Background

Dust particles and harmful bacteria contained in the air are more and more, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in weather forecast is an important index concerned by people, a large amount of viruses and bacteria are contained in haze, infectious diseases are frequently caused, especially, the old and children with weak resistance are susceptible to the infectious diseases in the haze, so that people with the air pollution index above a light pollution can take a mask when going out, a window is closed indoors, and an air purifier is opened, but the air purifier has a small air purification range, and cannot realize whole-room purification; the swine fever epidemic situation caused by African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) is developed in many countries in 2018, people are prohibited from pork, and meanwhile, huge economic loss is caused to farmers.

Many experiments prove that ultraviolet LEDs irradiate viruses or bacteria, the types of the bacteria and the viruses are not distinguished, DNA of the bacteria can be directly damaged to kill the bacteria and the viruses, the killing rate reaches more than 99%, people are researching and developing various ultraviolet LED products to replace mercury lamps for sterilization and disinfection at present, and as the ultraviolet LEDs comprehensively replace the mercury lamps for sterilization and disinfection in 2020, the ultraviolet LED.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, one of the main objectives of the present invention is to provide a new sterilization air system based on uv LED and its application, so as to at least partially solve at least one of the above technical problems.

In order to achieve the above object, as one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an ultraviolet LED based sterilization fresh air system, including:

an air inlet;

an ultraviolet LED module that sterilizes air;

a dust filter for filtering dust in the air;

the fan is used for introducing air into the sterilization fresh air system from the air inlet;

the baffle is used for blocking cold air from entering the room after the system is closed; and

and the air outlet is used for discharging clean air.

As another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides an application of the sterilization fresh air system in the field of air purification.

Based on the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the ultraviolet LED-based sterilization fresh air system and the application thereof have at least one of the following advantages:

1. the invention utilizes the ultraviolet sterilization function of the ultraviolet LED to quickly kill viruses and bacteria entering the room, thereby achieving the effect of safe ventilation;

2. according to different seasons and different bacteria contents, the ultraviolet LED modules are added or reduced on the ultraviolet LED module expansion groove, so that viruses and bacteria can be killed more effectively;

3. the invention has the dust filter to prevent large-particle dust in the air from entering the room;

4. when the air conditioner stops working, the double-layer baffle is closed to prevent external air from directly entering a room;

5. the ultraviolet LED fresh air sterilization system is suitable for various places: the system can play a greater role when used in a farm, such as a family, a school, a hospital, a market and the like.

In order that the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following specific embodiments.

The invention discloses a sterilization fresh air system, which comprises:

an air inlet;

an ultraviolet LED module that sterilizes air;

a dust filter for filtering dust in the air;

the fan is used for introducing air into the sterilization fresh air system from the air inlet;

the baffle is used for blocking cold air from entering the room after the system is closed; and

and the air outlet is used for discharging clean air.

In an exemplary embodiment, the ultraviolet LED sterilization-based fresh air system of the present invention includes an air inlet 1, a double-layer baffle 2, an air filter 3, a fan 4, an ultraviolet LED sterilization module 5, an air outlet 6, a system control circuit unit 7, a remote control network unit 8, and an ultraviolet LED module expansion slot 9.

The system control circuit unit 7 controls the circuit to open the double-layer baffle 2, the fan 4 rotates to lead air into the air inlet 1, dust in the air is filtered out through the air filter 3, bacteria in the air are killed through irradiation of the ultraviolet LED sterilization module 5, and clean air is blown into a room from the air outlet 6.

The double-layer baffle 2 is made of a durable, heat-insulating and anti-oxidation PVC plastic plate, adopts a double-layer design, is closed when a fresh air system does not work, and cannot form heat transfer generated at different indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Double-deck baffle 2, air cleaner 3, fan 4, ultraviolet LED sterilization module 5 all fix on new trend inner wall of the system with the buckle, open the primary shell of new trend system, dismantle, clean, change each subassembly of new trend system inside.

As shown in FIG. 2, the ultraviolet LED sterilization module 5 is a mesh-shaped circular structure, an ultraviolet LED chip 5-1 is packaged at a grid, the ultraviolet LED chip 5-1 is connected in parallel on a copper substrate 5-2 and is connected with a conductive terminal 5-3 at the edge of the copper substrate 5-2, and the conductive terminal 5-3 is connected with a conductive port inside the fresh air system shell. The wavelength of the ultraviolet LED sterilization module 5 is less than 350nm, and the distance between the ultraviolet LED chips 5-1 is less than 5 cm.

The fresh air system is directly controlled by the control circuit system 7 to work, and is connected with the network, and the on-off and timing of the fresh air system are set on the mobile phone and the computer through the remote network control unit 8.

Plant's bacterium is many, is designed with ultraviolet LED module extension groove 9 in this new trend system, connects a plurality of ultraviolet LED modules in parallel as required in the extension inslot, more timely effectual bacterium and the virus of killing the entering.
