3. The 6D trichlamic binoculoplasty according to claim 1, wherein the area to be treated of the right/left eyes is locally anesthetized with a 1% lidocaine +1:200000 epinephrine solution.

4. The 6D eyelash warping double eyelid procedure according to claim 1, wherein the thread in step (3) is 7/0 thread.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of double eyelids, and particularly relates to 6D warped eyelash double eyelids.

Background

From the aesthetic point of view, the double eyelids are more flexible, rich in feelings and profound in eyesight, while the single eyelids are relatively monotonous and have no spirit, and the feeling of glazess is achieved, so the double eyelids are always pursued by vast beauty-seeking people.

The double eyelid operation is also called double eyelid operation, is one of the popular cosmetic items at present, can make eyes look more three-dimensional, has larger outline of eyes, and can trim the eyes into the favorite style through the double eyelid operation.

Further, the double-eyelid line is marked by gentian violet in the step (1).

Furthermore, the area to be applied of the right eye/left eye is locally anesthetized by infiltration with a 1% lidocaine +1:200000 epinephrine solution.

Further, 7/0 silk thread is adopted as the silk thread in the step (3).

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the double eyelid incision is intermittently sutured on the fascia in front of the eyelid hanging plate and the skin on the upper edge and the lower edge of the incision by using the silk thread, so that the smoothness of the double eyelid line can be ensured, the radian of the formed double eyelid is better, and the problems that the double eyelid obtained by double eyelid operation is not smooth and the radian of the double eyelid is poorer in the prior art can be solved.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a 6D upwarping eyelash double eyelid surgery, which aims to solve the problems that double eyelids obtained by the double eyelid surgery in the prior art are not smooth and have poor radian.

The flow of the 6D eyelash lifting double eyelid surgery provided by this embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

(1) the patient to be operated is placed on the back, the double eyelid line is marked by gentian violet, and then the area to be operated, which is to be stood upright, is disinfected conventionally and a sterile sheet is laid.

The region to be operated in this embodiment includes a region to be operated on the left eye and a region to be operated on the right eye of the patient.

(2) The method comprises the steps of configuring an anesthetic for a region to be operated on the right eye of a patient, adopting the anesthetic to operate the region to be operated on the right eye of the patient, cutting the skin to the subcutaneous part along the line of the double eyelids, removing the orbicularis oculi and the redundant skin in front of the first set amount of the meibomian eyelid, cutting the orbital septum, slightly pressing the eyeball to remove the adipose tissues in the second set amount, and completely stopping bleeding of the wound surface.

The eye of the person to be operated is opened and the double eyelid shape is observed to reach the expected effect.

The double-eyelid incision is intermittently sutured with silk at the anterior fascia of the eyelid plate and the skin at the upper and lower edges of the incision.

The left eye to-be-operated area of a person to be operated is configured with anesthetic, the left eye to-be-operated area of the person to be operated is cut to the subcutaneous part along the double-eyelid line by adopting the anesthetic, the orbicularis oculi and redundant skin in front of the tarsal plate of a first set amount are removed, the orbital septa are cut, the eyeballs are lightly pressed to remove the adipose tissues of a second set amount, and the wound surface is thoroughly stopped bleeding.

The eye of the person to be operated is opened and the double eyelid shape is observed to reach the expected effect.

The double-eyelid incision is intermittently sutured with silk at the anterior fascia of the eyelid plate and the skin at the upper and lower edges of the incision.

The anesthetic to be administered in this example is an anesthetic easily administered from 1% lidocaine and 1:200000 epinephrine.

The wire used in this example was 7/0 wire.

(3) The incision is coated with aureomycin eye ointment and bandaged.

The double eyelids obtained by the 6D eyelash upwarping double eyelid surgery provided by the embodiment can ensure smooth double eyelid lines, the radian of the formed double eyelids is better, and the problems that the double eyelids obtained by the double eyelid surgery are not smooth and the radian of the double eyelids is poorer in the prior art can be solved.
