The using method comprises the following steps: unscrewing the bottle cap 3, injecting hot water into the bottle body 1 through the bottle neck 2, then attaching the groove 5 on the bottle body 1 to the neck of a user, adjusting the fulcrum 8 according to the figure of the user, taking out the screw rod 11 at the rear end of the fulcrum 8 from the embedded hole 9, sliding the screw rod 11 back and forth by using the first sliding groove 6 and the second sliding groove 7, inserting the screw rod 11 into the embedded hole 9 after adjusting to the acupuncture point, fixing the screw rod by using the first thread 12, transmitting heat to the screw rod 11 by the hot water in the bottle body 1 through the heat conduction pipe 13, transmitting the heat to the fulcrum 8 by using the screw rod 11, massaging the acupuncture point of the neck after the fulcrum 8 is heated, extracting the fixing seat 10 from the deep hole 104 after adjusting the fulcrum 8, fixing the fixing seat 10 between the fixing piece 101 at the upper end of the fixing seat 10 and the deep hole 104, installing the fixing frame 14 in the second clamping groove 102 on the fixing seat 10, the fixing seat 10 is plugged into the deep hole 104, the fixing sheet 101 at the lower end of the fixing seat 10 is fixed with the deep hole 104, so that the fixing seat 10 is hidden in the deep hole 104, the arrangement of the bottle body 1 is not affected, then the pipe clamp 15 is rotated through the first rotating shaft 17 to expand the pipe clamp 15, then the pipe clamp 15 is clamped by the pipe clamp 15, the pipe clamp 15 is fixed through the fixing bolt 16, then the pressing plate 18 is pressed, the pressing plate 18 is rotated through the second rotating shaft 20, at the moment, the spring 21 is extruded by the pressing plate 18 to deform, because the two pressing plates 18 are installed in a staggered mode, the two clamping rings 19 are driven to expand reversely, the shoulder of a user is clamped by the clamping rings 19, after the pressing plate 18 is loosened, the spring 21 resets, the clamping rings 19 clamp the shoulder of the user, the elastic coefficient of the spring 21 is 3N/MM, the bottle body 1 is supported by the connecting rod 22, the cervical vertebra correction can be carried out by a user in the working or moving process.

The installation method comprises the following steps:

firstly, the fixing base 10 is pulled out of the deep hole 104, and the fixing piece 101 at the upper end of the fixing base 10 is fixed with the deep hole 104, so that the fixing frame 14 can be installed in the second clamping groove 102 on the fixing base 10;

secondly, rotating the pipe clamp 15 through the first rotating shaft 17 to enable the pipe clamp 15 to be unfolded, then clamping the first clamping groove 4 and the second clamping groove 102 through the pipe clamp 15, and fixing the pipe clamp 15 through the fixing bolt 16;

and thirdly, pressing the pressing plate 18, wherein the pressing plate 18 rotates through the second rotating shaft 20, the spring 21 is extruded by the pressing plate 18 to deform, the two pressing plates 18 are installed in a staggered mode, so that the two clamping rings 19 are driven to expand reversely, the shoulders of the user are clamped by the clamping rings 19, after the pressing plates 18 are loosened, the spring 21 resets, the clamping rings 19 clamp the shoulders of the user, the bottle body 1 is supported by the connecting rod 22, and installation is finished.
