1. A package, comprising:

the box body part comprises a top plate, a side plate group and a bottom plate, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged on two opposite sides of the side plate group;

the lining part comprises a first connecting plate, a first partition plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate, a second partition plate and a first supporting plate, wherein the first connecting plate is connected with the bottom plate away from one side of the side plate group, the first partition plate is connected with the first connecting plate away from one side of the bottom plate, the second connecting plate is connected with the first partition plate, the third connecting plate is connected with the second connecting plate away from one side of the first partition plate, the second partition plate is connected with the third connecting plate away from one side of the second connecting plate, the first supporting plate is connected with the second partition plate, and a placing hole is formed in the first partition plate.

2. A pack according to claim 1 wherein the second web is connected to the first divider on a side thereof remote from the first web.

3. A package as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support strip is provided at the inner edge of the placement hole.

4. A pack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner edge of the placement aperture is provided with a notch.

5. A packing box according to claim 1, wherein a second supporting plate and a third supporting plate are attached to the side edges of the first partition.

6. A packing box according to claim 1, wherein a fourth supporting plate and a fifth supporting plate are connected to the side edges of the second partition.

7. The package of claim 1, wherein the set of side panels comprises a first side panel, a second side panel, a third side panel, and a fourth side panel connected in sequence from left to right;

and one side of the first side plate, which is far away from the second side plate, or one side of the fourth side plate, which is far away from the third side plate, is provided with an adhesive strip.

8. A package according to claim 7 wherein the top panel is provided on the upper side of the second side panel and the upper sides of the first and third side panels are each provided with a cushioning panel.

9. The package of claim 8, wherein the cushioning panel comprises a first flap, a second flap, a third flap, a fourth flap, and a fifth flap connected in series from bottom to top.

10. A pack according to claim 9 wherein the fifth flap is provided with a hold-down strip on a side remote from the fourth flap.

11. The package of claim 7, wherein the bottom panel comprises a main panel, a first pressing panel, a second pressing panel and a latch, the main panel is connected to the second side panel, the first pressing panel is connected to the first side panel, the second pressing panel is connected to the third side panel, the latch is connected to the fourth side panel, and the main panel is provided with a socket engaged with the first pressing panel, the second pressing panel and the latch.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of external packaging, in particular to a packaging box.

Background

After a common product leaves a factory, the product is protected by a packaging box. The interior of the packing box is generally provided with a buffer structure, and the buffer structure in the existing packing box generally adopts an inner lining made of foam as the buffer structure. However, the inner lining made of foam has the defects of difficult recovery, nondegradable property, environmental pollution caused by burning, easy generation of scraps in the using process and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a packing box, and aims to provide a packing box structure which can form an inner lining structure for buffering by depending on the structure of the packing box, and does not need an inner lining made of foam for buffering any more.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

a package, comprising:

the box body part comprises a top plate, a side plate group and a bottom plate, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged on two opposite sides of the side plate group;

the lining part comprises a first connecting plate, a first partition plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate, a second partition plate and a first supporting plate, wherein the first connecting plate is connected with the bottom plate away from one side of the side plate group, the first partition plate is connected with the first connecting plate away from one side of the bottom plate, the second connecting plate is connected with the first partition plate, the third connecting plate is connected with the second connecting plate away from one side of the first partition plate, the second partition plate is connected with the third connecting plate away from one side of the second connecting plate, the first supporting plate is connected with the second partition plate, and a placing hole is formed in the first partition plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second connecting plate is connected to a side of the first partition plate away from the first connecting plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a support strip is provided at an inner edge of the placing hole.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner edge of the placing hole is provided with a notch.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second supporting plate and a third supporting plate are connected to the side edges of the first partition plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fourth supporting plate and a fifth supporting plate are connected to the side edges of the second partition plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side plate group includes a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are connected in sequence from left to right;

and one side of the first side plate, which is far away from the second side plate, or one side of the fourth side plate, which is far away from the third side plate, is provided with an adhesive strip.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top plate is disposed on an upper side of the second side plate, and buffer plates are disposed on upper sides of the first side plate and the third side plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the buffer board includes a first folded board, a second folded board, a third folded board, a fourth folded board and a fifth folded board which are connected in sequence from bottom to top.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pressing strip is disposed on a side of the fifth folding plate away from the fourth folding plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate includes a main plate, a first pressing plate, a second pressing plate and a tongue, the main plate is connected to the second side plate, the first pressing plate is connected to the first side plate, the second pressing plate is connected to the third side plate, the tongue is connected to the fourth side plate, and the main plate is provided with a jack engaged with the first pressing plate, the second pressing plate and the tongue.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the packaging box obtained through the design, the box body part and the lining part are integrally arranged, after the packaging box is folded, the box body part forms a rectangular box body, and the lining part forms a buffer structure in the rectangular box body, so that objects contained in the packaging box can be fixed and buffered. Therefore, the packing box provided by the invention has the advantages that the box body part and the lining part which are integrally arranged can form the rectangular box body and the internal buffer structure after being folded, the protection and the buffering of objects can be independently finished, the foam lining does not need to be independently arranged for buffering, and the problems that the foam lining is not easy to recycle and degrade, the environment is polluted by burning and the fragments are easily generated in the using process are avoided.
