Therefore, further improvements to existing electric energy meters are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides an electric meter which can be directly provided with an external antenna without opening a cover casing and can conveniently lead water out of a module box.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the electric meter according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, a cover 3, a cover 6, and a module case 2 disposed on the base 1.

In order to prevent water from penetrating into the module box through the gap between the rear wall plate of the base 1 and the housing 3, as shown in fig. 3, the rear wall surface of the base 1 is recessed forward to form a recessed area 1b, the front plate of the recessed area 1b extends upward to form an extension plate 12, the extension plate 12 is located at the front side of the rear wall plate 11 of the base, and a water containing groove 1c for containing water penetrating through the top gap between the housing 3 and the rear wall plate 11 of the base is formed between the extension plate 12 and the rear wall plate 11 of the base, as shown in fig. 3 to 7 specifically; in addition, the middle part of the top end of the rear wall plate 11 of the base is recessed inwards to form a recessed area 1d for placing a hook, and the recessed area divides the water containing tank 1c into two small water tanks, which is shown in fig. 13.

As shown in fig. 4 to 12, the first chamber 21 and the second chamber 22 are arranged in the cartridge 2 in this order from left to right, and a partition plate 23 extending forward and backward is provided between the first chamber 21 and the second chamber 22. As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the front wall plate of the first chamber 21 is provided with two connector terminals 4 for connecting the external antenna 5, each connector terminal 4 is in threaded connection with a connector corresponding to the external antenna 5, and the housing 3 is provided with a through hole 31 at a position corresponding to the connector terminal 4 for the connector terminal 4 to partially penetrate through. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, a first circuit board 213 connected to the connector is disposed in the second chamber 22 of the cartridge 2, and a through hole 231 for passing the connection wire of the connector 4 is formed in the partition 23, and the connection wire of the connector 4 passes through the through hole 231 and is connected to the first circuit board 213, as shown in fig. 4, 9 and 12. Therefore, the external antenna 5 can be directly screwed on the connector lug 4 exposed out of the through hole 31 without opening the housing 3.

As shown in fig. 2, 4, 9 and 11, the bottom surface of the first chamber 21 is located below the bottom surface of the second chamber 22, and a water outlet 21a for supplying water to flow out of the first chamber 21 is opened on the bottom wall of the first chamber 21, as shown in fig. 8 and 12; a gap 63 communicated with the water outlet 21a is formed between the bottom wall of the module box 2 and the top plate 61 of the supporting plate 13 and the meter cover; in addition, as shown in fig. 7, the lower end of one surface of the cover 3 facing the accommodating space 1a has a rib 33 extending along the circumferential direction thereof, and correspondingly, the surface of the cover 6 facing the cover 3 has a groove 611 for accommodating the rib 33, and in a state where the cover 3 is covered on the base 1, a gap 34 communicating with the gap 63 and the outside is provided between the cover 3 and the cover 6 at a position adjacent to the groove 611. Thus, when water finally permeates into the first chamber 21 through the through hole 31, the water accumulated in the first chamber 21 flows out through the water outlet 21a, the gap 63 and the gap 34 in sequence, so as to prevent the water from accumulating in the first chamber 21 and contacting the first circuit board 213 in the second chamber 22. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 to 7, the module box 2 includes a lower box body 2a and a box cover 2b covering the lower box body 2a, the outer peripheral wall of the box cover 2b is provided with at least three fastening holes 25, correspondingly, the lower box body 2a is provided with a snapping part 24 which can be snapped into the corresponding fastening holes 25, and the lower box body 2a is connected with the box cover 2b through the cooperation of the snapping part 24 and the corresponding fastening holes 25, as shown in fig. 9 to 12. In order to facilitate the installation of the connector lug, the lower box body 2a and the box cover 2b are correspondingly provided with half-open holes 21d on the joint surface corresponding to the front wall plate of the first cavity 21, and when the box cover 2b and the lower box body 2a are in a covering state, the half-open holes 21d of the lower box body 2a and the half-open holes 21d of the box cover 2b are relatively combined to form an open hole 21c for the front end of the connector lug 4 to pass through, which is shown in fig. 11 in particular.

In order to limit the forward and backward movement of the connector, as shown in fig. 7, a protruding plate 211 extending up and down is disposed in the first chamber 21, the protruding plate 211 is parallel to the front wall of the first chamber 21, and an avoiding opening 211c for avoiding the rear end of the connector 4 is formed at a position of the protruding plate 211 corresponding to the opening 21c, and particularly, as shown in fig. 6, an interlayer 212 for limiting a part of the connector 4 therein is formed between the protruding plate 211 and the front wall of the first chamber 21. In order to restrict the movement of the terminal up and down and to maintain the stability of the terminal after the terminal is mounted, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, a pressing plate 215 extending downward is provided in the interlayer of the box cover 2b, and the pressing plate 215 is partially abutted against the terminal 4 in a state where the box cover 2b is covered on the lower case 2 a. In this embodiment, two pressing plates 215 are provided for each connector 4 at left and right intervals.

As shown in fig. 7, the protruding plate 211 includes a first protruding plate 211a and a second protruding plate 211b, the first protruding plate 211a is disposed on the bottom wall of the lower case 2a and extends upward, the second protruding plate 211b is disposed on the top wall of the case cover 2b and extends downward, the first protruding plate 211a and the second protruding plate 211b are correspondingly provided with semi-circular holes 2111, when the case cover 2b and the lower case 2a are in a closed state, the first protruding plate 211a and the second protruding plate 211b are butted, and the semi-circular holes 2111 of the first protruding plate 211a and the second protruding plate 211b are relatively engaged to form the aforementioned avoiding opening 211c, which is specifically shown in fig. 6.
