On the basis of the technical scheme, further, the voice playing device comprises a voice playing unit, wherein the voice playing unit is connected with an MCU unit, referring to fig. 8 and 11, the voice playing unit is powered by 3.3VDC, the voice playing unit is arranged in the upper shell 2, a loudspeaker 9 in the voice playing unit is positioned beside a through hole 2-2 arranged on one side of the upper shell 2, and the through hole 2-2 plays three roles: 1. broadcasting is not blocked; 2. ventilating and radiating; 3. radio frequency signals conveniently enter the upper shell, and the strength of the radio frequency signals is guaranteed. The MCU unit controls the voice playing unit to play voice, and the voice content is controlled by the MCU unit.

On the basis of the above technical scheme, further, including the display module assembly, the display module assembly is connected with the MCU unit, the display module assembly is installed on the surface of upper housing 2 (the attached drawing does not show the display module assembly). The display module adopts the liquid crystal module of which the model is LS013B7DH01 and is powered by a 5VDC power supply, and the MCU unit controls the liquid crystal module to display.

In the invention, one side of the upper shell 2 or the lower connecting seat 3 opposite to the key insertion hole is fixedly connected with the key insertion plate 1 through a chain 10, and the length of the chain 10 ensures that the key insertion plate 1 cannot be inserted into the key insertion hole 2-1 of the electronic lock.

A control method of an electronic lock of a shopping cart comprises the following steps:

1) the communication module is successfully connected with the server;

2) the MCU unit receives a remote unlocking command through a data transceiving end connected with the communication module;

3) the MCU unit executes an unlocking command, namely outputs a forward rotation control signal to the driving module, the driving module drives the motor to rotate forward, the motor drives the lock bolt to unlock, the motor stops rotating when unlocking is completed, and the MCU unit sends the current lock state to the server through the communication module;

4) when the key inserting plate is inserted, the key inserting plate triggers the locking signal triggering circuit unit, and the locking signal triggering circuit unit outputs a switching value triggering signal to the MCU unit;

5) the MCU unit receives and identifies the switching value trigger signal, responds to and outputs a reversal control signal to the driving module, the driving module drives the motor to reverse, the motor drives the lock tongue to be locked, the motor stops rotating when the locking is completed, and the MCU unit sends the current locking state to the server through the communication module.

Further, in step 1), when the communication module adopts a GPRS module and a Bluetooth module at the same time, the MCU unit determines whether the connection between the Bluetooth module and the GPRS module and the server is successful, and if the connection between the Bluetooth module and the GPRS module is successful, the MCU unit controls the GPRS module to sleep and stand by, and executes step 2); if any one of the Bluetooth module and the GPRS module is successfully connected, the MCU unit executes the step 2). This step can reduce power consumption and achieve energy conservation.

Further, the switching value trigger signal in step 2) is a low level signal or a falling edge signal.

By the method, the server can realize remote control of unlocking the electronic lock of the shopping cart, but cannot control locking, the MCU unit is triggered by the key plug board to control locking, the MCU unit feeds a charging state signal of the charging chip back to the server through the communication module, and the server monitors the running condition of the charging circuit.

When the shopping cart electronic lock is used, a row of shopping carts are arranged in a row, the key inserting plate of the electronic lock of the shopping cart in front is inserted into the key inserting hole of the electronic lock of the shopping cart in back, and the key inserting plate cannot be inserted into the key inserting hole of the electronic lock of the shopping cart, so that the shopping cart electronic lock enables the shopping carts in the row to be connected, and the shopping carts are managed.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate rather than limit the invention, and a person skilled in the art may still make modifications to the solutions described in the examples, and any modifications and changes made to the invention shall be considered as the scope of the invention.
