Background

The window and door assembly generally includes a window sash mounted on a window frame and openable and closable with respect to the window frame. In the prior art, when the sash is closed on the frame, the sash is easily sprung out by the resilience of the joint strip of the frame or the resilience of the joint strip itself.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a door and window closing aid and a door and window assembly based on the problems of the prior art.

The invention provides a door and window closing assistor, which comprises a magnetic base, a magnetic piece, a magnetic cover and a fixing piece, wherein the magnetic base is arranged on the magnetic base;

the magnetic cover presses the magnetic piece on the magnetic base;

the fixing piece is arranged on the magnetic base and used for fixing the magnetic base.

In this embodiment, the door/window closing assist device 1 is engaged with and attracted to each other through the inclined outer inclined surface 16, so that the space occupied by the door/window closing assist device 1 can be reduced, and when the door/window closing assist device 1 is installed in a horizontally-opened door/window assembly, the window sash 50 of the door/window assembly can be conveniently engaged with the window frame 60 when being rotated and closed. In an alternative embodiment, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the first slot 51 is an open slot, and two opposite slot walls of the first slot 51 are both provided with a first limiting wall 52 protruding towards the inside of the slot, so as to be able to engage with the door/window closing aid 1. The second groove 61 is also an open groove, and two opposite groove walls of the second groove 61 are convexly provided with a second limit wall 62 towards the groove inner direction, so that the door and window closing auxiliary device 1 can be clamped.

In this embodiment, when the door and window closing assist device 1 is installed on the window sash 50, the first installation portion 12 is engaged with the first groove 51, the second installation portion 11 is turned through the step-shaped inner side connection portion and supported on the outer surface of the first limiting wall 52 on one side, and the engaging portion 13 is engaged with the inner surface of the first limiting wall 52 on the other side to engage the first installation portion 12 with the first groove 51. The fixing member 20 passes through the first mounting portion 12 and abuts against a groove wall on one side of the first groove 51, so that the magnetic base 10 can be fixed.

In this embodiment, when the door/window closing assist device 1 is installed on the window frame 60, the first installation portion 12 is engaged with the second groove 61, the second installation portion 11 is turned through the step-shaped inner side connection portion and supported on the outer surface of the second limiting wall 62 on one side, and the engaging portion 13 is engaged with the inner surface of the second limiting wall 62 on the other side to engage the first installation portion 12 with the second groove 61. In the embodiment of the invention, the door and window closing aid 1 can be separately manufactured and then installed on the door and window assembly, and the integrity of the joint of the sealing rubber strip 63 with the window frame 60 and the window sash 50 is not damaged in the magnetic action, so that the structure of the door and window closing aid 1 is prevented from reducing the characteristics of wind pressure resistance, water tightness, air tightness and the like of the door and window assembly.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the user forgets to lock the window sash 50, the window sash 50 may still be tightly attached to the window frame 60, so as to prevent the window sash 50 from being damaged by wind blowing on the window sash 50.
