As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention relates to an anti-theft device for a PVC drain pipe, which is used for being installed on an outer wall, wherein a vertically arranged circular tube-shaped PVC drain pipe 1 is fixed on the outer wall, the anti-theft device comprises a rectangular plate-shaped anti-climbing plate 2 with a smooth outer side surface and a rectangular plate-shaped anti-theft plate 3 with a plurality of anti-theft spines 31 on the outer side surface, a plurality of thorn-outlet holes 21 are arranged on the anti-climbing plate 2, one side of the anti-climbing plate 2 is connected with a connecting plate 22 with an inner arc surface covering the outer wall of the drain pipe 1, and the other side of the anti-climbing plate 2 and one side of the connecting: the rear side surface of the anti-climbing plate 2 is fixed with a box-shaped connecting box 4, the connecting box 4 comprises a rectangular plate-shaped back plate 41 and four surrounding plates 42 which surround and are fixed on the periphery of the back plate 41, a connecting area is formed by surrounding the back plate 41 and the anti-climbing plate 2 through the four surrounding plates 42, a plate-shaped supporting plate 5 and an anti-theft plate 3 are respectively arranged in the connecting area, the length direction of the supporting plate 5 and the length direction of the anti-theft plate 3 are both vertically arranged, the anti-theft plate 3, the supporting plate 5, the back plate 41 and the anti-climbing plate 2 are arranged in parallel, the anti-theft plate 3 and the supporting plate 5 are respectively provided with a plurality of front through holes 32 and a plurality of rear through holes 51, the front side surface of the anti-theft plate 3 is provided with a reset groove 33, the front ends of the front through holes 32 are positioned in the reset groove 33, the rear ends of the through rods 6 are fixed with stoppers 61, the front through holes 6, the rear through hole 51 is a strip-shaped hole-shaped structure arranged along the width direction of the supporting plate 5, and further comprises a reset spring 62 which is sleeved on the through rod 6, and two ends of the reset spring 62 are respectively abutted against the stop block 61 and the anti-theft plate 3, the reset spring 62 pushes the anti-theft plate 3 and the supporting plate 5 to be mutually attached tightly, and enables the rear side surface of the supporting plate 5 to be tightly attached to the back plate 41, the front side surface of the supporting plate 5 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped supporting grooves 52 along the length direction, the plurality of supporting grooves 52 are distributed along the width direction of the supporting plate 5, the rear side surface of the anti-theft plate 3 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped open groove-shaped supporting grooves 34 along the length direction, the plurality of supporting grooves 34 are distributed along the width direction of the anti-theft plate 3, the front side surfaces of the supporting bars 52 and the bottoms of the; the supporting plate 5 is fixed with a magnetic block which is arranged close to the upper side of the supporting plate 5, and the supporting plate also comprises a rod-shaped adjusting handle with the magnetic block, the adjusting handle can be magnetically adsorbed by the magnetic block and adsorbed on the enclosing plate 42 on the upper side, and the supporting plate 5 is driven to horizontally move by the adjusting handle; or the coaming 42 on the upper side is provided with a strip-shaped lock hole 43, and also comprises a main lock ring 53 which passes through the lock hole 43 and is fixed with the support plate 5, the left end of the lock hole 43 is fixed with an auxiliary lock ring 44, and the auxiliary lock ring can drive the support plate 5 to move horizontally by moving the main lock ring 53; when the through rod 6 is positioned at the left end of the rear through hole 51, the supporting bar 52 is positioned in the supporting groove 34, the front side surface of the supporting bar 52 is abutted against the bottom of the supporting groove 34, the front side surface of the anti-theft plate 3 and the rear side surface of the anti-climbing plate 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the front end of the anti-theft thorn 31 is positioned in the thorn outlet hole 21, and the thorn outlet hole 21 is blocked; and can move the supporting plate 5 horizontally to the left, make the supporting bar 52 move on the left slot wall of the supporting slot 34, and when the penetrating rod 6 moves to the right end of the rear perforation 51, the front side of the supporting bar 52 is supported on the rear side of the anti-theft plate 3, and the rear side of the supporting plate 5 and the front side of the anti-theft plate 3 are respectively supported against the back plate 41 and the anti-climbing plate 2, and the anti-theft thorn 31 penetrates out from the thorn outlet hole 21, and at this moment, the main lock ring 53 and the auxiliary lock ring 44 are drawn together and can pass through the padlock 7 to be fixed.

Further, the anti-theft plate 3 and the support plate 5 are both bent in the width direction to form a corrugated plate structure, the support bars 52 are integrally bent and formed for the support plate 5, and the support grooves 34 and the reset grooves 33 are integrally bent and formed for the anti-theft plate 3. The anti-theft plate 3 and the supporting plate 5 are bent to form the same shape, and when the penetrating rod 6 is positioned at the left end of the rear through hole 51, the anti-theft plate 3 and the supporting plate 5 are mutually overlapped, the left side surface of the supporting strip 52 is an inclined surface structure attached to the left side wall of the supporting groove 34, and the right side surface of the supporting strip 52 is a right-angle surface structure attached to the right side wall of the supporting groove 34. The front side of the supporting bar 52 and the rear side of the anti-theft plate 3 are respectively provided with a concave point 54 and a convex point 35 which are matched with each other, and when the penetrating rod 6 moves to the right end of the rear penetrating hole 51, the concave point 54 is matched and embedded in the convex point 35. The antitheft thorn 31 is positioned on the other side of the antitheft plate 3 corresponding to the bottom of the supporting groove 34 and is formed by integrally cutting and bending the antitheft plate 3. A rod sleeve 36 is fixed on the front through hole 32, and the rod sleeve 36 is movably sleeved on the through rod 6 in a matching way. The number of the penetrating rods 6 is four, and the penetrating rods are respectively arranged near four corners of the back plate 41. The outer side surface of the anti-creeping plate 2 is coated with a smooth coating, and the two side surfaces of the supporting plate 5 and the rear side surface of the anti-creeping plate 3 are both provided with smooth coatings. The anti-climbing plate 2 and the connecting plate 22 are fixed on the outer wall through anti-theft screws, and the coaming 42 is fixed on the anti-climbing plate 2 through anti-theft bolts.

The anti-theft device has only two states, the support plate 5 can be horizontally moved to the right, the penetrating rod 6 is positioned at the left end of the rear penetrating hole 51, the front side surface of the anti-theft plate 3 and the rear side surface of the anti-climbing plate 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the front end of the anti-theft thorn 31 is positioned in the thorn outlet hole 21 and blocks the thorn outlet hole 21, and the influence on the construction and maintenance work of an outer wall can be avoided; the supporting plate 5 can also be horizontally moved to the left, so that the penetrating rod 6 is moved to the right end of the rear penetrating hole 51, the anti-theft pin 31 penetrates out of the pin outlet hole 21, and the penetrating anti-theft pin 31 is used for preventing theft, so that the anti-theft device is adjustable only in the two states, and is convenient for users to use; in the anti-theft device, when the through rod 6 moves to the right end of the rear through hole 51, the front side surface of the supporting bar 52 is abutted against the rear side surface of the anti-theft plate 3, and the rear side surface of the supporting plate 5 and the front side surface of the anti-theft plate 3 are respectively abutted against the back plate 41 and the anti-climbing plate 2, so that the anti-theft spines 31 at all positions of the anti-theft plate 3 can be supported by the supporting plate 5, the stability of the anti-theft spines 31 at all positions is improved, and the anti-theft spines 31 are prevented from being extruded violen; the anti-theft plate 3 in the device can only move in the direction vertical to the anti-climbing plate 2, so that the anti-theft pin 31 and the pin outlet hole 21 are matched more compactly, and the phenomenon that the whole structure is loosened due to the fact that the pin outlet hole 21 is too large is avoided; and this device can utilize the regulation of taking the magnetic path to adsorb on bounding wall 42 to drive backup pad 5 and remove, take off at ordinary times and adjust the handle, can avoid being adjusted at will, also can remove main catch 53, thereby drive backup pad 5 and remove, make main catch 53 and vice catch 44 draw close, and can pass padlock 7 and fix, consequently the regulation mode is more, can select according to particular case, and can avoid influencing the normal construction operation of outer wall completely.

A manufacturing method of an anti-theft device of a PVC drain pipe comprises the following steps:

step one, bending an anti-theft plate 3 and a support plate 5 in the width direction to form a corrugated plate structure, respectively forming a front through hole 32 and a rear through hole 51 on the anti-theft plate 3 and the support plate 5, integrally cutting and bending the anti-theft plate 3 to form a plurality of anti-theft thorns 31, and respectively punching concave points 54 and convex points 35 which can be matched with each other on the front side surface of a support strip 52 and the rear side surface of the anti-theft plate 3;

bending a steel plate, welding the edge to form a connecting box 4, forming a strip-shaped lock hole 43 in the coaming 42 on the upper side, bending the steel plate to form an anti-creep plate 2 and a connecting plate 22, and forming a puncture hole 21 in the anti-creep plate 2;

and step three, placing the anti-theft plate 3 and the support plate 5 in the connecting box 4, sleeving the reset spring 62 into the through rod 6, respectively penetrating the front end of the through rod 6 through the front through hole 32 and the rear through hole 51 and fixing the through rod with the back plate 41, penetrating the main lock ring 53 through the lock hole 43 and fixing the main lock ring with the support plate 5, aligning the anti-theft thorn 31 with the thorn outlet hole 21, and fixing the connecting box 4 on the rear side face of the anti-climbing plate 2 through the enclosing plate 42.
