1. A fly trimming device, comprising:

the workbench is used for placing a front fly and is provided with an edge gap;

The fly trimming apparatus of any of claims 1-6, further comprising first and second sensors disposed in series along a feed direction of the feed mechanism, both the first and second sensors being fixed in position relative to the table, both the first and second sensors being connected to the feed mechanism and the cutter assembly; when the first sensor detects the front fly, the running speed of the feeding mechanism is reduced so as to reduce the moving speed of the front fly; when the second sensor detects the front fly, the cutter assembly trims the front fly after a preset time.

9. The fly trimming apparatus of any of claims 1-6, wherein the feed mechanism comprises at least two sets of conveyor modules arranged side by side,

the conveying module close to the cutter assembly comprises two short conveying belts which are respectively arranged at two sides of the edge gap;

the conveying module far away from the cutter assembly comprises a long conveying belt, two ends of the long conveying belt are respectively located on two sides of the edge gap, and the long conveying belt does not interfere with the edge gap.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sewing equipment, in particular to a top fly trimming device.

Background

As is well known, a fly refers to a front fly, a slit, or a crotch of a garment, trousers, or a skirt, which is centered forward. The front fly is usually provided with a zipper, a button, a hidden button, a hasp, a magic tape and the like which can help to open and close the auxiliary materials.

One is the visible front cut of a garment of finger joint outside the cut-parts, another is the front cut of a garment made by folding and pressing the lining inside the cut-parts; for the fly sewn outside the cut piece, when needing to be trimmed, the traditional manual trimming mode is often adopted, or the mode that the fly is firstly trimmed by a machine and then manually trimmed by a worker. Therefore, the front fly trimming mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the efficiency is low, the trimmed cut shape is difficult to ensure consistency, and the requirement on the proficiency of practitioners is high.

In conclusion, it can be seen that how to accurately and efficiently trim the fly is a technical problem that is worth thinking by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a front fly trimming device which can accurately and efficiently trim a front fly, is time-saving and labor-saving and improves sewing efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a front fly trimming device, including:

the workbench is used for placing the front fly and is provided with an edge gap;

the feeding mechanism is arranged on the workbench and used for conveying the part to be trimmed of the front fly to the edge gap;

and the cutter component is positioned at the edge gap and used for trimming the front fly positioned at the edge gap.

the adjusting substrate is arranged below the cutter assembly;

the position adjusting part is connected with the adjusting base plate and used for adjusting the front and back positions of the adjusting base plate and the cutter assembly compared with the workbench;

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The placket trimming device provided by the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises a workbench 13, a feeding mechanism 1 and a cutter assembly, as shown in the attached drawings 1 to 3 in the specification.

The working platform 13 can be arranged as a horizontal plate, and the working platform 13 is provided with an edge gap 14; specifically, the working table 13 can be set to have different shapes according to actual needs, and the edge gap 14 can be made by cutting or the like. After the top fly strips and the cut pieces are sewn together by the sewing machine, the top fly 100 referred to herein can be formed, and the top fly 100 is placed on the table 13.

The feeding mechanism 1 is arranged on the workbench 13, the feeding mechanism 1 can be a mechanism for conveying cloth in the prior art, and a specific implementation mode is provided in the following; the feeding mechanism 1 can convey the placket 100 positioned on the worktable 13.

For example, referring to fig. 1 to 3 of the specification, the table 13 may be rectangular, the long side direction of the table 13 is the X-axis direction, the short side direction of the table 13 is the Y-axis direction, and the height direction of the table 13 is the Z-axis direction; the conveying direction of the feeding mechanism 1 is the X-axis direction, that is, the placket 100 can move along the X-axis direction under the action of the feeding mechanism 1, and the part to be trimmed of the placket 100 should pass above the edge gap 14.

The cutter assembly is arranged in the edge gap 14, the specific arrangement mode of the cutter assembly can refer to the prior art, and a specific implementation mode is provided in the following; when the part of the placket 100 to be trimmed is located above the edge gap 14, the placket 100 can be trimmed by using the cutter assembly. It can be seen that the edge gap 14 can be seen as a relief feature to avoid interference of the cutter assembly with the table 13 during trimming to ensure reliable trimming of the fly 100.

In order to ensure the accurate timing of the trimming of the cutter assembly, the feeding speed of the feeding mechanism 1 can be set, and the trimming time of the cutter assembly can be determined by calculating the time required for the part to be trimmed of the placket 100 to be positioned above the edge notch 14 in advance. That is, the action (trimming) time of the cutter assembly can be calculated according to the time for the feeding mechanism 1 to start to convey the placket 100, the conveying speed of the feeding mechanism 1 and the coordinates of the part of the placket 100 to be trimmed, so that accurate trimming is realized, the trimming precision is improved, and the manual labor intensity is reduced.

An embodiment is further provided to ensure accurate timing of the trimming of the cutter assembly. A first sensor 3 and a second sensor 4 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction (X-axis direction) of the feeding mechanism 1, the positions of the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 relative to the workbench 13 are fixed, and the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 are connected to the feeding mechanism 1 and the cutter component; when the first sensor 3 detects the fly 100, the running speed of the feeding mechanism 1 is reduced to reduce the moving speed of the fly 100; when the second sensor 4 detects the fly 100, the cutter assembly trims the fly 100 after a preset time.

The placket 100 moves along the X-axis direction under the action of the feeding mechanism 1, when the placket 100 moves to the position of the first sensor 3, the first sensor 3 detects the placket 100, the first sensor 3 generates a first sensing signal, the first sensing signal is transmitted to the feeding mechanism 1, and after the feeding mechanism 1 receives the first sensing signal, the running speed (conveying speed) of the feeding mechanism 1 is reduced, so that the moving speed of the placket 100 is reduced; the placket 100 continues to move along the X-axis direction under the action of the feeding mechanism 1, when the placket 100 moves to the position of the second sensor 4, the second sensor 4 detects the placket 100, the second sensor 4 generates a second sensing signal, and after the cutter assembly receives the second sensing signal, the cutter assembly trims the placket 100 after a preset time; that is, after the second sensor 4 detects the fly 100, the fly 100 continues to move a distance along the X-axis direction, and the cutter assembly trims the fly 100.

It can be seen that the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 are used for detecting the placket 100 twice, the conveying speed is firstly reduced, and then the clipping is carried out, so that the clipping precision is ensured; the above-mentioned preset time may depend on the position of the placket 100 to be trimmed, and is not unfolded herein. Both the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 may be provided as photoelectric sensors to enable inductive detection of the fly 100.

The first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 are both located above the feeding mechanism 1, the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 are both arranged on a fixing frame 15, the fixing frame 15 is arranged on the workbench 13, and the fixing frame 15 is close to the edge gap 14, as shown in the attached drawing 1 of the specification. The fixing frame 15 may include a vertical section and a horizontal section, the vertical section and the horizontal section are connected to form an inverted L shape, and both the first sensor 3 and the second sensor 4 are disposed on the horizontal section.

In view of the specific arrangement of the feeding mechanism 1, a specific embodiment is given herein, in which the feeding mechanism includes at least two sets of conveying modules arranged side by side, and the conveying module near the cutter assembly includes two short conveying belts respectively disposed at two sides of the edge gap 14; the conveying module far away from the cutter assembly comprises a long conveying belt, two ends of the long conveying belt are respectively positioned at two sides of the edge gap 14, and the long conveying belt does not interfere with the edge gap 14, as shown in the accompanying drawings 1 and 2 of the specification.

The accompanying drawings 1 and 2 in the description show the case of two sets of conveying modules, the conveying modules are arranged along the Y-axis direction, obviously, the operating speeds of the conveying modules should be consistent to ensure that the whole fly 100 operates reliably, the two short conveying belts avoid the edge gap 14 to realize the trimming of the cutter assembly, the long conveying belt is always matched with the fly 100, and after the fly 100 is trimmed by the cutter assembly, the short conveying belt and the long conveying belt can operate at normal speed to continue conveying the fly 100 along the X-axis direction.

In order to improve the application range of the placket front trimming device, the placket front trimming device further comprises an adjusting base plate 8, a position adjusting part 7 and an angle adjusting part 9, as shown in the attached drawings 1 to 3 in the specification, the adjusting base plate 8 is arranged below the cutter assembly, the position adjusting part 7 is connected with the adjusting base plate 8, and when the position adjusting part 7 moves, the position of the adjusting base plate 8 can be adjusted, namely the position of the cutter assembly is adjusted.

The adjusting base plate 8 can be regarded as a base, the cutter assembly is connected with the adjusting base plate 8, the position adjusting part 7 can be specifically set as a piston cylinder such as an air cylinder, the moving direction of the position adjusting part 7 is the X-axis direction, namely when the position adjusting part 7 moves, the adjusting base plate 8 can move along the X-axis direction, and the position of the cutter assembly in the X-axis direction is adjusted, namely the front and back positions of the cutter assembly and the adjusting base plate 8 relative to the workbench 13 are adjusted.
