A modular natatorium as described above, characterised in that: the hand washing and clothes changing module is made by adopting a plurality of independent spaces formed by separating containers, and is provided with a washroom, a changing room and a shower room.

Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a modular natatorium, which has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, quick construction, short construction time and quick disassembly.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a method for manufacturing the modular natatorium, which comprises the following steps:

A. selecting an open space for building a natatorium, and paving the open space;

B. the left module, the right module, the middle module, the stair module, the left roof module, the middle roof module, the right roof module, the sewage treatment module and the hand washing and changing module are respectively conveyed, fork holes or fork grooves for a forklift to fork are respectively formed in the bottoms of the left module, the right module, the middle module, the stair module, the sewage treatment module and the hand washing and changing module, and the left module, the right module, the middle module, the stair module, the sewage treatment module and the hand washing and changing module are conveyed and spliced through the forklift;

C. correspondingly splicing the left module, the right module and the middle module together: the inner tube is pre-filled with a part of gas, so that the inner tube is expanded to have a certain shape and can be laterally placed into the sealing grooves, when in splicing, the two sealing grooves corresponding to each splicing surface are folded and are respectively sleeved on the inner tube from the left side and the right side, each group of two spliced corner columns are spliced together, two upper corner pieces at the upper end of each group of corner columns are tensioned and fixed through a first corner piece locking device, two lower corner pieces at the lower end of each group of corner columns are tensioned and fixed through a second corner piece locking device, the two spliced corner columns spliced together are tensioned and fixed from the upper end and the lower end through the upper corner pieces and the lower corner pieces, the left module, the right module and the middle module are connected and fixed in pairs through tensioning and fixing of front and rear groups of spliced corner columns corresponding to each splicing surface, and the inner;

H. covering a shielding sheet at the gap between two adjacent eaves for connection;

I. the sewage treatment module is communicated with the interior of the swimming pool through a water pipe to form a circulation loop so as to enable water in the interior of the swimming pool to be purified by the sewage treatment module and then to flow into the swimming pool in a circulating mode, and the hand washing and clothes changing module is moved to the front side of the swimming pool so as to approach a stair module to go up and down stairs.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the invention realizes the modularized installation and manufacture of the natatorium, the modularized transportation, the modularized assembly and disassembly, and the simple and convenient disassembly and assembly, the convenient and fast assembly and disassembly, the short time consumption, and the rapid building on the open ground which is examined and approved in a wide field and in a short term according to the requirements, such as building in summer, the module is dismantled in winter, can utilize land and space in a flexible way, and each module after dismantling can repeatedly use, practices thrift the cost, improves the benefit, and the convenience of people is facilitated.

The stair module 8 is arranged outside the front end of the middle module 2 and is spliced at the front end of the left corridor 100 or the right corridor 31, the hand washing and changing module 10 is arranged on the front side of the swimming pool and is convenient for people to walk between the swimming pool and a hand washing room or a changing room, and the sewage treatment module 9 is communicated with the inside of the swimming pool through a water pipe and is used for driving water in the swimming pool to flow into the swimming pool after being purified.

The hand washing and changing module 10 is made by dividing a container into a plurality of independent spaces, and is provided with a washroom, a changing room and a shower room. Of course, the hand washing and dressing module 10 may be arranged in a plurality of rows according to the flow of people.

The left module 1, the right module 3 and the middle module 2 are rectangular structures, so that a rectangular swimming pool can be conveniently formed, the swimming space is good, and the splicing structure is simple.

The pool bottom 11 is composed of a framework and floors, the floors are laid on the framework, the sealing grooves 15 are formed in the splicing corner columns 16 and the framework, as shown in fig. 9, the front pool wall, the rear pool wall, the left pool wall and the right module are made of metal plates with wave structures, and the material structures are adopted by container bodies. In the left module 1, the middle module 2 and the right module 3, the pool bottom of each module is hermetically connected with the corresponding pool wall.

The modular natatorium further comprises a left roof module 5, a middle roof module 6 and a right roof module 7 which respectively correspond to the left module 1, the middle module 2 and the right module 3, outer corner posts 19 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the left pool wall 13 and the right pool wall 14, upper corner pieces 17 are fixed at the upper ends of the outer corner posts 19, the left roof module 5, the middle roof module 6 and the right roof module 7 respectively comprise a left roof 51, a middle roof 61 and a right roof 71, upper corner posts 52 are respectively arranged at the four corners of the left roof 51, the middle roof 61 and the right roof 71, lower corner pieces 18 are fixed at the lower ends of the upper corner posts 52, the upper corner posts 52 on the left roof 51 respectively correspond to the outer corner posts 19 and the splicing corner posts 16 on the left module 1, the upper corner posts 52 on the middle roof 61 respectively correspond to the splicing corner posts 16 on the middle module 2, and the upper corner posts 52 on the right roof 71 respectively correspond to the outer corner posts 19 and the splicing corner posts 16 on the right module 3 The upper corner fitting 17 at the upper end of the outer corner column 19 is fixedly connected with the lower corner fitting 18 at the lower end of the corresponding upper corner column 52 through a third corner fitting locking device 53, and the upper corner fitting 17 at the upper end of the splicing corner column 16 is fixedly connected with the lower corner fitting 18 at the lower end of the corresponding upper corner column 52 through a first corner fitting locking device 21.

The left side and the front side and the rear side of the left roof 51, the front side and the rear side of the middle roof 61, and the right side and the front side and the rear side of the right roof 71 are respectively hinged with eaves 54, the eaves 54 are supported by ejector rods 55, one end of each ejector rod 55 is hinged with the eaves 54, and the other end of each ejector rod 55 is detachably connected with the upper corner post 52. The foldable eave is convenient to carry.

Through independent left roof module 5, middle roof module 6 and the concatenation of right roof module 7 form the roof in left module 1, middle module 2 and right module 3 top to prop open through eaves 54 and keep off on the corridor, can the sunshade rain, can place amusement and leisure instruments such as deck chair, seat, tea table on the corridor.

The upper corner fitting 17 includes an upward upper positioning hole 171, the lower corner fitting 18 includes a downward lower positioning hole 181, the side surfaces of the upper corner fitting 17 and the lower corner fitting 18 are provided with side positioning holes 172, the first corner fitting locking device 21 includes an intermediate locking block 211 having an upper end insertable into the lower positioning hole 181 of the lower corner fitting 18 and a lower end insertable into the upper positioning hole 171 of the upper corner fitting 17, the upper and lower portions of the intermediate locking block 211 are respectively provided with locking holes 212, the upper locking hole 212 corresponds to the side positioning hole 172 of the lower corner fitting 18 when the intermediate locking block 211 is inserted into the lower corner fitting 18, the lower locking hole 212 corresponds to the side positioning hole 172 of the upper corner fitting 17 when the intermediate locking block 211 is inserted into the upper corner fitting 17, the first corner fitting locking device 21 further includes a first locking member 213, the first locking member 213 is provided with four locking posts 214 insertable into the upper ends of the locking holes 212 through the side positioning holes 172, wherein two locking posts 214 are inserted into the upper corner fitting 17 of two adjacent corner fittings 16, and inserted into the locking hole 212 in the upper corner fitting 17, and the other two locking posts 214 are inserted into the lower corner fitting 18 at the lower end of the upper corner fitting 52 corresponding to the two splicing corner posts 16 and inserted into the locking holes 212 in the lower corner fitting 18, and the two upper corner fittings 17 of the two splicing corner posts 16 and the two lower corner fittings 18 of the two corresponding upper corner posts 52 are tightened and fixed with each other through the first locking piece 213, so that the structure is simple, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.

The second corner fitting locking device 22 comprises a second locking piece 221, the second locking piece 221 is provided with positioning columns 222 which can be simultaneously inserted into the lower positioning holes 181 of the lower corner fittings 18 at the lower ends of two adjacent splicing corner posts 16, and the two positioning columns 222 are fixed at intervals, so that the two lower corner fittings 18 are tensioned and fixed by inserting the two positioning columns 222 into the two lower corner fittings 18, and the operation is simple and convenient.

When the outer corner post 19 and the upper corner post 52 are disassembled, the corresponding second side locking block 532 and the first side locking block 531 are respectively disassembled, so that the outer corner post 19 and the upper corner post 52 can be disassembled from top to bottom, the structure is simple, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.

Of course, the first corner fitting locking device 21, the second corner fitting locking device 22 and the third corner fitting locking device 53 may also adopt a bolt and nut connection locking structure.

The left module 1, the right module 3, the middle module 2, the stair module 8, the left roof module 5, the middle roof module 6, the right roof module 7, the sewage treatment module 9 and the hand washing and clothes changing module 10 can be respectively and independently carried and moved before being assembled.

A method of manufacturing the modular natatorium described above, comprising the steps of:

A. selecting an open space for building a natatorium, and paving the open space;

B. carrying a left module 1, a right module 3, a middle module 2, a stair module 8, a left roof module 5, a middle roof module 6, a right roof module 7, a sewage treatment module 9 and a hand washing and dressing changing module 10 respectively, wherein the bottoms of the left module 1, the right module 3, the middle module 2, the stair module 8, the sewage treatment module 9 and the hand washing and dressing changing module 10 are respectively provided with a fork hole or a fork groove for a forklift to fork, and carrying and splicing the left module 1, the right module 3, the middle module 2, the stair module 8, the sewage treatment module 9 and the hand washing and dressing changing module 10 by the forklift;

C. correspondingly splicing the left module 1, the right module 3 and the middle module 2 together: the inner tube 4 is pre-filled with a part of gas, so that the inner tube 4 is expanded to have a certain shape and can be laterally placed into the sealing grooves 15, when in splicing, the two sealing grooves 15 corresponding to each splicing surface are folded and sleeved on the inner tube 4 from the left side and the right side respectively, each group of two spliced corner posts 16 are spliced together, two upper corner pieces 17 at the upper ends of the two spliced corner posts are tensioned and fixed through first corner piece locking devices 21, two lower corner pieces 18 at the lower ends of the two spliced corner posts are tensioned and fixed through second corner piece locking devices 22, the two spliced corner posts 16 are tensioned and fixed from the upper ends and the lower ends through the upper corner pieces 17 and the lower corner pieces 18, the left module 1, the right module 3 and the middle module 2 are connected and fixed in pairs through tensioning and fixing of the front and rear two groups of spliced corner posts 16 corresponding to each splicing surface, and the inner tube 4 is locked in a; because the inner tube 4 is longer, the pre-inflation and expansion of the inner tube 4 have certain shapes, so that the inner tube 4 is conveniently positioned in the sealing groove 15, and the inner tube 4 is prevented from twisting and knotting;

G. the eaves 54 hinged on the left roof 51, the middle roof 61 and the right roof 71 are propped open by the ejector rods 55;

H. covering a shielding sheet 56 at the gap between two adjacent eaves 54;

I. the sewage treatment module 9 is communicated with the interior of the swimming pool through a water pipe to form a circulation loop so that water in the interior of the swimming pool is purified by the sewage treatment module 9 and then flows into the swimming pool in a circulating mode, and the hand washing and changing module 10 is carried to the front side of the swimming pool so as to approach the stair module 8 to go up and down stairs.

When the natatorium needs to be removed, the modules are removed by disconnecting the fastening connection among the modules.

The invention can realize modularized installation and manufacture, modularized assembly and disassembly of a swimming pool, is simple and convenient to disassemble and assemble, is convenient and quick to assemble and disassemble, has short time consumption, can be quickly built on squares and short-term approved open lands according to requirements, such as building in summer and dismantling in winter, can flexibly use land and space, saves cost, improves benefit and is convenient for people.
