A wear-resistant remote controllable loading and unloading hopper is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

The working principle is as follows:

The wear-resistant remote controllable loading and unloading hopper is reasonable in design and compact in structure, a detachable wear-resistant structure is adopted at a hopper opening, the structure is composed of a hopper opening base bottom plate, a wear-resistant plate and a wear-resistant connecting bolt, and the wear-resistant material is detachable and replaceable; meanwhile, the design of a hopper with a larger gradient is adopted, so that the resistance in the blanking process is reduced; the arc hopper opening plate with larger resistance is changed into a straight plate, so that stockpiling and friction of loading and unloading objects are reduced, the service life of the hopper is prolonged, the maintenance time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved. Detailed Description

Referring to the attached figures 1-4, a wear-resistant remote controllable loading and unloading hopper comprises a wear-resistant hopper, a hopper supporting frame, a feeding remote opening device and a diagonal visual device.

The wear-resistant hopper is arranged on the upper part of the hopper supporting frame 11, the feeding remote opening device is arranged on the lower part of the wear-resistant hopper, and the diagonal visual device is arranged on the hopper supporting frame 11 on the lower part of the wear-resistant hopper.

The wear-resistant hopper is provided with a hopper opening, the hopper opening is arranged into a detachable wear-resistant structure, and the detachable wear-resistant structure consists of a hopper opening foundation bottom plate 1, a wear-resistant plate 2 and a wear-resistant connecting bolt 3; the covering layer of the hopper opening foundation slab 1 is a wear-resisting plate 2, and the wear-resisting plate 2 is fixedly connected with the foundation slab 1 through a countersunk wear-resisting connecting bolt 3. The wear-resisting plate 2 can be made of ultra-high-strength low-alloy wear-resisting steel (haxdox 400).

The wear-resistant hopper adopts a hopper design with a larger gradient, so that the resistance in the blanking process is reduced;

the remote opening device for the feeding materials comprises a hopper opening plate 5, an opening meshing gear 6, a hydraulic control rod 7, a hydraulic oil cylinder 9 and a remote operation platform 10. Wear-resisting hopper bottom is provided with discharge gate 12, discharge gate 12 installs hopper opening plate 5, a pair of meshing gear 6 of opening is installed on hopper opening plate 5, hydraulic cylinder 9 is installed on hopper support frame 11, hydraulic control rod 7 one end links to each other with hydraulic cylinder 9's piston rod, the hydraulic control rod 7 other end links to each other with opening meshing gear 6, the control switch on the remote operation platform 10 by the remote control room transmits the instruction through hydraulic circuit to hydraulic cylinder 9, pass hydraulic control rod 7 and stretch out and draw back the action again, thereby rethread drives and opens meshing gear 6 and open or close control the hopper opening. See fig. 1. The hydraulic oil cylinder 9 is connected with a hydraulic oil pump through a hydraulic pipeline, and the remote operation platform 10 is used for hydraulic control.

The opening plate 5 of the hopper adopts a straight plate, so that stockpiling and friction of loading and unloading objects are reduced.

The diagonal visual device is provided with a first diagonal visual device probe 4 and a second diagonal visual device probe 8, the first diagonal visual device probe 4 and the second diagonal visual device probe 8 are respectively arranged on a stand column of a hopper supporting frame 11 below the loading and unloading hopper, the first diagonal visual device probe 4 and the second diagonal visual device probe 8 are respectively arranged in a diagonal manner and are inclined downwards, an angle B can be adjusted according to the limit height of a loading and unloading vehicle carriage 13, the quantity of loaded and unloaded goods is controlled, and overload is avoided. The first diagonal visual device probe and the second diagonal visual device probe are connected with the remote operation platform 10 through cables. See fig. 1, 2 and 4.

The hydraulic hopper opening control button and the vehicle loading and unloading monitoring are arranged in a remote control room and operated and monitored by the remote operation platform 10, so that one person can operate and manage a plurality of machines in the operation room, the labor intensity is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
