The spiral groove formed between the spiral blades on the driving shaft is used as a main channel for conveying abrasive sand, the depth of the spiral groove and the distance between the spiral blades can be properly selected according to actual conditions, and uniform rotation is realized to keep the uniformity of the abrasive sand conveying. The grinding material sand is conveyed by the spiral blade in a rotating mode, so that the situation that the sand and water are mixed and bonded on the peripheral wall of the sand storage hopper or caking cannot be conveyed normally can be avoided.

After clean water and abrasive sand are uniformly stirred by a stirring device in the water sand stirring barrel, abrasive slurry is pumped out by a hydraulic pump through a slurry pipe and is sent to a high-pressure sprayer at a working position through a slurry jet pipe, and the abrasive slurry is further pressurized by a booster pump on the slurry jet pipe so as to improve the water jet effect. The large pump hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic pump can cause the abrasive slurry to be pumped out more than the actual requirement, at the moment, the regulating valve can be opened, and the redundant abrasive slurry flows into the water sand stirring barrel through the mortar return pipe.

(3) The invention adopts a spiral conveying mode to convey the abrasive sand in the sand adding process, the conveying speed is kept constant, the conveying speed can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed, and simultaneously, the water-sand mixture is effectively prevented from being solidified in the sand storage hopper due to the fact that water splashes into the sand storage hopper.

(4) The proportion of the water and the sand is convenient to adjust so as to adapt to different operation requirements. The sand adding amount can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor 20, so that the condition that the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor 20 is too high is avoided, the gearbox 10 is arranged below the hydraulic motor 20 to reduce the rotating speed of the driving shaft 18 driven by the hydraulic motor 20, the cutting effect is prevented from being influenced by too large sand proportion caused by too high sand adding, and meanwhile, waste is avoided; the water adding amount into the water sand stirring barrel 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the water flow control valve 23, and the water adding amount and the sand adding amount in the same time are the water sand ratio.

When large granule impurity in tubbiness filter screen 7 is more, need take out tubbiness filter screen 7 from the water sand agitator 1 like this and just can remove automatic sand feeding device 2 from bung 3 (through bolted connection between support 9 and the bung 3), lift up support ring 8, take out whole tubbiness filter screen 7, install tubbiness filter screen 7 in feed opening 4 after pouring out large granule impurity at last.
