Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of jet pumps, in particular to a jet pump capable of automatically and uniformly supplementing air and reducing corrosion.
Background
Jet pumps are fluid conveying machinery and mixing reaction equipment which use high-speed fluid as working fluid and utilize jet turbulent diffusion to transfer energy and mass. In the prior art, a conventional jet pump is generally formed by connecting a working water pipe, a suction chamber, a water suction pipe, a nozzle, a throat pipe, a diffuser section, a water outlet pipe and the like. When the jet pump works, high-pressure working fluid is ejected through the nozzle, pressure energy is converted into kinetic energy to enable the fluid at the outlet of the nozzle to be in a high-speed low-pressure state, and the high-speed low-pressure fluid is sucked into the jet pump by the sucked fluid. Because the flow velocity of the working fluid is different from that of the sucked fluid, momentum exchange occurs between the high-speed working fluid and the sucked fluid in the inlet section and the throat pipe, so that the parameters of the working fluid and the sucked fluid, such as the speed, the pressure and the like, tend to be consistent in the outlet section of the throat pipe. Then under the diffusion action of the diffusion pipe, the kinetic energy of the mixed fluid is converted into pressure energy, and the pressure energy flows out along the water outlet pipe.
The jet pump has no moving parts, has low requirement on working fluid, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, safety, reliability, high comprehensive benefit and the like. In many technical fields, the use of jet pumps allows the process flow to be greatly simplified. The jet pump has unique superiority particularly for working under special environments such as underwater, high temperature, high pressure, radiation, corrosion and the like, and is widely applied to various departments of national production and life such as agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, water conservancy, electric power, transportation, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, mine metallurgy, petroleum and geological exploration and the like.
However, the disadvantages of the prior art jet pumps are also quite obvious when in use: in the process of energy and mass exchange, large pressure pulsation exists in the liquid shear layer, when the local pressure is reduced to be close to the vaporization pressure of the liquid, the liquid starts to vaporize, bubbles appear in the jet pump, the continuity of the fluid is disturbed, and the efficiency of the jet pump is reduced. The quantity of the bubbles is increased along with the continuous reduction of the local pressure, the bubbles and the liquid form mixed gas-liquid two-phase flow, the mixed gas-liquid two-phase flow flows along with the liquid, when the mixed gas-liquid two-phase flow reaches a limit state, the suction flow is kept at a certain value under the condition that the outlet pressure is reduced, the suction flow is not increased any more, at the moment, the cavitation phenomenon occurs in the jet pump, a large number of bubbles are accumulated in the throat pipe, the effective overflowing area is seriously reduced, and the efficiency of the jet pump is reduced. When the mixed gas-liquid two-phase flow enters the tail end of the throat pipe, a large number of bubbles in the mixed fluid collapse along with the rise of the pressure in the pipe, so that strong vibration and noise are generated, and the normal operation of the jet pump is seriously threatened.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the jet pump capable of automatically and uniformly supplying air and reducing corrosion, which can automatically and symmetrically and uniformly supply air to the throat pipe of the jet pump, thereby reducing the damage of the jet pump during cavitation corrosion and improving the efficiency of the jet pump.
