and the terminal equipment sends the uplink data to the access network equipment from the starting time domain symbol.

The method of claim 1,

when the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol, the uplink data is first uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the first time domain symbol;

and when the starting time domain symbol is the second time domain symbol, the uplink data is second uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the second time domain symbol, and the second uplink data is data left in the first uplink data after data from the first time domain symbol to the second time domain symbol is removed.

The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein prior to the terminal device rate matching the first transport block, the method further comprises:

the terminal device receives first indication information from the access network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first transmission mode or a second transmission mode, the first transmission mode is to start sending the uplink data from the first time domain symbol or the second time domain symbol, and the second transmission mode is to start sending the uplink data from the first time domain symbol and not to start sending the uplink data from the second time domain symbol.

The method of claim 3, wherein the rate matching the first transport block by the terminal device comprises:

the terminal equipment determines a first modulation order from the MCS configuration set according to the first modulation and coding strategy MCS index;

the terminal equipment performs rate matching on the first transmission block according to the first modulation order;

wherein the MCS configuration set is a first MCS configuration set when the first indication information indicates the first transmission mode, the MCS configuration set is a second MCS configuration set when the first indication information indicates the second transmission mode, and the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rate matching of the first transport block by the terminal device comprises:

A method for receiving uplink data, comprising:

the access network equipment determines that the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol or the second time domain symbol according to the number or the position of the detected reference signal symbols included in the first time unit;

and the access network equipment receives uplink data corresponding to the first transmission block from the terminal equipment according to the determined initial time domain symbol.

The method according to claim 9 or 10,

when the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol, the uplink data corresponding to the first transmission block is first uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the first time domain symbol;

when the starting time domain symbol is the second time domain symbol, the uplink data corresponding to the first transmission block is second uplink data obtained by the first transmission block from the second time domain symbol by rate matching, and the second uplink data is data left in the first uplink data after data from the first time domain symbol to the second time domain symbol is removed.

The method according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein before the access network device receives uplink data corresponding to the first transport block from the terminal device starting from a starting time domain symbol, the method further comprises:

wherein the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

The method according to any one of claims 9 to 12,

the first scheduling information is used to indicate a first MCS index, so that the terminal device determines, according to the first MCS index, a first modulation order of uplink data corresponding to the first transport block from a first MCS configuration set.

The method of claim 14, further comprising:

the access network device sends second scheduling information to the terminal device, where the second scheduling information is used to indicate a second MCS index, so that the terminal device determines, according to the second MCS index, a second modulation order of uplink data corresponding to a second transport block from a second MCS configuration set, where the second transport block is transmitted by a second time unit, and the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

The method of claim 13 or 15, wherein the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set, comprising:

the modulation order corresponding to the first MCS index in the first MCS configuration set is greater than or equal to the modulation order corresponding to the first MCS index in the second MCS configuration set.

An apparatus for transmitting uplink data, comprising a processing unit and a communication unit,

the communication unit is configured to receive first scheduling information from an access network device, where the first scheduling information is used to schedule the terminal device to transmit a first transport block via an unlicensed carrier;

the processing unit is used for carrying out rate matching on the first transmission block to obtain uplink data;

the processing unit is further configured to detect the unlicensed carrier, and determine, according to a detection result, a starting time domain symbol for sending the uplink data from at least two time domain symbols included in a first time unit, where the at least two time domain symbols include a first time domain symbol and a second time domain symbol, the second time domain symbol is later than the first time domain symbol, and the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol or the second time domain symbol;

the communication unit is further configured to send the uplink data generated by the processing unit to the access network device from the starting time domain symbol.

The apparatus of claim 18,

when the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol, the uplink data is first uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the first time domain symbol;

and when the starting time domain symbol is the second time domain symbol, the uplink data is second uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the second time domain symbol, and the second uplink data is data left in the first uplink data after data from the first time domain symbol to the second time domain symbol is removed.

The apparatus of claim 18 or 19, wherein the communication unit is further configured to:

receiving first indication information from the access network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first transmission mode or a second transmission mode, the first transmission mode is to start sending the uplink data from the first time domain symbol or the second time domain symbol, and the second transmission mode is to start sending the uplink data from the first time domain symbol and not to start sending the uplink data from the second time domain symbol.

The apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the processing unit is specifically configured to:

determining a first modulation order from the MCS configuration set according to the first modulation and coding strategy MCS index;

performing rate matching on the first transmission block according to the first modulation order;

wherein the MCS configuration set is a first MCS configuration set when the first indication information indicates the first transmission mode, the MCS configuration set is a second MCS configuration set when the first indication information indicates the second transmission mode, and the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

and determining a first modulation order from a first MCS configuration set according to the first MCS index, and performing rate matching on the first transport block according to the first modulation order.

The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the processing unit is further configured to:

and determining a second modulation order from a second MCS configuration set according to a second MCS index, and performing rate matching on a second transport block according to the second modulation order, wherein the second transport block is transmitted through a second time unit, and the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

The apparatus of claim 21 or 23, wherein the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set, comprising:

the modulation order corresponding to the first MCS index in the first MCS configuration set is greater than or equal to the modulation order corresponding to the first MCS index in the second MCS configuration set.

The apparatus of any one of claims 21 to 24, wherein a first code rate of a third transport block corresponding to a third modulation order in the first MCS configuration set is smaller than a preset value, wherein the first code rate is a code rate of uplink data corresponding to the third transport block transmitted from the second time domain symbol, and the third modulation order is a modulation order except for a highest modulation order in the first MCS configuration set.

An apparatus for receiving uplink data, comprising a processing unit and a communication unit,

the processing unit is configured to send first scheduling information to a terminal device through the communication unit, where the first scheduling information is used to schedule the terminal device to transmit a first transport block through an unlicensed carrier;

and the communication unit is configured to receive uplink data corresponding to the first transport block from the terminal device from a starting time domain symbol, where the starting time domain symbol is a first time domain symbol or a second time domain symbol of at least two time domain symbols included in a first time unit, the second time domain symbol is later than the first time domain symbol, and the at least two time domain symbols are used to receive the uplink data.

The apparatus of claim 26,

the processing unit is further configured to determine, according to the detected number or position of the reference signal symbols included in the first time unit, that the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol or the second time domain symbol;

the communication unit is further configured to receive, from the terminal device, uplink data corresponding to the first transport block according to the determined starting time domain symbol.

The apparatus of claim 26 or 27,

when the starting time domain symbol is the first time domain symbol, the uplink data corresponding to the first transmission block is first uplink data obtained by the first transmission block starting rate matching from the first time domain symbol;

when the starting time domain symbol is the second time domain symbol, the uplink data corresponding to the first transmission block is second uplink data obtained by the first transmission block from the second time domain symbol by rate matching, and the second uplink data is data left in the first uplink data after data from the first time domain symbol to the second time domain symbol is removed.

The apparatus according to any of claims 26 to 28, wherein the communication unit is further configured to:

when the first indication information indicates the second transmission mode, the modulation order of the uplink data corresponding to the first transport block is a first modulation order determined according to the first MCS index and a second MCS configuration set,

wherein the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.

The apparatus of any one of claims 26 to 29,

the first scheduling information is used to indicate a first MCS index, so that the terminal device determines, according to the first MCS index, a first modulation order of uplink data corresponding to the first transport block from a first MCS configuration set.

The apparatus of claim 31, wherein the communication unit is further configured to:

and sending second scheduling information to the terminal device, where the second scheduling information is used to indicate a second MCS index, so that the terminal device determines, according to the second MCS index, a second modulation order of uplink data corresponding to a second transport block from a second MCS configuration set, where the second transport block is transmitted by a second time unit, and the first MCS configuration set is different from the second MCS configuration set.
