Two holding tanks 28 in emergency light 4 below have been seted up in the front of base 1, through turning into emergency light 4 to relative holding tank 28 in to can protect the lamp holder of emergency light 4.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a storage cavity 29 located in the middle of the base 1 is formed in the back of the base 1, a storage tube 30 transversely disposed is rotatably connected in the storage cavity 29, coaxial torsion springs 31 are fixedly connected to both ends of the storage tube 30, and the other ends of the torsion springs 31 are fixed to the side walls of the storage cavities 29 opposite to each other. Both ends of the storage tube 30 are wound and fixed with straps 32, the front ends of the straps 32 are fixedly connected with buckles, and the straps 32 are wound and fastened on the storage tube 30 under the action of the torsion springs 31. The middle part of the containing pipe 30 is rotatably connected with a rotary drum 36, and a rescue rope 37 is wound and fixed on the rotary drum 36.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a stopper rod 33 is fixedly installed in the storage chamber 29 along the length direction of the storage tube 30, and the stopper rod 33 is located above the storage tube 30. The back of the base 1 is fixedly provided with two snap rings 35 which are used for being buckled and fixed with the buckles, and the two snap rings 35 are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the base 1.

As shown in fig. 2, two side-by-side sliding seats 5 are fixedly installed on the back of the base 1, and the two sliding seats 5 are transversely placed and respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the base 1. All be provided with telescopic link 6 along lateral sliding in two slides 5, wear out in slide 5 respectively at the both ends of telescopic link 6, through the both ends with telescopic link 6 to the direction pulling of keeping away from each other, just can elongate the length of telescopic link 6. The two ends of the telescopic rod 6 are respectively fixedly connected with a sleeve 7 perpendicular to the telescopic rod 6, and the two telescopic rods 6 are fixedly connected to the same sleeve 7 at the same side. The two sleeves 7 are oppositely arranged and the sleeves 7 are hollow.

As shown in fig. 5, two pull rods 8 in a shape of a doorframe are symmetrically slidably disposed between two sleeves 7, and the two pull rods 8 are respectively located at two ends of the sleeve 7 and slide along the length direction of the sleeve 7. The pull rod 8 comprises a first connecting rod 9 and a second connecting rod 10, one end of the second connecting rod is arranged in the first connecting rod 9 in a sliding mode, and the lower ends of the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 which are located on the same side of the two sleeves 7 are respectively inserted into the corresponding sleeves 7.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a stopper plate 13 inserted into the first link 9 is fixedly connected to the second link 10, and the stopper plate 13 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the second link 10. The end of the limit plate 13 is gradually inclined to a direction away from the second link 10 and the limit plate 13 has a certain elasticity. The first connecting rod 9 is provided with a clamping groove 14 for the tail end of the limiting plate 13 to penetrate out, the second connecting rod 10 is fixedly connected with a spring 15 used for clamping the limiting plate 13 in the clamping groove 14, and the other end of the spring 15 is fixedly connected with the limiting plate 13. The pull rod 8 is sleeved with a sponge sleeve 20 surrounding the outer side of the limit plate 13, and one side of the pull rod 8 departing from the sliding seat 5 is provided with two symmetrical illuminating lamps 21. Two illuminating lamps 21 are respectively positioned at two sides of the pull rod 8.

As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 are both provided with a yielding groove 16 along the length direction of the sleeve 7, and the two yielding grooves 16 are symmetrically arranged. A supporting frame 17 is rotatably connected in the receding groove 16 along the vertical direction, and the rotating shaft of the supporting frame 17 is close to one side of the sleeve 7. A coaxial ratchet wheel 18 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft of the support frame 17, and when one end of the support frame 17 is rotated upwards out of the abdicating groove 16, the ratchet wheel 18 rotates along with the rotating shaft. A pawl 19 for restricting the ratchet 18 from rotating downward is rotatably connected to the sleeve 7, and the front end of the pawl 19 is inserted into the teeth of the ratchet 18.

As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the outer sidewall of the casing 7 is hinged with a first supporting leg 22 and a second supporting leg 23 along the length direction of the casing 7. The first arm brace 22 and the second arm brace 23 are located on one side of the front surface of the base 1. The central axes of the first arm brace 22 and the second arm brace 23 are located on the same straight line, and the two can rotate around the hinge joint in the directions approaching to or separating from each other. The hinged ends of the first arm brace 22 and the second arm brace 23 are close to each other, the ends of the first arm brace 22 and the second arm brace 23 far away from each other respectively penetrate out from the two ends of the sleeve 7, and the first arm brace 22 and the second arm brace 23 penetrating out from the side wall of the sleeve 7 are inserted and fastened on the side wall of the opposite pull rod 8.

As shown in fig. 5 and 8, a large number of mounting holes 11 are formed in the pull rod 8 and the sleeve 7 at uniform intervals, the back of the base 1 is provided with a canvas 12 for transporting the wounded through the mounting holes 11, a circumferentially surrounding hook is mounted on the canvas 12, and the canvas 12 can be fixedly mounted on the back of the base 1 by clamping the hook into the corresponding mounting hole 11, so that the wounded can be transported.

The specific effects of the embodiment are as follows:

when the search and rescue is carried out to the rescue personnel at dark night, pull out crane 2 from base 1, adjust the emergency light 4 at 3 both ends of crossbearer to suitable position again, realized the illumination function to the road through emergency light 4 to make things convenient for the search and rescue personnel to carry out the rescue work at night. The alarm signal lamp 26 is turned out from the back of the emergency lamp 4, so that the person waiting for rescue can clearly observe the rescue signal through the alarm signal lamp 26 and can be in contact with the rescue person in time, and the efficiency of search and rescue can be improved. When a wounded person with inconvenient actions is met, the sleeves 7 on the two sides of the sliding seat 5 are pulled out in the direction of mutual separation, and the sleeves 7 drive the two ends of the telescopic rod 6 to respectively slide out of the sliding seat 5. With the distance between the sleeves 7, the second connecting rod 10 will gradually slide out from the first connecting rod 9, so that the whole length of the pull rod 8 is stretched along with the telescopic rod 6. The pull rod 8 is then pulled out of the sleeve 7 in the direction of the length of the sleeve 7, the extension of the entire length of the sleeve 7 being achieved by the pull rod 8. After the positions of the stretched draw bar 8 and the telescopic bar 6 are fixed, the canvas 12 is finally tensioned and fixed on the back of the base 1 through the mounting hole 11, thereby forming the stretcher for transporting the wounded. When the wounded lies on the stretcher, because base 1 is located the central point of stretcher, can support wounded's back through base 1 to can improve wounded's holistic comfort level. Through in pushing into sleeve pipe 7 with pull rod 8, remove sleeve pipe 7 to the direction that is close to gradually again to just can accomodate the stretcher, the whole convenience of accomodating the process ten minutes can reduce the holistic area of base 1 after accomodating the stretcher, has realized the effect that conveniently carries.
