7. Method for controlling a system according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

and (3) spray control: detecting the temperature or humidity of the environment, and starting the shower unit to spray when the temperature or humidity is greater than a preset value; when the temperature or the humidity reaches an ideal value, reducing the output water volume of the shower unit;

Preferably, the first water tank and the second water tank are provided with water inlet pipelines for supplementing water sources; and the water inlet pipeline is provided with an electronic valve which is controlled to be opened or closed by a controller.

Preferably, an electronic valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the refrigerating unit and the first water tank and between the refrigerating unit and the second water tank, and the electronic valve is controlled by a controller to be opened or closed and is used for switching the water tanks communicated with the refrigerating unit.

Referring to the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes a water tank a and a water tank B, wherein the water tank has a water inlet pipeline for supplementing water; an electronic valve is arranged on the water inlet pipeline; the water tank is connected with the refrigerating unit and the shower unit through pipelines, electronic valves are arranged on a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe which are connected, and the water tank needing refrigeration and a water supply tank of the shower unit are selected through opening and closing of the electronic valves on the pipelines.

A water level and temperature detector is arranged in the water tank and used for collecting water level and temperature data of the water tank. To further illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following description is made with reference to specific operations.

The system collects environmental temperature and humidity data, if the environmental temperature and humidity data are larger than a preset value, the refrigerating unit is started to work, and the refrigerating unit stops working until the water temperature reaches the preset value. When the water temperature reaches a preset temperature value, the shower unit is started to work, and a refrigerated atomized water mantle is sprayed to the animal activity display area, so that the environmental temperature is reduced, and the environmental humidity is increased. And when the temperature of the shower area reaches an ideal value, reducing the output water volume of the shower unit.

When the shower is performed, water level data of the two water tanks are collected, if the water level of one water tank reaches a warning value, the water tank is generally a water supply water tank of the shower unit, and an electronic valve is automatically controlled to switch an inlet pipe of the shower unit to the other water tank. Meanwhile, an electronic valve is opened to supplement water to the original water supply tank, the refrigerating unit is started and switched to the original water supply tank for refrigeration, and the two water tanks are recycled. If the water amount of the two water tanks is insufficient, the water supply problem (such as water cut) is indicated, an alarm signal is sent, and the refrigerating unit and the shower unit are closed.

The system is characterized in that the environmental temperature, the humidity, the temperature and humidity ideal value of the system start, the water temperature of the water tank and the water level can be preset according to requirements and can also be manually controlled, and managers can check the water level of the water tank, the water temperature of the water tank, the environmental temperature, the temperature of the shower area, the average water using rate of the shower, the available time of the water amount of the water tank, the environmental noise and the like in real time.

The spraying amount of the shower unit changes along with the pressure change, and the controller can remotely control the output pressure of the shower unit, so that the amount of sprayed water mist is adjusted. The capacity of the water tank is determined according to the number of the spray heads and full load work calculation, generally, 150 spray heads with the number of 100 are installed in one animal activity display area, the water consumption is about 600-900 kg per hour, and the capacity of the water tank is 1.2 tons in consideration of the safe water level. The power of the refrigerating unit is selected, and the requirement that 1000kg of water can be cooled to 7-10 ℃ within 1-2 hours is met. The controller can be internally provided with the pre-cooling time, 2 water tanks can be supplemented with water in advance, and the refrigerating unit can be automatically started to work, so that the requirement of continuously providing a water source after cooling for the shower unit is met when the environmental temperature is higher.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a ROM, a RAM, etc.
