4. The mask pack of claim 1, wherein the nanofiber layer comprises:

1-20 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

0.1-10 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate;

1-20 parts by weight of pullulanase;

wherein the average molecular weight of the used sodium hyaluronate is 20000-60000, and the average molecular weight of the used pullulanase is 100000-300000;

wherein the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree is 250000-350000, and the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree is 6000-10000.

7. The mask pack according to claim 2, wherein the nanofiber layer of the mask pack comprises:

5-25 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

1-10 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate;

0.5-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside;

0.3-3 parts by weight of a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate;

0.1-2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization;

0.2 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization; and

0.1-2 parts by weight of a surface-active substance.

8. The mask pack according to claim 3, wherein the nanofiber layer of the mask pack comprises:

5-25 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

2-20 parts by weight of pullulanase;

0.5-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside;

0.3-3 parts by weight of a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate;

0.1-2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization;

0.2 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization; and

0.1-2 parts by weight of a surface-active substance.

9. A method of preparing a mask pack according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method comprises the steps of:

(1) and preparing a spinning solution: adding yeast recombinant collagen and surface active substances into purified water serving as a solvent, and stirring to form uniform spinning solution, wherein the spinning solution comprises 1-30 wt% of yeast recombinant collagen and 0.1-5 wt% of surface active substances;

(2) and electrostatic spinning: adding the prepared spinning solution into electrostatic spinning equipment, and carrying out electrostatic spinning by taking non-woven fabrics as a receiving base material;

wherein the average molecular weight of the yeast recombinant collagen is 20000-100000, preferably 40000-80000;

wherein the surface active substance is water-soluble, has a skin care effect and is beneficial to electrostatic spinning.

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the spinning solution further comprises 0.1-10 wt% of sodium hyaluronate or 1-25 wt% of pullulanase polysaccharide, wherein the average molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 20000-60000, and the average molecular weight of the pullulanase polysaccharide is 100000-300000; preferably, the spinning solution further comprises: 0.05-5 wt% of maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 0.03-3 wt% of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate and/or 0.1-4 wt% of polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree and 0.1-2 wt% of polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree, wherein the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree is 250000-350000, and the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree is 6000-10000.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a mask and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a collagen nano instant mask containing yeast recombinant collagen and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In the cosmetic market, mask products for personal care are mostly in the form of supporting essence on non-woven fabrics, but such products also have various disadvantages when used. People are constantly developing new facial masks to meet the ever-changing consumer demands of the market.

For example, chinese patent application 201310403704.9 discloses a nanofiber whitening and spot removing mask patch, which comprises a spinning solution and cotton cloth, wherein the active ingredients of the spinning solution are reduced glutathione and an antioxidant adjuvant; chinese patent 201310366143.X discloses a composite nanofiber membrane and a preparation method and application thereof, which comprises the steps of dissolving any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polylactic acid and regenerated silk fibroin in an organic solvent to form a spinning solution, adding a polyphenol substance, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, carrying out electrostatic spinning and the like; chinese patent application 201810371233.0 discloses a so-called wash-free fully-absorbent nanofiber functional mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mask comprises: 5 to 50 mass percent of polysaccharide, modified polysaccharide, water-soluble polymer, 1 to 10 mass percent of polymer with whitening effect, 0.001 to 5 mass percent of functional substance and 0.02 to 2 mass percent of essence; chinese patent application 201810053724.0 discloses a preparation method of a nanofiber-based dry facial mask, which comprises the preparation of a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, a chitosan aqueous solution, a sodium hyaluronate solution and a nutrient solution.

When the electrostatic spinning is used for preparing the nano-fibers in the prior art, on one hand, the formed nano-fibers are easy to have the phenomena of conglomeration, knots, broken filaments, holes and the like, the structure of the nano-fibers is seriously influenced, and the care performance of the mask is reduced, and on the other hand, the nutritional ingredients added in the spinning solution often influence the formation of the spinning fibers.

Chinese patent application 201910052945.0 discloses a collagen nano instant facial mask using hyaluronic acid as a skeleton and a preparation method thereof, wherein a nanofiber layer is formed on a non-woven fabric substrate layer by an electrostatic spinning method, and the nanofiber layer comprises sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen and a surface active substance; wherein the average molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 20000-60000, and the average molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is 1000-3000. The patent application technology can overcome the defects of the prior art and has excellent care performance of the mask.

Chinese patent application 201910053466.0 discloses a collagen nano instant facial mask using pullulanase as a skeleton and a preparation method thereof, wherein a nanofiber layer is formed on a non-woven fabric substrate layer by adopting an electrostatic spinning method, and the nanofiber layer comprises: 10-60 parts of pullulanase polysaccharide and 5-40 parts of hydrolyzed collagen with lower molecular weight; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a surface active substance; wherein the average molecular weight of the pullulanase polysaccharide is between 100000-300000, and the average molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen with lower molecular weight is between 1000-3000.

Heretofore, the similarity of active care ingredients to human collagen sequences has not been addressed in prior art mask products.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel mask with a main care component having a high similarity to human collagen sequences to overcome the disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a mask with main care components highly similar to human collagen sequences and a preparation method thereof.

In one aspect, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a collagen nano instant facial mask (hereinafter, referred to as a recombinant collagen nanofiber facial mask) containing yeast recombinant collagen, the facial mask including a nonwoven fabric substrate layer and a nanofiber layer, wherein the nanofiber layer is formed on the nonwoven fabric substrate layer by an electrostatic spinning method, and the nanofiber layer includes:

1-30 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen, preferably 1-20 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen; and

0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a surface-active substance;

wherein the average molecular weight of the yeast recombinant collagen is 20000-100000, preferably 40000-80000; the surface-active substances used are water-soluble, skin-caring and electrospun.

In the recombined collagen nanofiber facial mask, the yeast recombined collagen used by the invention is derived from a yeast fermentation product, and compared with animal hydrolyzed collagen, the yeast recombined collagen is macromolecular collagen peptide, has bioactivity, has very high sequence similarity with human collagen, has good affinity with human bodies, can repair skin barriers, promote cell growth, has better skin wrinkle removing effect than the animal hydrolyzed collagen, has no immunogenicity (rejection reaction), and is very safe to human bodies.

The yeast recombinant collagen adopted by the invention is composed of water-soluble collagen peptide, and has the characteristic structure of collagen: G-X-Y repeating structure, G represents Glycine (Glycine), and Y is mainly proline (proline). The majority of the molecular weight fraction is in the range of 40-80KD, and the minority of the molecular weight fraction is in the range of 20-40 KD. Tests show that compared with other animals such as cattle, sheep, pigs, fish and the like, the yeast recombinant collagen is closer to human collagen, for example, the sequence homology of the yeast recombinant collagen and the fragment of human type III collagen is close to or reaches 100 percent, and the sequence homology of the whole length is more than 90 percent.

Experiments show that the yeast recombinant collagen is different from animal collagen: structurally, the yeast recombinant collagen belongs to macromolecular collagen peptide, and the animal collagen (gelatin) is a hydrolysate of micromolecule; from the similarity with human collagen sequence, the yeast recombinant collagen has high similarity, and the similarity of animal collagen is low; from the aspect of biological activity, the yeast recombinant collagen has biological activity, and most animal glue has no activity or very low activity; from the perspective of affinity with human, the yeast recombinant collagen has good affinity, while the affinity of animal collagen is poor; from the aspect of skin barrier effect, the yeast recombinant collagen has the skin barrier effect, while the animal collagen does not have the skin barrier effect; from the aspect of promoting cell growth, the yeast recombinant collagen can promote cell growth rapidly, and the cell growth of animal collagen is slow or none; from the aspect of the skin wrinkle-removing effect, the yeast recombinant collagen has stronger skin wrinkle-removing effect, while the skin wrinkle-removing effect of the animal collagen is weak; from the perspective of antianaphylaxis, the yeast recombinant collagen can form a film to isolate an allergen and can help to repair the dermis structure of the skin, and the animal glue principle has no effect and even has slight sensitization; from the hidden biological safety, the yeast recombinant collagen has no biological safety hidden trouble, and the animal glue principle may have virus; from the point of immunogenicity (rejection), the yeast recombinant collagen has no rejection, while the zooglue principle may have rejection.

In the recombined collagen nanofiber facial mask, the yeast recombined collagen can form a skeleton per se, or form the skeleton together with other substances, or form the skeleton by other substances, and the aim and the technical effect of the invention can be realized. The yeast recombinant collagen can form a skeleton of the nanofiber and can also be used as a skin-care active ingredient.

In the reconstituted collagen nanofiber facial mask of the present invention, the main role of the surfactant used is to reduce surface tension, and not any surfactant is suitable for the present invention; the surface-active substances according to the invention should be water-soluble, have no adverse effect on the skin care and should not interfere with the electrospinning to form uniform fibers. That is, in the present invention, any surface active material that is water-soluble, has a certain skin care effect, and facilitates electrospinning can be used in the present invention.

As a specific embodiment of the present invention, in the reconstituted collagen nanofiber mask of the present invention, the nanofiber layer may further include:

0.1-10 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate;

wherein the average molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 20000-60000, preferably 25000-50000; the weight ratio of the yeast recombinant collagen to the sodium hyaluronate can be controlled to be 100: 1 to 1: 100, preferably controlled between 100: 1 to 10: 100, more preferably between 100: 10 to 10: 100, respectively.

As another embodiment of the present invention, in the reconstituted collagen nanofiber mask of the present invention, the nanofiber layer may further include:

1-25 parts by weight of pullulanase;

wherein the average molecular weight of the pullulanase polysaccharide used is between 100000-300000, preferably between 150000-250000, such as between 170000-230000; the weight ratio of the yeast recombinant collagen to the pullulanase can be controlled to be 80: 1 to 1: 80, preferably controlled between 80: 3 to 3: 80, more preferably between 80: 10 to 10: 80.

As still another embodiment of the present invention, in the reconstituted collagen nanofiber mask of the present invention, the nanofiber layer may include:

1-20 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

0.1-10 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate;

1-20 parts by weight of pullulanase;

wherein, the yeast recombinant collagen: the weight ratio of (sodium hyaluronate + pullulanase) can be controlled to be 60: 1 to 1: 60, preferably between 60: 3 to 3: 60 is between; and sodium hyaluronate: the weight ratio of the pullulanase polysaccharide can be controlled to be 20: 1 to 1: 20, respectively.

The electrostatic spinning technology adopted by the invention is a construction technology that a polymer solution overcomes surface tension under the action of high-voltage static electricity, forms a Taylor (Taylor) cone at a spinning nozzle, jets out jet flow at high speed, and is solidified to form a nanofiber structure through mechanical stretching and solvent volatilization.

The nanofiber layer in the facial mask can be a layered substance which is prepared by using water-soluble polymers such as yeast recombinant collagen, sodium hyaluronate, pullulanase and the like as substrates through an electrostatic spinning technology and is formed by fibers with diameters of only hundreds of nanometers, and the facial mask has the advantages of large specific surface area, good fiber continuity, small fiber membrane aperture, high porosity and the like, has good effects of slowly releasing and protecting active substances, is easy to permeate skin cuticle to reach the deep layer of the skin, and has the functions of moisturizing, whitening, aging delaying and the like.

In order to form uniform spinning and prevent the occurrence of a lumping phenomenon during the electrospinning process, it is preferable that the nanofiber layer thereof further comprises, in the mask pack of the present invention: 0.05-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside and 0.03-3 parts by weight of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, preferably 0.5-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside and 0.3-3 parts by weight of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate. The use of maltooligosaccharide glucoside and hydrogenated starch hydrolysate improves the user's use of the mask of the present invention, which prevents the occurrence of a slushing phenomenon on the face. In the nanofiber layer of the mask of the present invention, if the ratio of maltooligosaccharide glucoside to hydrogenated starch hydrolysate used is too low, the above-mentioned improvement effect is not significant, but if the ratio is too high, the spinning performance is adversely affected, for example, the fiber strength is too low, the skin care effect is reduced, and the like.

Preferably, in the mask pack of the present invention, the nanofiber layer further comprises: 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization, and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization, preferably 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization, and 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization; wherein the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree is 250000-350000, and the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree is 6000-10000.

The polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree can increase the tenacity of the fiber, so that the spinning becomes relatively easy and the spinning is uniform; the polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree can further prevent the agglomeration phenomenon in the electrostatic spinning process and promote the formation of uniform spinning.

Preferably, in the mask pack of the present invention, the low-polymerization-degree polyethylene glycol used has an average molecular weight of between 7000 and 9000; more preferably, the polyethylene glycol of low degree of polymerization used has an average molecular weight of between 7600 and 8600.

In the reconstituted collagen nanofiber mask of the present invention, the surface active substances used may be, but are not limited to: polyoxyethylene sorbitol ester type emulsifiers such as polysorbate-20, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-80 and the like; sucrose ester emulsifiers such as sucrose laurate, sucrose stearate; polyglycerin-based emulsifiers such as polyglycerin-10 myristate, polyglycerin-6 caprylate, polyglycerin-6 stearate, and the like; glycoside emulsifiers such as coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, and the like; polyether or polyether ester emulsifiers such as PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-20 methylgluco-sesquistearate, etc.; and so on.

As a specific embodiment of the present invention, in the recombinant collagen nanofiber facial mask of the present invention, the nanofiber layer comprises:

5-25 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

1-10 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate;

0.5-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside;

0.3-3 parts by weight of a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate;

0.1-2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization;

0.2 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization; and

0.1-2 parts by weight of a surface-active substance.

As another specific embodiment of the present invention, in the reconstituted collagen nanofiber mask of the present invention, the nanofiber layer thereof comprises:

5-25 parts by weight of yeast recombinant collagen;

2-20 parts by weight of pullulanase;

0.5-5 parts by weight of maltooligosaccharide glucoside;

0.3-3 parts by weight of a hydrogenated starch hydrolysate;

0.1-2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization;

0.2 to 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol having a low degree of polymerization; and

0.1-2 parts by weight of a surface-active substance.

In the mask pack of the present invention, a peelable protective layer may be further included on the nanofiber layer. In this product design, the final product has three layers, a nonwoven fabric as the backing, electrospun onto the nonwoven fabric backing, the filaments formed by electrospinning being the middle layer (nanofiber layer) and the outer layer having a coating, which may be a PE film or a BOPP film, but which requires static removal. When the product is used, the fiber layer is not required to be stripped, and the product can be used only by uncovering the coating film on the outer surface; the product can be mixed with nutrient solution or not, and consumers can use the product only by spraying pure water on the face.

Further, in the mask pack of the present invention, the nanofiber layer may include 0.001-2 parts by weight of a functional substance, such as a preservative, e.g., pentasodium penta-pentetate, phytic acid, silver oxide, etc., or other skin care agents, etc.

In another aspect, to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above mask, wherein the method comprises the steps of:

(1) and preparing a spinning solution: adding yeast recombinant collagen and surface active substances into purified water serving as a solvent, and stirring to form uniform spinning solution, wherein the spinning solution comprises 1-30 wt% of yeast recombinant collagen and 0.1-5 wt% of surface active substances;

(2) and electrostatic spinning: adding the prepared spinning solution into electrostatic spinning equipment, and carrying out electrostatic spinning by taking non-woven fabrics as a receiving base material;

wherein the average molecular weight of the yeast recombinant collagen is 20000-100000, preferably 40000-80000; the surface active substance is water-soluble, has skin care effect, and is beneficial to electrostatic spinning.

In the above method, the spinning solution may further comprise 0.1-10 wt% of sodium hyaluronate or 1-25 wt% of pullulanase polysaccharide, wherein the average molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 20000-60000 and the average molecular weight of the pullulanase polysaccharide is 100000-300000.

Preferably, the spinning solution further comprises: 0.05-5 wt% maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 0.03-3 wt% hydrogenated starch hydrolysate; more preferably, the spinning solution further comprises 0.1-4 wt% of polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree and 0.1-2 wt% of polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree, wherein the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with high polymerization degree is 250000-350000, and the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol with low polymerization degree is 6000-10000.

The electrostatic spinning equipment used in the preparation process can adopt roller-type needle-free electrostatic spinning equipment, and the equipment has the characteristics of large spinning quantity, high production efficiency and uniform spinning.

The facial mask is a dry facial mask, and efficacy tests show that when the facial mask is used immediately, the elastic RO value of canthus skin can be obviously improved, the effect of immediately tightening canthus skin is obvious, the value of SEr of canthus skin roughness and the SEsm value of canthus skin smoothness can be obviously improved, fine lines of canthus can be immediately lightened, and the effect of smoothing and smoothing skin is obvious.
