow direction, two ends of each grid bar are rotatably arranged in two side wall surfaces of the water taking gallery through bearings, water flow impact driving mechanisms are arranged on the grid bars, and all the grid bars form a conveying grid under the driving of the water flow impact driving mechanisms to convey sundries attached to the grid bars to the downstream. Under the effect of water flow impact, the water flow impact driving mechanism can drive the grid bars to rotate, so that sundries such as pebbles attached to the grid bars are driven to rotate, the sundries move towards the downstream until the sundries drop from the downstream end of the bottom grid, the automatic pollution discharge of the bottom grid is realized, and the blockage is avoided.

Therefore, the water flow impacts the impact bucket on the chain or the transmission belt to assist in pushing the chain or the transmission belt to move, and then all the grid bars are driven to rotate through the chain or the transmission belt, so that the automatic cleaning of the grid bars is facilitated. In a preferred implementation mode, the interval between two adjacent impact buckets is 0.1-0.5 m.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic rotating anti-blocking bottom grating provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

3. The automatic rotating anti-blocking bottom grid barrier provided by the invention can convey any sundries attached to the grid bars to a downstream river channel without manual cleaning, is convenient for later maintenance, can save the labor cost for cleaning the bottom grid barrier, and the like, and is particularly suitable for taking water from mountainous rivers.
