The other end of the shaft lever extends out of the bottom of the lock body and is fixedly connected with one end of a rotary bolt 12 through a clamping nut 11, the other end of the rotary bolt is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 13, a bolt cap of the adjusting bolt is used for abutting against a lining plate 1601 of a side frame strip 16, and the adjusting bolt is connected with a rotation stopping nut 14 which enables the adjusting bolt and the rotary bolt to stop rotating.

The working principle of the rotary telescopic mechanism is as follows: when the outer sliding guide sleeve 5 rotates, the spiral sliding hole 501 of the outer sliding guide sleeve pushes the pin shaft 6 to slide along the L-shaped sliding hole 701 of the inner sliding guide sleeve 7, and when the pin shaft slides along the vertical section of the L-shaped sliding hole, the shaft lever forms a telescopic motion, and when the pin shaft slides along the horizontal section of the L-shaped sliding hole, the shaft lever forms a rotary motion.

An inner cavity 106 matched with the outer sliding guide sleeve 5 to rotate is arranged in the lock body 1, an upper convex rib 503 is arranged on the top surface of the outer sliding guide sleeve, a notch 204 matched with the upper convex rib and linked with the outer sliding guide sleeve to rotate is arranged at the bottom of the lock core 2, a lower convex rib 702 is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner sliding guide sleeve 7, and a limiting port 107 positioned with the lower convex rib and limiting the rotation of the inner sliding guide sleeve is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the lock body. A resisting power spring 4 is arranged between the shaft lever 8 and the bottom of the lock core, a rotation stopping opening 502 which forms rotation stopping for the external sliding guide sleeve when the pin shaft slides to the end is arranged at the upper end of the spiral stroke of the spiral sliding hole 501 of the external sliding guide sleeve, namely, when the pin shaft 6 slides to the rotation stopping opening position at the upper end of the spiral stroke along the spiral sliding hole, the shaft lever is tightly pressed and limited in the rotation stopping opening under the tensioning action of the power spring, so that the external sliding guide sleeve forms a rotation stopping state; when the outer sliding guide sleeve rotates along with the lock cylinder and overcomes the tension force of the power-assisted spring, the pin shaft is separated from the rotation stopping opening and enters the spiral sliding hole.

In order to make the tight sealing between the lining board 1601 of the side frame strip 16 and the inner side of the corresponding panel 20 more reliable, the lining board may also be sleeved with a lining 17.

In order to facilitate the rotation of the lock cylinder 2, the end surface of the lock cylinder can be designed into the following two schemes: in the first scheme, the end face of the lock cylinder is provided with a socket 201 for inserting an external rotating tool, and the socket is any one of a straight opening, a cross opening and a polygonal opening, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a wrench 15 with a straight plug is matched with the straight opening. After the lock body is fixed, the lock cylinder 2 is rotated, the lock cylinder is linked with the rotary telescopic mechanism, the shaft lever 8 drives the rotary lock tongue 12 to rotate to the back side surface of the lining plate 16 on the inner side of the panel, when the lock cylinder rotates in place, the shaft lever drives the bolt cap of the adjusting bolt 13 on the rotary lock tongue to be tightly propped against the back side surface of the lining plate, under the state, the panel and the lining plate are clamped and fixed, namely, the panel and the frame are fixed, and a reliable plane seal is formed between the fixed panel and the lining plate. When the lock core is rotated reversely, the lock core is linked with the rotary telescopic mechanism, so that the shaft lever drives the adjusting bolt of the rotary lock tongue to remove and abut against the back side face of the corresponding lining plate, then the rotary lock tongue is driven to rotate, the adjusting bolt is separated from the back side face of the lining plate, under the state, the panel and the lining plate are removed and fixed, namely the panel and the frame are removed and fixed, and the panel can be separated from the frame at the moment to finish the panel dismounting operation.
