The porcelain insulator is a commonly used supporting component of an electric power transmission line, the main structure of the prior art comprises the porcelain insulator with a rainproof disc, a metal end is arranged at the upper end of the porcelain insulator, a metal screw and a fixing nut are arranged on the axis of the lower end of the porcelain insulator, a wiring clamp is arranged at the top end of the metal end, and one end of the wiring clamp is connected with an electricity testing grounding ring through a connecting arm; one side of the metal end is connected with a lightning rod bent downwards, the lower end of the lightning rod is provided with a discharge end facing the lower end of the insulator, and the lower part of the insulator of the porcelain insulator is provided with a discharge head opposite to the discharge end of the lightning rod; the metal end, the wiring clamp, the connecting arm of the electricity testing grounding ring and the root of the lightning rod are all arranged in a safety cover, the safety cover consists of a half box body, an upper box body and a lower box body, the top ends of the upper box body and the half box body are connected with each other through a bendable connecting body, and an upper groove used for penetrating through the connecting arm of the electricity testing grounding ring is arranged below the upper box body; the lower box body is buckled with the lower part of the half box body relatively, the upper edge of the lower box body is inserted into the inner side of the lower edge of the upper box body, and a lower groove corresponding to the connecting arm of the electricity testing grounding ring is arranged. The disadvantages are that: the top end is a plane and is provided with a butt joint seam, so that rain and snow are not smoothly drained, and easily permeate into the cover to cause corrosion of metal parts inside the safety cover; the flat top of the safety cover is easy to cause bird damage (damage caused by falling the cover body and corrosion of the cover body caused by building a bird nest).

In addition, in order to improve the lightning protection effect, the electrical conductivity of the lightning rod connected with the lightning rod needs to be improved, and in order to reduce the cost, the metal end is generally made of aluminum, but the bonding structure between the metal end made of aluminum and the porcelain insulator (the adhesive is generally made of cement or epoxy resin) is not firm, and the metal end and the porcelain insulator become loose or even separate after being used for a period of time, so that the safety of a line is affected.

The invention has the advantages that: the sharp top at the top end of the safety cover is used as a bendable connector and penetrates through the center line of the whole top, so that butt joint seams at the top end are eliminated, and the sealing performance is improved; the pointed top at the top end prevents birds from falling and building bird nests, so that bird damage is effectively prevented; the grounding ring extends to one side, the strength of the connecting arm is enhanced, and the grounding operation is facilitated; the metal end is made of iron materials and is firmly bonded with the porcelain insulator, so that the service life is prolonged; the lightning protection effect is ensured by utilizing the aluminum lightning rod connecting plate and the jointing clamp.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 14, an embodiment of a lightning protection porcelain insulator with an electricity testing grounding ring and a bird damage prevention structure safety cover according to the present invention includes a porcelain insulator with four disc-shaped rain-proof discs 1, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the porcelain insulator are respectively provided with a metal end 5, the axis of the lower end is provided with a metal screw 6 and a fixing nut, the top end of the metal end 5 at the upper end is provided with a wiring clamp 2, and one end of the top plate of the wiring clamp 2 is connected with an electricity testing grounding ring 10 through a connecting arm 11; one side of the metal end 5 at the upper end is connected with a lightning rod 4 which is bent downwards, and the lower end of the lightning rod 4 is provided with a discharge end 41 facing to the lower end of the insulator; a transverse discharge head supporting arm 7 is arranged on a metal screw 6 below a metal end 5 at the lower end of the porcelain insulator, two ends of the discharge head supporting arm 7 are bent upwards, a discharge head 8 corresponding to a discharge end 41 is arranged at one end of the discharge head supporting arm 7, and a grounding terminal 9 used for connecting a ground wire is arranged at the other end of the discharge head supporting arm 7. The metal end 5 at the upper end, the jointing clamp 2, the connecting arm 11 and the root of the lightning rod 4 (the joint of the metal end 5 at the upper end) are all installed in an insulating safety cover 3 (the left side and the right side of the insulating safety cover are provided with power line protection pipes 31 used for passing through a power line, and round openings 33 used for passing through the root of the lightning rod 4 are arranged below the power line protection pipes 31 at one end).

The main structure of the safety cover 3 is (see fig. 5 and 6), which is composed of a half box body, an upper box body 37 and a lower box body, wherein the half box body covers the metal end 5 and the half part of the binding clip 2, which is opposite to the electricity testing grounding ring 8; the upper box body 37 covers the other half of the wiring clamp 2 and is oppositely buckled with the upper part of the half box body, the upper box body 37 and the top end of the half box body are mutually connected through a bendable connector, and the lower side of the upper box body is provided with an upper groove 32 used for penetrating through the connecting arm 11 of the electricity testing grounding ring 10; the lower box body is oppositely buckled with the lower part of the half box body, the upper edge of the lower box body is inserted into the inner side of the lower edge of the upper box body, and a lower groove corresponding to the connecting arm 11 is arranged; the butt joint edges of the half box body and the lower box body are provided with power line protective pipes 31 which correspond to the two sides of the jointing clamp, protrude outwards and gradually reduce the diameter; the bottom ends of the half box body and the lower box body are provided with semicircular holes for penetrating through the necks of the porcelain insulator; a pair of lugs 34 corresponding to each other are provided on the abutting edges of both sides of the upper case 37 and the half case, at least a pair of lugs 34 corresponding to each other are provided on the abutting edges of both sides of the half case and the lower case, through holes are provided in the lugs 34, and the snaps 12 are fitted into the through holes.

An n-shaped water retaining edge is arranged along the outer side edge of the upper groove 32; the outer sides of two opposite sides of the lower groove are respectively provided with a water retaining edge, and the two sides of the lower end of the water retaining edge cover the top ends of the two water retaining edges.

The contact surfaces of the two sides of the lower end of the water retaining edge and the top ends of the two water retaining edges are mutually matched inclined surfaces so as to improve the sealing property. The above-described structure of the safety shield 3 is prior art.

The improved parts of the safety cover 3 of the invention are as follows: a herringbone peak 35 is arranged at the center line of the top end of the safety cover 3 as a bendable connecting body, and the bottom edges of the two sides of the peak 35 are respectively connected with the tops of the half box body and the upper box body 37 (as an integral structure, see fig. 2 and 6). The peak 35 facilitates drainage and also prevents bird and bird nesting.

In addition, the electricity testing grounding ring 10 is also improved, and a metal exposed edge (a grounding edge without an insulating layer) of the electricity testing grounding ring 10 extends towards one side, so that a grounding hook can be easily hung on the grounding edge of the electricity testing grounding ring 10 during grounding operation. One end of the connecting arm 11 connected with the electricity testing grounding ring 10 is also expanded to form a triangle, so that the connecting strength of the electricity testing grounding ring 10 is increased.

Referring to fig. 10-13, another improvement of the present invention is that the upper and lower metal ends 5 are made of iron material, and two screws 15 for installing the binding clip are welded at the top end of the upper metal end 5; an aluminum lightning rod connecting plate 13 is arranged at the top end of the upper metal end 5, the lightning rod connecting plate 13 comprises a top disc and a bent end 131 (bent downwards vertically) connected with one end of the top disc, a lightning rod connecting pipe 14 is arranged at the outer side of the bent end 131, the root of the lightning rod 4 is fixed in a hole 141 of the lightning rod connecting pipe 14 (the hole 141 is non-circular, such as waist-shaped or polygonal shown in the figure, and the root of the lightning rod is also in the same shape and is used for positioning the lightning rod), and the lightning rod is fastened (such as extrusion, fastening by a fastening screw and interference fit); the top disk is provided with two through holes 132 and is sleeved on the screw rod 15 at the top of the metal end, and the wiring clamp 2 is arranged on the top disk; the jointing clamp 2, the lightning rod 4, the lightning rod connecting plate 13 and the lightning rod connecting pipe 14 are all made of aluminum materials.

The disc-shaped rain-proof plate 1 of the porcelain insulator of the first embodiment can be increased or decreased according to the requirement, and the number of the rain-proof plate is generally 3-5.

The rain-proof plate 1 can be in the shape of a disc of the existing porcelain insulator, such as 1-3 umbrella-shaped plates shown in figures 7-9. The lower end of the insulator of the umbrella-shaped disc is provided with no metal end 5.

Referring to fig. 10, this embodiment is devoid of an electroscopic ground ring 10 and its connecting arms 11, and the corresponding safety shield also has openings (i.e., recesses 32 and lower recesses in fig. 5) for passing through the connecting arms 11 removed.

Referring to fig. 14, the discharge head 8 of the present invention may also be directly attached to one side of the metal end 5 of the lower end of the insulator.

The safety cover 3 of the present invention can be made of elastic plastic (such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride or other plastic with similar performance, or plastic material), and the outlets of the power line protection pipes 31 at the two ends are sealed by rubber sleeves, which is also the prior art.
