1. The sandblast frock of a set ring class part for place on sand blasting machine's the workstation, fix a position a set ring class part, its characterized in that includes:

a base;

a center bracket supported by the center stay and provided with at least three radial slots;

2. The tool for sandblasting a disc ring part as in claim 1, wherein said cantilever mount comprises a first radial extension, a second radial extension, a middle channel, a spacer and a detent;

the middle channel separates the first radial extension part from the second radial extension part along the length direction of the cantilever saddle, and provides the radial slide way;

the separating device is arranged at the radial inner end of the cantilever saddle so as to separate the radial inner ends of the first radial extension part and the second radial extension part;

the clamping device is arranged at the radial outer end of the cantilever supporting platform and is clamped with the radial outer ends of the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part respectively so as to prevent the radial outer ends of the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part from being separated from each other.

The tool for sandblasting a disk-ring-like component as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first radial extension portion and said second radial extension portion are mirror-symmetric and respectively include an upper wall, a lower wall, and a vertical wall, said vertical wall connects said upper wall and said lower wall, one side of said first radial extension portion and one side of said second radial extension portion opposite to each other are provided with positioning portions, said locking device and said positioning portions are respectively locked, and said separating device abuts against one or more of said upper wall, said lower wall, said vertical wall, and said positioning portions of said first radial extension portion and said second radial extension portion.

The tool for sandblasting a disk-ring type part as claimed in claim 2, wherein the top end of said circumferential brace is a screw portion, said screw portion extends upward into said intermediate channel and is connected with a support screw member, said support screw member holds the lower sides of said first and second radial extensions; the screw rod part is further connected with a pressing threaded hole piece, and the pressing threaded hole piece presses the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part on the supporting threaded part.

The tool for sandblasting a disk ring part as in claim 4, wherein said locking means is a fixed locking plate, two sides of said fixed locking plate are locked with said first radial extension portion and said second radial extension portion respectively in the width direction of said cantilever saddle, and said fixed locking plate has a hole for the top end of said circumferential supporting rod to pass through.

6. The tool for blasting sand to a disc ring part as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fixing clamping plate is provided as the compression screw member.

7. A tool for sandblasting disk and ring parts as in claim 1, wherein said cantilever mount is provided on its upper side with distance graduations for marking the position of said adjustable positioning means in said radial slides.

The tool for sandblasting a disc-ring type part as claimed in claim 1, wherein said adjustable positioning means comprises a positioning bolt and a positioning nut, the head of said positioning bolt is clamped outside said radial slideway and the stem of said positioning bolt is inserted into said radial slideway and connected with said positioning nut.

9. The tool for blasting sand to a disc ring part as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool for blasting sand comprises a plurality of groups of the cantilever saddles with different lengths, and the tool for blasting sand selects one group of the cantilever saddles to assemble.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sand blasting auxiliary equipment, in particular to a sand blasting tool for a disc ring type part.

Background

Due to the operating characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high rotation speed of the aircraft engine, in order to enhance the corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, foreign object erosion resistance and other properties of the parts and prolong the service life of the parts, surface protection and surface strengthening treatment are generally required to be performed on part of the parts in the aircraft engine. For most surface engineering techniques and surface protection processes related to aeroengine parts, such as thermal spraying, painting and the like, the surface to be sprayed of the part needs to be subjected to sand blasting roughening treatment before the part is processed, so that impurities on the surface to be sprayed or painted are removed, the surface of a fresh matrix is exposed, the roughness of the surface to be treated is increased, the bonding strength of the coating and the matrix is enhanced, and the service life of the coating is prolonged.

In the production and processing process of aeroengine parts, the size span range of parts needing sand blasting is large, and the diameter range is about phi 200-phi 860 mm. In order to ensure that the surface of a part obtains a good sand blasting effect, under a common condition, each sand blasting part is provided with a set of sand blasting auxiliary supporting tool, so that the part processing cost is increased, and the maintenance and management cost of the part tool is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sand blasting tool for disc ring parts, which can meet the sand blasting auxiliary supporting requirements of disc ring parts with various sizes.

The invention further aims to provide the sand blasting tool for the disc ring type parts, which is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture and assemble.

For realizing the sandblast frock of the disc ring class part of purpose for on placing sandblast machine's the workstation, fix a position disc ring class part, include: a base; the central support rod is vertically arranged in the middle of the base; at least three circumferential support rods vertically arranged on the base around the central support rod; a center bracket supported by the center stay and provided with at least three radial slots; at least three cantilever support platforms, which correspond to the at least three circumferential support rods and the at least three radial grooves, respectively, wherein the radial inner end of each cantilever support platform is inserted into the radial groove and supported by the central bracket, while the radial outer end is detachably connected with the top end of the circumferential support rod and supported by the circumferential support rod, and each cantilever support platform provides a radial slideway; at least three adjustable positioning devices, which are respectively adjustably fixed on the radial slideways of the at least three cantilever support platforms and can be matched with the circumferential direction of the disc ring parts so as to limit the movement of the disc ring parts; wherein the central brace and the circumferential brace support the central bracket and the cantilever pallets to a working height, and upper sides of the at least three cantilever pallets collectively define a support surface for supporting the disc ring type parts.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc and ring type parts, the cantilever saddle comprises a first radial extension part, a second radial extension part, a middle channel, a separation device and a clamping device; the middle channel separates the first radial extension part from the second radial extension part along the length direction of the cantilever saddle, and provides the radial slide way; the separating device is arranged at the radial inner end of the cantilever saddle so as to separate the radial inner ends of the first radial extension part and the second radial extension part; the clamping device is arranged at the radial outer end of the cantilever supporting platform and is clamped with the radial outer ends of the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part respectively so as to prevent the radial outer ends of the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part from being separated from each other.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for disc and ring parts, the first radial extension part and the second radial extension part are mirror-symmetric and respectively comprise an upper wall, a lower wall and a vertical wall, the vertical wall is connected with the upper wall and the lower wall, one sides, opposite to each other, of the lower walls of the first radial extension part and the second radial extension part are provided with positioning parts, the clamping devices are respectively clamped with the positioning parts, and the separation devices are respectively abutted against one or more groups of the upper wall, the lower wall, the vertical wall and the positioning parts of the first radial extension part and the second radial extension part.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc and ring type parts, the top end of the circumferential support rod is a screw portion, the screw portion extends upwards into the middle channel and is connected with a support threaded hole piece, and the support threaded piece supports the lower sides of the first radial extension portion and the second radial extension portion; the screw rod part is further connected with a pressing threaded hole piece, and the pressing threaded hole piece presses the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part on the supporting threaded part.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc ring parts, the clamping device is a fixed clamping plate, two sides of the fixed clamping plate are respectively clamped with the first radial extending part and the second radial extending part in the width direction of the cantilever saddle, and the fixed clamping plate is provided with a hole for the top end of the circumferential support rod to pass through.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc and ring type parts, the fixing clamping plate is provided as the compression threaded member.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for disc and ring parts, the upper side of the cantilever saddle is provided with distance scales for marking the position of the adjustable positioning device in the radial slide way.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc and ring parts, the adjustable positioning device comprises a positioning bolt and a positioning nut, the head of the positioning bolt is clamped outside the radial slideway, and the rod of the positioning bolt is inserted into the radial slideway and connected with the positioning nut.

In one or more embodiments of the sand blasting tool for the disc and ring parts, the sand blasting tool comprises a plurality of groups of cantilever supporting platforms with different lengths, and the sand blasting tool selects one group of the cantilever supporting platforms for assembly.

The sand blasting tool for the disc ring parts is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and assemble, convenient to operate, adjustable in positioning and high in universality, can be used for quickly positioning the disc ring parts with different sizes, meets the sand blasting auxiliary supporting requirements of the parts with different sizes, greatly saves the number of the part sand blasting auxiliary supporting tools, saves the processing and manufacturing cost and the tool management cost of products, and improves the processing efficiency of the products. The sand blasting tool for the disc ring parts can meet the sand blasting auxiliary support requirement of the disc ring parts with the diameter range of 200-860 mm on an aero-engine, and is also suitable for sand blasting treatment of parts in other fields or other shapes.

The following discloses many different embodiments or examples for implementing the subject technology described. Wherein the number of the circumferential brace rods 3, the cantilever saddle 5 and the adjustable positioning device 6 is equal and respectively corresponding.

The central support rod 2 is vertically arranged in the middle of the base 1, the circumferential support rod 3 is vertically arranged on the base 1 around the central support rod 2, the central bracket 4 is supported by the central support rod 2 and provided with radial grooves 41 with the number equal to that of the cantilever pallets 5, the radial inner ends of the cantilever pallets 5 are inserted into the radial grooves 41 and supported by the central bracket 4, the radial outer ends are detachably connected with the top ends of the circumferential support rods 3 and supported by the circumferential support rod 3, the cantilever pallets 5 are provided with radial slideways 51, the adjustable positioning devices 6 are adjustably fixed on the radial slideways 51, and the adjustable positioning devices 6 can be matched with the circumferential direction of the disc ring parts 200 to limit the movement of the disc ring parts 200.

Thus, the center stay 2 and the circumferential stays 3 support the center bracket 4 and the arm rest 5 to the working height, and the upper side surfaces of the arm rests 5 collectively define a support surface for supporting the disc ring type part 200, so that the respective surfaces of the disc ring type part 200 can be subjected to the blasting work. The adjustable positioning device 6 can limit the disc ring parts 200 with various sizes.

In some embodiments, the cantilever mount 5 is a split structure, including a first radial extension 52, a second radial extension 53, a spacer 54, and a detent 55. The first and second radial extensions 52, 53 are spaced apart by an intermediate channel along the length of the cantilever gantry 5, which provides a radial slide 51. A spacer 54 is built into the radially inner end of the cantilever mount 5 to separate the radially inner ends of the first and second radially extending portions 52 and 53, and the spacer 54 may be integral with the center bracket 4 or provided separately. The catching means 55 is provided at the radially outer end of the cantilever holder 5 to catch with the radially outer ends of the first and second radially extending portions 52 and 53, respectively, to prevent the radially outer ends of the first and second radially extending portions 52 and 53 from being separated from each other. The cantilever saddle 5 is of a split structure, so that the processing of the radial slideway 51 can be simplified, and the processing and manufacturing cost is reduced.

In some embodiments, the first radial extension 52 and the second radial extension 53 are mirror-symmetrical, the first radial extension 52 comprising a first upper wall 521, a first lower wall 522 and a first vertical wall 523, the first vertical wall 523 connecting the first upper wall 521 and the first lower wall 522; the second radial extension 53 comprises a second upper wall 531, a second lower wall 532 and a second vertical wall 533, the second vertical wall 533 connecting the second upper wall 531 and the second lower wall 532. The first and second positioning portions 524 and 534 are disposed on opposite sides of the first and second lower walls 522 and 532, respectively, and the first and second positioning portions 524 and 534 may be configured as protrusions, slots, holes, or other structures. The locking device 55 is locked with the first positioning portion 524 and the second positioning portion 534, respectively. The partition 54 abuts against one or more of the first and second upper walls 521 and 531, the first and second lower walls 522 and 532, the first and second vertical walls 523 and 533, and the first and second positioning portions 524 and 534, respectively. Therefore, the structure can be further simplified, and the processing is convenient.

In some embodiments, the top end of the circumferential stay 3 is a screw portion 31, the screw portion 31 extends upward into the radial slideway 51 and is connected with a support screw member 32, and the support screw member 32 holds the lower side of the cantilever holder 4. The blocking device 55 is a fixed blocking plate, and two sides of the blocking device 55 are respectively blocked with the radial outer ends of the first radial extension part 52 and the second radial extension part 53 in the width direction of the cantilever saddle 4. The clamping device 55 is provided with a through hole 551 for the top end of the circumferential support rod 3 to pass through, and the through hole 551 can be a screw hole matched with the screw rod part 31 at the top end of the circumferential support rod 3, so that the cantilever saddle 4 is pressed on the support screw hole part 32 through the clamping device 55; the through hole 551 may be a smooth hole, and the cantilever holder 4 is pressed against the support screw 32 by a pressing nut (not shown) or other pressing screw provided on the upper side of the locking device 55.

In some embodiments, the upper side of the cantilever mount 4 is provided with distance scales for identifying the position of the adjustable positioning device 6 in the radial slides 51 in order to achieve a quick alignment when clamping the collar-like part 200.

In some embodiments, the adjustable positioning device 6 includes a positioning bolt 61 and a positioning nut 62, a head of the positioning bolt 61 is clamped outside the radial slideway 51, a rod of the positioning bolt 61 is inserted into the radial slideway 51 and connected with the positioning nut 62, and the positioning bolt 61 is fixed on the cantilever saddle 4 through the positioning nut 62, so that the disc ring part 200 can be quickly positioned, and the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

In some embodiments, the sandblasting tool 100 includes a plurality of sets of cantilever mounts 4 with different lengths, and the sandblasting tool 100 selects one set of cantilever mounts 4 to assemble according to the size of the disc ring type part 200, so as to be suitable for disc ring type parts 200 with more specifications.

The sand blasting tool for the disc ring parts is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and assemble, convenient to operate, adjustable in positioning and high in universality, can be used for quickly positioning the disc ring parts with different sizes, meets the sand blasting auxiliary supporting requirements of the parts with different sizes, greatly saves the number of the part sand blasting auxiliary supporting tools, saves the processing and manufacturing cost and the tool management cost of products, and improves the processing efficiency of the products.
