Background

The yarn stop pin is an important component in a weft storage system of the air jet loom and is mainly used for controlling the working sequence of weft. The traditional yarn stopping pin adopts a method of attracting an electromagnetic coil, the attraction of a key part coil of the traditional yarn stopping pin cannot completely meet the requirement, the working stability of the yarn stopping pin is poor, the service life is still short, and the overall performance is not accurate and reliable.

In addition, the traditional control method of the yarn stopping pin is constant voltage control, namely constant voltage control is realized by connecting a stabilized voltage power supply with two ends of a coil of the yarn stopping pin, so that the strength of the yarn stopping pin is balanced. However, the temperature of the coil of the yarn stop pin can be slowly increased in the using process and then can be kept stable after reaching a certain temperature. Therefore, the traditional method adopting the constant voltage control yarn stop pin has the following problems: under the temperature rising state of the yarn stopping pin coil, the resistance value of the coil can change along with the rise of the temperature, and the yarn stopping pin is controlled by adopting constant voltage, so that the current flowing through the yarn stopping pin coil changes, and the force of the yarn stopping pin changes. Therefore, the traditional mode of adopting the constant voltage to control the yarn stopping pin has the defects of unbalanced strength of the yarn stopping pin and slow response speed.

The piezoelectric ceramic bending is a bending element that generates a lateral displacement by the driving of an electric field by utilizing the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic. When the movable end of the piezoelectric bending piece 6 is attached to the first air port 4, the air source is blocked, the air in the shell b2 is discharged from the third air port 7, the pressure in the shell b2 is reduced, the air pressure difference is formed between the second cavity of the shell a1 and the shell b2, the air in the second cavity sequentially flows into the shell b2 through the second through hole, the air passage and the second air port 5, then is discharged from the third air port 7, and the yarn stopping needle 3 falls under the elastic force of the elastic piece 2.
