1. A fresh air device, comprising:

a pawl (331) provided on the housing (10);

the ratchet wheel (332) is rotatably arranged on the shell (10), the pawl (331) is matched with the ratchet wheel (332), and the ratchet wheel (332) is connected with the fan blade (32); the pawl (331) limits rotation of the ratchet (332) when the airflow in the communication passage flows in the first flow direction; when the airflow in the communication channel flows along the second flow direction, the fan blade (32) drives the ratchet wheel (332) to rotate.

The invention relates to the technical field of fresh air devices, in particular to a fresh air device.

Background

At present, the clean structure of filter screen of new trend device generally includes brush, driving motor and ash storage box, and after dust, debris pile up ash storage box, need the manual work to wash after dismantling ash storage box.

However, the fresh air device in the prior art cannot automatically perform cleaning treatment, and is inconvenient for a user to operate.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a fresh air device, and aims to solve the technical problem that the filter element of the fresh air device is inconvenient to clean in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fresh air device, including: the shell is provided with a first communication port, a second communication port and a communication channel communicated with the first communication port and the second communication port, the first communication port is used for being communicated with indoor air, and the second communication port is used for being communicated with outdoor air; the gas flow in the communication passage has a first flow direction flowing from the second communication port to the first communication port and a second flow direction flowing from the first communication port to the second communication port; the filter element is arranged in the communication channel so as to filter the air in the communication channel through the filter element; the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning part, the cleaning part is attached to the filter piece, and the cleaning part is movably arranged on the filter piece; when the airflow in the communication channel flows along the second flow direction, the cleaning part moves relative to the filter piece so as to enable the dust on the surface of the filter piece to fall off from the filter piece through the cleaning part and bring the dust to the outside through the airflow in the communication channel.

Therefore, the technical problem that the filter element of the fresh air device is inconvenient to clean in the prior art can be solved through the technical scheme provided by the invention.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the fresh air device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, a filter member 20, and a cleaning mechanism 30, the housing 10 has a first communication port 11, a second communication port 12, and a communication passage provided in communication with both the first communication port 11 and the second communication port 12, the first communication port 11 is for communicating with indoor air, the second communication port 12 is for communicating with outdoor air, and an air flow in the communication passage has a first flow direction flowing from the second communication port 12 to the first communication port 11 and a second flow direction flowing from the first communication port 11 to the second communication port 12. Specifically, when the flow direction of the air flow is the first flow direction, at the moment, the fresh air device is used for providing fresh air indoors. When the flow direction of the air flow is the second flow direction, the fresh air device is used for exhausting air to the outside. The filter member 20 is disposed in the communication passage to filter air in the communication passage through the filter member 20. Cleaning mechanism 30 includes clean portion 31, and clean portion 31 and the setting of laminating of filtering piece 20, clean portion 31 movably sets up on filtering piece 20. When the air flow in the communication passage flows in the second flow direction, the cleaning portion 31 moves relative to the filter member 20, so that the dust on the surface of the filter member 20 is removed from the filter member 20 by the cleaning portion 31, and the dust is carried to the outside of the room by the air flow in the communication passage. The housing 10 in this embodiment may be an air duct.

To further enhance the cleaning effect, the cleaning portion 31 in the present embodiment is a cleaning brush, and the cleaning brush is rotatably disposed in the communication passage. Specifically, when the air flow in the communication passage flows in the second flow direction, the cleaning brush brushes off the dust deposit on the surface of the filter member 20, and the dust deposit is discharged to the outside by the air flow.

Specifically, the cleaning mechanism 30 in this embodiment further includes a fan blade 32, the fan blade 32 is rotatably disposed in the communicating channel, and the cleaning portion 31 is disposed on the fan blade 32, so that when the fan blade 32 is driven by the airflow in the communicating channel to rotate, the cleaning portion 31 is driven by the fan blade 32 to rotate. With such an arrangement, the fan blade 32 can rotate under the action of the airflow, and the fan blade 32 drives the cleaning brush to brush down the dust on the filter element 20, so that the dust can be discharged to the outside through the airflow. By adopting the arrangement, the cleaning treatment of the filter piece 20 can be completed without arranging an additional driving part to drive the fan blade 32, the structure is simple and reliable, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Specifically, the cleaning mechanism 30 in this embodiment further includes a limiting assembly 33, and at least a portion of the limiting assembly 33 is configured to limit abutment with the cleaning portion 31, so that when the airflow in the communication channel flows in the first flow direction, the movement of the cleaning portion 31 is limited by the limiting assembly 33. In the embodiment, the fan blade 32 is disposed on one side of the filter member 20, the limiting component 33 is disposed on the other side of the filter member 20, and at least a part of the limiting component 33 is connected with the rotation shaft of the fan blade 32. By adopting the arrangement, the space layout is more compact, and meanwhile, the limiting assembly is convenient to adjust, so that the cleaning part 31 is better limited through the limiting assembly 33, and the cleaning effect is better played.

Specifically, the limiting member 33 in this embodiment includes a pawl 331 and a ratchet 332, and the pawl 331 is disposed on the housing 10. The ratchet 332 is rotatably disposed on the housing 10, the pawl 331 is disposed in cooperation with the ratchet 332, and the ratchet 332 is connected to the fan blade 32. When the air flow in the communication channel flows in the first flow direction, the clamping jaw blocks ratchet 332 so that pawl 331 limits the rotation of ratchet 332. When the airflow in the communication channel flows along the second flow direction, the blade 32 rotates under the action of the wind force, the blade 32 drives the ratchet 332 to rotate, and the cleaning brush on the blade 32 stirs the dust on the filter element 20, so that the dust is discharged to the outside through the airflow. With such an arrangement, the ratchet 332 and the pawl 331 are simple in structure, convenient to produce and manufacture, good in limiting effect, and convenient to reliably limit the cleaning portion 31.

In order to facilitate the installation of the limiting component 33, the fresh air device in this embodiment further includes a support 40, the support 40 is disposed on the housing 10, the support 40 includes an annular housing 41, a circulation channel surrounded by the annular housing 41 is communicated with the communication channel, the pawl 331 is disposed on the annular housing 41, and the ratchet 332 is located in the circulation channel. With such an arrangement, by arranging both the pawl 331 and the ratchet 332 on the bracket 40, it is possible to facilitate assembly of the pawl 331 and the ratchet 332, so that the ratchet 332 and the pawl 331 can stably perform a limiting function.

In order to further improve the structural stability of the support 40, the support 40 of the present embodiment further includes a plurality of support arms 42, one ends of the plurality of support arms 42 are disposed on the annular housing 41 at intervals, the other ends of the plurality of support arms 42 are all connected, and the pawl 331 is disposed on any one of the support arms 42. Specifically, the support 40 in this embodiment further includes an annular ring, the annular ring is located in the circulation channel, the center line of the annular ring is overlapped with the center line of the annular housing 41, the number of the support arms 42 is three, one end of each of the three support arms 42 is disposed on the inner wall of the annular housing 41, and the other end of each of the three support arms 42 is disposed on the annular ring.

Specifically, the filter member 20 in this embodiment is a filter net, and the filter net is disposed at the second communication port 12. By adopting the arrangement, outdoor fresh air can be conveniently filtered, so that the quality of introduced fresh air is improved, and the use comfort of a user is further improved.

In this embodiment, in order to facilitate installation of the fan blades 32, the fresh air device further includes an installation frame 70, and the installation frame 70 is located in the flow channel. Mounting bracket 70 includes support body and connecting portion, and the support body setting is on shell 10, and connecting portion are connecting sleeve, and connecting sleeve is conical sleeve structure, is provided with conical bellying on the fan blade 32, and conical bellying sets up on connecting sleeve, and conical bellying can be at the connecting sleeve internal rotation to drive fan blade 32 and rotate under the effect of air current, and then drive the cleaning brush through fan blade 32 and clean filtering piece 20. The fresh air device in this embodiment further includes a transmission shaft 60, one end of the transmission shaft 60 is connected to the rotation shaft of the fan blade 32, and the other end of the transmission shaft 60 passes through the filter element 20 and is connected to the ratchet 332, so that the rotation of the fan blade 32 is limited by the ratchet 332, and a limiting effect is reliably achieved.

In this embodiment, the fresh air device further includes a fan component 50, the fan component 50 is disposed on the housing 10, the fan component 50 includes a driving blade 51 and a motor, and the motor drives the driving blade 51 to rotate, so as to change the flow direction of the air flow in the communication channel by changing the rotation direction of the driving blade 51. The fan assembly 50 in this embodiment further includes a volute 52, and the driving fan 51 is disposed in the volute 52.

As shown in fig. 2, with the fresh air device provided in this embodiment, the driving fan 51 is driven by the dc motor to rotate forward under a normal working condition, which is also referred to as a fresh air conveying condition, and at this time, outdoor air flows from the outside through the bracket 40, the ratchet 332 mechanism, the fan 32, and the cleaning portion 31, then flows to the air duct, and finally enters the room after passing through the air duct in the volute 52, and at this time, the flow direction of the air enters the room from the outside, thereby playing a role of conveying the fresh air. As shown in fig. 4, at this time, the fan blade 32 (with the cleaning brush) device is forced to be locked and fixed by the pawl 331 in the ratchet 332 mechanism, and the fresh air conveying state can last for a long time, and meanwhile, dust can be accumulated on the filter screen, and the dust can be accumulated in the filter screen over time.
