Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to display protection devices, and particularly to a universal display protection device.

Background

At present, in order to meet the requirements of structures and customers, a plurality of displays on the market can select a mode of connecting a support with the head of the display for shipment when shipment is carried out, and the shipment mode can require the buffering packing material to have better support and protection, so that when the display falls accidentally, the buffering packing material can protect the product to the maximum extent, and the product is prevented from being damaged. The traditional packing material design can support the bracket by a structure in a certain direction, the structure is higher, the strength is poorer, the mold opening cost is increased undoubtedly, and the product protection performance of the packing material is reduced.

Therefore, there is a need for a new display protection device to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a display protection device which can better protect an assembled display and reduce the mold opening cost.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display protection device for protecting a display, the display including a display body and a bracket, the bracket having a connection end and a free end, the connection end of the bracket being connected to the display body, the display protection device comprising: the front protection part is provided with a first groove and a second groove, the opening direction of the first groove is the same as that of the second groove, and the opening direction of the first groove is the first direction; the rear protection part is matched with the front protection part and used for accommodating the display, the rear protection part is provided with a third groove and a fourth groove, and the opening direction of the third groove and the opening direction of the fourth groove are parallel to the first direction; the bracket protection part is matched with the front protection part and the rear protection part and used for limiting the free end of the bracket, the bracket protection part comprises a first end, a second end, an opening and a cutting groove, the first end is opposite to the second end, the first end and the second end are respectively positioned at two ends of the bracket protection part, the opening is positioned between the first end and the second end, the cutting groove extends from the first end to the opening, and the cutting groove can enable the free end of the bracket to enter the opening from the first end to limit the free end; when the display is placed in the display protection device, a connecting line of the first end and the second end of the support protection portion is parallel to the first direction, the display body is located in a space surrounded by the front protection portion, the rear protection portion and the support protection portion, the first groove and the third groove are matched to contain the display body, the first end of the support protection portion is located in the fourth groove, the second end of the support protection portion is located in the second groove, and the free end of the support is located in the opening.

Preferably, the first end of the bracket protecting portion is further provided with a guiding portion, the guiding portion is connected with the cutting groove, and the free end of the bracket is sequentially placed into the opening along the guiding portion and the cutting groove.

Preferably, the guide portion has an arc surface, and when the bracket is assembled, the free end of the bracket sequentially slides into the cutting groove along the arc surface and then is placed into the opening, and the arc surface is C-shaped.

Compared with the prior art, the display protection device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the display body and the support which are connected are stably protected through the split design of the front protection part, the rear protection part and the support protection part, particularly, the independent design of the support protection part forms stable protection for the free end of the support, the damage to the free end of the support in the processes of falling and transportation is avoided, and the design of the support protection part is convenient for mold opening and assembling. In other words, the invention not only provides stable protection for the display body and the bracket, but also reduces the mold opening cost and improves the assembly efficiency.

In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a display protection device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded view of a bracket protection part supporting a bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a view of a bracket protection part according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is an assembled view of a display protection device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 4 taken along B-B'.

The embodiment of the invention provides a display protection device 100 which is used for protecting a display 101. The display 101 includes a display body 1011 and a bracket 1012, the display body 1011 is connected to the bracket 1012, the bracket 1012 is used for supporting the display body 1011, the bracket 1012 has a connecting end 10121 and a free end 10122, and the connecting end 10121 of the bracket 1012 is connected to the display body 1011. The display protection device 100 includes a front protection portion 11, a rear protection portion 12 and a bracket protection portion 13, wherein the front protection portion 11 has a first groove 111 and a second groove 112, an opening direction of the first groove 111 is the same as an opening direction of the second groove 112, the opening direction of the first groove 111 is a first direction a1, the rear protection portion 12 is matched with the front protection portion 11 for accommodating and protecting the display 101, the rear protection portion 12 has a third groove 121 and a fourth groove 122, and the opening direction of the third groove 121 is the same as the opening direction of the fourth groove 122 and is all parallel to the first direction a 1. The bracket protection portion 13 is used for limiting and protecting the free end 10122 of the display 101 in cooperation with the front protection portion 11 and the rear protection portion 12, the bracket protection portion 13 includes a first end 131, a second end 132, an opening 133 and a slot 134, the first end 131 is opposite to the second end 132, the first end 131 and the second end 132 are respectively located at two ends of the bracket protection portion 13, the opening 133 is located between the first end 131 and the second end 132, and the slot 134 extends from the first end 131 to the second end 132 to be communicated with the opening 133. When the display 101 is placed in the display protection device 100 during assembly, a connection line between the first end 131 and the second end 132 of the bracket protection portion 13 is parallel to the first direction a1, the display body 1011 is located in a space surrounded by the front protection portion 11, the rear protection portion 12 and the bracket protection portion 13, the first groove 111 and the third groove 121 are matched to accommodate the display body 1011, the second groove 112 and the fourth groove 122 are matched to accommodate the bracket protection portion 13, the first end 131 of the bracket protection portion 13 is located in the fourth groove 122, the second end 132 of the bracket protection portion 13 is located in the second groove 112, and the free end 10122 of the bracket 1012 is located in the opening 133, so that the assembled display 101 can be protected and the mold opening cost can be reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, after the front protection part 11, the rear protection part 12 and the bracket protection part 13 are assembled with the display body 1011 and the bracket 1012 connected to the display body 1011, an opening direction of the first groove 111 and an opening direction of the second groove 112 of the front protection part 11 are a first direction a1, an opening direction of the third groove 121 and an opening direction of the fourth groove 122 of the rear protection part 12 are a second direction a2, the first direction a1 is opposite to the second direction a2, and an end of the opening 133 of the bracket protection part 13 away from the notch 134 has a force acting along the first direction a1 and acting on the bracket 1012 to support the bracket 1012. Therefore, the display body 1011 and the bracket 1012 are prevented from generating relative movement when the display 101 falls during transportation, and the damage to the display 101 is reduced as much as possible.

Next, the structure and the fitting relationship of the display 101, the front protection unit 11, the rear protection unit 12, and the stand protection unit 13 will be specifically described.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the display 101 is protected by the display protection apparatus 100, and when the display 101 is transported, the display protection apparatus 100 prevents the display 101 from being damaged by falling during the transportation. Specifically, because the display 101 is formed by connecting the display body 1011 and the stand 1012, the display protection apparatus 100 ensures that the stand-connected display 101 falls accidentally to cushion and protect the display 101 to the maximum extent, thereby preventing the display body 1011 and the stand 1012 from being damaged. The display 101 is generally a liquid crystal display, a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display or a 3D (three-dimensional) display, and is not limited thereto depending on the actual transportation product.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the front protection part 11 is a front cover of the cushioning packaging material, the first groove 111 of the front protection part 11 is used for accommodating the display body 1011, the display surface of the display body 1011 faces the bottom surface of the first groove 111, and the shape of the first groove 111 matches with the shape of the display body 1011, so as to achieve a better packaging cushioning effect. The second groove 112 of the front protection part 11 is used for accommodating the bracket protection part 13, and the second end 132 of the bracket protection part 13 is embedded into the second groove 112 of the front protection part 11 to form a stabilizing effect with the front protection part 11. The front protection part 11 is generally cover-shaped, the front protection part 11 has four side surfaces and a bottom surface, the four side surfaces surround the first groove 111 and the second groove 112, the bottom surface faces away from the first groove 111 and the second groove 112, the side surface of the four side surfaces adjacent to the second groove 112 is a first outer surface 113, the first outer surface 113 is generally rectangular, and the shape of the front protection part 11 is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the rear protection part 12 is a rear cover of the cushioning packaging material, the third groove 121 of the rear protection part 12 is used for accommodating the display body 1011, the back surface (the surface facing away from the display surface) of the display body 1011 faces the third groove 121, the third groove 121 of the rear protection part 12 is also used for accommodating the bracket 1012, and the shape of the third groove 121 is matched with the shape of the back surface of the display body 1011 and the bracket 1012 connected with the display body 1011, so as to achieve a better cushioning effect. The back of the display body 1011 and the bracket 1012 connected to the display body 1011 are accommodated in the third recess 121, the fourth recess 122 of the rear protection portion 12 is used for accommodating the bracket protection portion 13, and the first end 131 of the bracket protection portion 13 is embedded in the fourth recess 122 of the rear protection portion 12 to form a fixing effect with the rear protection portion 12. The rear protection part 12 is generally in the shape of a cover, and the rear protection part 12 and the front protection part 11 cooperate to accommodate the display 101, that is, the rear protection part 12 and the front protection part 11 cooperate to accommodate the display body 1011 and the bracket 1012 connected to the display body 1011. The rear protection portion 12 has four side surfaces and a top surface, the four side surfaces surround the third groove 121 and the fourth groove 122, the top surface faces away from the third groove 121 and the fourth groove 122, a side surface of the four side surfaces adjacent to the fourth groove 122 is a second outer surface 123, and the second outer surface 123 is generally rectangular, which is determined by the shape of the actual rear protection portion 12, but is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the second end 132 of the bracket protection part 13 is embedded in the second groove 112 of the front protection part 11, and the first end 131 of the bracket protection part 13 is embedded in the fourth groove 122 of the rear protection part 12, so that the front protection part 11 and the rear protection part 12 are accommodated in a matched manner and the bracket protection part 13 is stabilized. The opening 133 of the stand protection part 13 is located between the first end 131 and the second end 132 of the stand protection part 13, and the opening 133 is used for receiving the free end of the stand 1012 of the display 101 to stabilize the stand 1012 and prevent the stand 1012 from moving relative to the display body 1011. During assembly, the end of the bracket 1012 may be accommodated in the opening 133, or may pass through the opening 133 and then be located outside the opening 133, which is not limited to the actual assembly situation. In practical implementation, the center direction of the display surface of the display 101 is the first direction a1, when in transportation, the display surface of the display 101 faces downward, the first direction a1 is the most easily damaged direction, and the bracket protection part 13 acts on the free end 10122 of the bracket 1012 along the first direction a1 to obtain better protection during transportation. In a preferred embodiment, the shape of the opening 133 may be designed according to the appearance of the stent 1012, and the diameter of the opening 133 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the stent 1012, so as to avoid the problem that the opening 133 cannot clamp the stent 1012 due to the oversize of the opening 133, and the stent 1012 is shaken, in other words, the diameter of the stent 1012 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the opening 133. The slot 134 of the bracket protection portion 13 is cut from the first end 131 of the bracket protection portion 13 to the opening 133 in the direction of the second end 132, so that the bracket 1012 can be easily inserted into the opening 133 through the slot 134. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the slot 134 has a first slot 1341 and a second slot 1342, the first slot 1341 and the second slot 1342 are respectively located at two ends of the slot 134, the first slot 1341 is located at the first end 131 of the bracket protection portion 13, the second slot 1342 is located at an edge of the opening 133, and the bracket 1012 is placed into the opening 133 from the first slot 1341 to the second slot 1342. With continued reference to fig. 5, the bracket protection portion 13 further includes a guide portion 136, the guide portion 136 being located at the first end 131 of the bracket protection portion 13, and the guide portion 136 being located at the first notch 1341 of the slot 134; in assembly, the bracket 1012 is placed into the opening 133 along the guide 136 from the first slot 1341 through the second slot 1342 such that the bracket guard 13 supports the bracket 1012. In a preferred embodiment, the guiding portion 136 has an arc 1361, and when assembled, the free end 10122 of the bracket 1012 is sequentially slid into the slot 134 along the arc 1361 and then placed into the opening 133. The arc surface 136 is C-shaped, that is, the guiding portion 136 is C-angled to prevent the interference of the first notch 1341 of the bracket protection portion 13 when the bracket 1012 is inserted into the opening 133. As another embodiment, the guiding portion 136 may be shaped as a V-shaped guide to guide the free end of the bracket 1012 from the guiding portion 136 into the first notch 1341.

With continued reference to fig. 5, the frame protector 13 further includes a first face 1351 and a third face 1353, the first face 1351 is opposite to the third face 1353, and the opening 133 extends from the first face 1351 to the third face 1353 and extends through the first face 1351 and the third face 1353, respectively. After the bracket 1012 and the bracket protector 13 are assembled, the first face 1351 is the face of the bracket protector 13 facing away from the bracket 1012, the third face 1353 is the face of the bracket protector 13 facing the bracket 1012, the bracket 1012 penetrates the third face 1353, the bracket 1012 may penetrate the first face 1351 so that the first face 1351 and the third face 1353 are located between the two ends of the bracket 1012, or the bracket 1012 may not penetrate the first face 1351 so that the end of the bracket 1012 is located between the first face 1351 and the third face 1353, depending on the length of the actual bracket 1012, but not limited thereto. In a better embodiment, the first surface 1351 of the stand protecting part 13, the first outer surface 113 of the front protecting part 11 and the second outer surface 123 of the rear protecting part 12 are coplanar, so that the front protecting part 11 and the rear protecting part 12 do not need to be opened additionally, the display protecting device 100 is convenient to pack and has a proper size and small interference, the stand protecting part 13 prevents the display 101 from being damaged by being carelessly dropped during transportation, and the stand protecting part 13 is prevented from being protruded and collided during transportation.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the bracket protection portion 13 further includes a first support portion 1371 and a second support portion 1372, wherein one end of the first support portion 1371 and one end of the second support portion 1372 are connected to the second end 132 of the bracket protection portion 13, and the first end 131 is separated to form an opening 133 and a slot 134. During assembly, in the process of placing the bracket 1012 into the opening 133 from the slot 134, the first support portion 1371 and the second support portion 1372 on two sides of the slot 134 deviate outwards due to relative movement generated by the pressing of the bracket 1012; after assembly, the bracket 1012 is separated from the slot and placed in the opening 133, the bracket 1012 receives the acting force of the first support 1371 near the opening along the third direction A3, the bracket 1012 receives the acting force of the second support 1372 near the opening along the fourth direction a4, the third direction A3 is different from the fourth direction a4, that is, the first support 1371 and the second support 1372 form a pressing force to the bracket 1012 in the opening, and the first support 1371 and the second support 1372 are reset. In specific implementation, the abutting portion 138 exerts a force on the bracket 1012 in the fifth direction a5, the fifth direction a5 is perpendicular to the plane in which the third direction A3 and the fourth direction a4 are located, and the fifth direction a5 is perpendicular to the first direction a1 and the second direction a2, respectively. In further implementation, the abutting portion 138 has a second surface 1352, the second surface 1352 is opposite to the first supporting portion 1371 and the second supporting portion 1372, respectively, and the second surface 1352 of the abutting portion 138 of the bracket protecting portion 13, the first outer surface 113 of the front protecting portion 11, and the second outer surface 123 of the rear protecting portion 12 are coplanar, so that the front protecting portion 11 and the rear protecting portion 12 do not need to be opened additionally, and the display 101 is prevented from being damaged by being accidentally dropped during transportation by cooperating with the bracket protecting portion 13; by the local separation of the abutting portion 138 from the first support portion 1371 and the second support portion 1372 (the separation at the first end 131 and the integration at the second end 132), the effects of better limiting, buffering and protecting are achieved; and the design is convenient for die sinking, storage and transportation of the independent manufacture of the bracket protection part 13. That is, when the display 101 is placed in the display protection apparatus 100, the abutting portion 138 has an acting force on the bracket 1012 in the axial direction, and the first supporting portion 1371 and the second supporting portion 1372 have an acting force on the free end 10122 of the bracket 1012 in the radial direction, so as to form multi-directional protection, and especially, when the display is dropped or squeezed during transportation or storage, the multi-directional protection can be provided.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the front protection portion 11 and the rear protection portion 12 are made of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene foam), and the stent protection portion 13 is made of EPE (Pearl cotton). According to the invention, through the split design of the front protection part, the rear protection part and the support protection part, stable protection is formed on the connected display body and the support, especially the independent design of the support protection part, the free end of the support is stably protected, the damage of the free end of the support in the processes of falling and transportation is avoided, and the design of the support protection part is convenient for assembly. In other words, the invention not only provides stable protection for the display body and the bracket, but also reduces the mold opening cost and improves the assembly efficiency.
