Technical Field

Background

Currently, the current state of the art commonly used in the industry is such that:

the Jackson spinal surgical bed consists of a bed frame, a chest pad, a hip pad, a thigh pad and related matched groups (schematic view), is transparent to rays and allows the chest pad, the hip pad and the thigh pad to be independently placed. The chest pad is placed at the sternum handle during operation of a patient, the hip pad is placed under the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS), and the thigh pad is placed directly under the hip pad. Infection is a major postoperative complication of spinal deformity surgery (Sponseller PD, 2010), and scholars report a scoliosis correction surgery infection rate of about 2.6% (Smith JS, 2011). As the duration of hypothermia increases, the infection rate at the surgical site in scoliotic patients increases (Linam WM, 2009).

In the face of intraoperative hypothermia, the main solution is to use a body surface rewarming device (schematic). The device is a device capable of blowing hot air, and achieves the purpose of increasing the body temperature of a patient in an operation by locally heating the air around the patient. At the same time, fluid warming, airway humidification and Operating Room (OR) temperature elevation may be used as an additional OR alternative measure to increase the body temperature of the patient during surgery. However, unlike conventional surgery, the body position during the operation of the scoliosis patient (using the Jackson spinal operating table) leaves the chest, abdomen and front thigh of the patient exposed, limiting the effectiveness of the body surface rewarming device. (2) The use of the Jackson spinal operating bed for scoliosis patients limits the effectiveness of body surface rewarming equipment, and meanwhile, the long operation time and the use of blood products can also influence the body temperature during operation.

The difficulty in solving the technical problems is as follows:

at present, no effective rewarming equipment matched with the Jackson spinal operating table is available. The method has the advantages that related exploration work is carried out, the surgical drape covers the lower portion of the surgical frame, the surgical area is wrapped, a relatively sealed space is formed, the surgical drape is matched with individual surface rewarming equipment, the proportion of low temperature in the operation of a scoliosis patient is obviously reduced through simple statistics, but the method has the problems of difficult installation, unstable connection, easy falling-off and poor heat insulation effect of the surgical drape, and the problems that the preparation time before the operation is obviously prolonged, the rewarming effect in the operation is poor and the like are caused.

The significance of solving the technical problems is as follows:

the body temperature of a scoliosis patient in an operation is maintained, the low temperature in the operation is prevented, the vital signs of the patient are maintained, and the anesthesia risk in the operation and the risk of postoperative operation site infection and the like are reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of a rewarming blanket for a Jackson spinal surgical bed. To further understand the contents, features and effects of the present invention, the following embodiments are illustrated and described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

The invention aims to design a rewarming blanket which can be matched with an operating bed to solve the problems that the preoperative preparation time of a patient using the operating bed is long, low temperature is easy to occur in the operation, and the rewarming effect is poor compared with the expectation at the present stage.
