At present, the length-diameter ratio of a motor of a household and commercial food mixer in the global market is 1.1-1.8, so that the height of a main machine is too large, and meanwhile, a common vertical or retroverted fan blade is arranged on a main machine base to dissipate heat, so that the overall appearance height of the main machine base is further increased, the food mixer is not only wasted in packaging materials and cost in the production and transportation process, but also certain trouble is caused in the selection of space in the use and storage process. Meanwhile, due to the friction of the carbon brush of the series motor and the noise generated by the high-speed cooling fan blades, the noise of the whole machine of the product is very high, and the physical examination feeling of a customer is reduced.

In view of the above analysis, the present invention provides a flat-base silent heating and stirring food processor, which is used to solve the problems of large overall size and high noise of the conventional food processor.

(1) by setting the height ratio of the host base to the stirring cup to be 0.2-0.4, the height ratio of the host base to the ultrathin leaf-cooling brushless direct current motor to be 1.1-1.5, the radius R of the ultrathin leaf-cooling brushless direct current motor to be 35-65 mm, and the height H of the ultrathin leaf-cooling brushless direct current motor to be 40-70 mm, the height of the host base is reduced, the host base is flattened, the overall height of the food processor is reduced, the occupied space in the transportation and storage processes is reduced, meanwhile, the investment of packaging cost is reduced, and the cost is reduced;

(2) the turbine heat dissipation structure is arranged, so that noise in the heat dissipation process is reduced, the direct-current brushless motor is adopted, noise generated by carbon brush friction is avoided, and the physical examination feeling of a customer is enhanced;

(3) by arranging the sealing ring between the cutter assembly and the heating disc, water in the stirring cup is prevented from entering the bottom cover and further entering the base of the main machine, so that potential electrical injury is prevented;

(4) the low-speed rotating torque of the ultrathin blade-cooling direct-current brushless motor is 0.5-2.5 N.m, the ratio of the low-speed torque to the high-speed torque is 4-5, the required torque output can be achieved at low speed without additionally arranging a gear box, the same driving motor at high speed and low speed is realized, an additional motor is not additionally arranged, the cost is saved, and the volume of a host base is reduced;

(5) a second motor and an independent heat dissipation system are arranged in the shell, and the second motor does not need to be connected with a turbine heat dissipation structure in the axial direction, so that the accumulated length of the axial size of the output shaft of the second motor is reduced, and the volume of the host machine base is reduced;

(6) the magnetic encoder 21 or the optical encoder or the rotary variable pressure type sensor is adopted for feedback inductive control, so that the second motor does not need to be additionally provided with a gear box at a low-speed section, the size of a main machine base is reduced, the cost and the noise are reduced, and sufficient torque is provided for the second motor under the condition of direct driving.

(7) The lower cover is internally provided with the involute streamline gas flow passage of the blower, and the streamline gas flow passage is matched with the turbine fan blade for heat dissipation, so that the heat dissipation efficiency is improved and the exchange of air flow is facilitated.
