Background

The composite material flexible beam is a key moving part in a helicopter rotor system, and bears all loads of a helicopter, including flapping force, shimmy force, centrifugal force generated during high-speed rotation and the like. In order to master the fatigue characteristics of the composite material flexible beam, a fatigue test needs to be carried out on the ground, and before the fatigue test, calibration measurement needs to be carried out on a strain gauge on the flexible beam to determine the relation between bending moment and strain. The calibration result is directly related to success or failure of the test, so that the accurate calibration method is provided and is very important for checking the service life of the helicopter flexible beam. However, no report of relevant mapping devices is currently seen.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above situation in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a stepless variable angle mapping device for calibration before a helicopter flexbeam test, and the device of the present invention is adopted to perform a helicopter flexbeam calibration test, so that the relationship between strain and bending moment on a flexbeam can be accurately obtained, and support is provided for load application in a subsequent fatigue test.

The stepless variable-angle mapping device comprises an adjusting disc, friction plates, a rolling shaft, a support, an angle adjusting assembly and a mounting plate, wherein the rolling shaft penetrates through the support, one end of the rolling shaft is connected with the adjusting disc, the other end of the rolling shaft is connected with a bottom plate of a T-shaped connecting seat, the friction plates are symmetrically mounted on two sides of the rolling shaft, one friction plate is used for preventing the rolling shaft from tilting, the other friction plate is used for locking the rolling shaft, the mounting plate used for mounting a test piece is mounted on a vertical plate of the connecting seat through the angle adjusting assembly, and the angle adjusting assembly can adjust the angle of the test piece. The rotation center of the vertical plate of the connecting seat is consistent with the rotation center of the rolling shaft.

As shown in fig. 1, the stepless variable angle mapping device of the present invention includes an adjusting plate 1, a friction plate 2, a rolling shaft 3, a fixing sleeve 4 (optionally, for fixing the position of the friction plate 2 and maintaining the concentricity of the shaft), a bracket 5, a locking bolt 6, a thread pair 7, a connecting seat 8, an angle adjusting assembly (including an adjusting plate 9 and an angle adjusting table 10), and a mounting plate 11.
