A production process of a PVC pipe is suitable for the PVC pipe production equipment, and the equipment comprises the following steps:

s1: mixing the raw material slurry of the PVC pipe by using stirring equipment in a mixing unit, uniformly mixing the raw material slurry with the PVC pipe, putting the mixed raw material slurry of the PVC pipe into an extrusion unit, and extruding the PVC pipe into a tubular shape by using a forming die of the extrusion unit;

s2: placing the PVC pipe extruded into a tubular shape into a cooling tank for cooling, wherein the temperature of cooling water in the cooling tank is 15-20 ℃, after the PVC pipe is cooled in the cooling tank, pulling the PVC pipe to move through a traction unit to enable the PVC pipe to move to a required position, and then cutting the PVC pipe through a cutting machine according to the length requirement of the PVC pipe;

s3: after the PVC pipe is cut, according to the requirements for the opening size of the PVC pipe when the PVC pipe is used, flaring is carried out on the cut PVC pipe through the flaring unit, and the required PVC pipe is obtained after the flaring is finished.

The specific working process is as follows:

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on the figure 2 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
