Technical Field

The invention relates to a key with a switch and a spring plate, in particular to a key adjusting device and a key adjusting method.

Background

In a conventional 3C electronic product, a key includes an outer frame, a switch, a spring, a pressing member, and other components. In order to meet the use hand feeling of the key, the assembly of each part is strictly required. Especially, the distance between the switch and the elastic sheet is controlled, the influence on the hand feeling of the key during the test is large, and the distance between the switch and the buffering elastic sheet needs to be controlled in order to ensure the final hand feeling of the key. Because the size of the key is small, the conventional assembly process indirectly controls the distance between the switch and the elastic sheet through the overall height of the key. Due to the fact that different keys have different sizes, the distance between the switch and the elastic sheet cannot meet normal requirements usually due to the fact that the distance is too large or too small in the traditional assembly process control method, and therefore hand feeling testing of the keys is affected, and finally product performance of the keys is poor.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new key adjustment device and method to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a key adjusting device and a key adjusting method, which greatly improve the product performance of keys.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a key adjusting device comprises a base, wherein a main body module and a camera module which are spaced from each other are arranged on the base, a carrier, a first fixing seat, a micrometer and a second fixing seat are arranged on the main body module, the first fixing seat is provided with a first base part fixed with a carrier lock catch and an accommodating part extending from the first base part, the second fixing seat is provided with a second base part and a clamping part extending from the second base part, the second base part is fixed with the carrier or the first fixing seat lock catch, the micrometer is fixed by the clamping part and suspended above the accommodating part, and a lens of the camera module faces the accommodating part.

As a first technical solution of further improvement of the present invention, the accommodating portion extends horizontally from the first base portion to form a U-shaped structure, and the retaining portion extends horizontally from the second base portion to form an L-shaped structure.

As a first technical solution of further improvement of the present invention, the first fixing base further includes a supporting portion formed by extending vertically and upwardly from the first base, the second base is fastened to the supporting portion, the accommodating portion extends horizontally from the first base to form a U-shaped structure, and the retaining portion extends horizontally from the second base to form an L-shaped structure.

As a first technical solution of a further improvement of the present invention, the camera module is located on a first side of the main body module, and a backlight is provided on a second side of the main body module opposite to the first side.

As a first technical solution of further improvement of the present invention, a pushing block is disposed between the backlight and the first fixing seat, the carrier is provided with a sliding groove, and the pushing block can slide in the sliding groove along a direction opposite to the direction of irradiation of the camera module lens to push the key into the accommodating portion.

As a first technical solution of further improvement of the present invention, the present invention further includes a third fixing seat for positioning the camera module on the base, the third fixing seat includes a first plate horizontally disposed, a second plate vertically disposed, and an intermediate plate connected between the first plate and the second plate, the intermediate plate includes a third plate matched with the first plate and a fourth plate matched with the second plate, and the third plate and the fourth plate are connected in an L shape.

As a first technical solution for further improvement of the present invention, the first plate is provided with a first guide groove extending left and right, the third plate is provided with a first limit connecting post embedded in the first guide groove, the fourth plate is provided with a second guide groove extending up and down, and the second plate is provided with a second limit connecting post embedded in the second guide groove.

As a second technical solution of further improvement of the present invention, a middle step of adjusting a lens of the camera module to align with the key in at least one of a left-right direction or an up-down direction is further included between the first step and the second step.

Compared with the prior art, the distance between the switch and the elastic sheet on the key is adjusted through the micrometer, the distance is enlarged and projected onto the display screen through the camera irradiation, and the change of the distance between the switch and the elastic sheet is more conveniently observed on the display screen, so that the distance can be adjusted to be within a required size control range, the hand feeling of the key is improved, and the product performance of the key is improved.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a key adjustment device includes a base 1, and a main body module 2 and a camera module 3 spaced from each other are disposed on the base 1. The main body module 2 is provided with a carrier 4, a first fixing seat 5, a micrometer 6 and a second fixing seat 7. The first fixing seat 5 is provided with a first base 51 fixed with the carrier 4 in a locking manner and a receiving part 52 extending from the first base 51, and the second fixing seat 7 is provided with a second base 71 and a clamping part 72 extending from the second base 71. The second base 71 is locked and fixed with the carrier 4 or the first fixing seat 5, the micrometer 6 is fixed by a clamping part 72 and suspended above the accommodating part 52, and the lens of the camera module 3 faces the accommodating part 52.

In a first embodiment of the present invention, which is not shown in the drawings, the first base 51 and the second base 71 are both fixed to the carrier 4 by locking. The receiving portion 52 extends horizontally from the first base portion 51 to form a U-shaped structure, and the holding portion 72 extends horizontally from the second base portion 71 to form an L-shaped structure.

In the second embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 6, the first fixing base 5 further includes a supporting portion 53 extending vertically and upwardly from the first base 51, and the second base 71 is fastened to the supporting portion 53. The receiving portion 52 extends horizontally from the first base portion 51 to form a U-shaped structure, and the holding portion 72 extends horizontally from the second base portion 71 to form an L-shaped structure. That is, the second base 71 is locked and fixed with the support 53 of the first fixing base 5, and is not directly fixed with the carrier 4.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the camera module 3 is disposed on a first side of the main body module 2, and a backlight 8 is disposed on a second side of the main body module 2 opposite to the first side. The backlight 8 functions as: when the camera module 3 irradiates, the projection of the distance d is clearer.

Referring to fig. 5, a push block 9 is disposed between the backlight 8 and the first fixing base 5, a sliding groove 40 is disposed on the carrier 4, and the push block 9 can slide in the sliding groove 40 along the direction opposite to the direction of the lens irradiation of the camera module 3 to push the key 10 into the accommodating portion 52.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 7, the present invention further includes a third fixing base 100 for positioning the camera module 3 on the base 1. The third fixing base 100 includes a first plate 11 horizontally disposed, a second plate 12 vertically disposed, and an intermediate plate 13 connected between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12. The middle plate 13 includes a third plate 131 coupled to the first plate 11 and a fourth plate 132 coupled to the second plate 12, and the third plate 131 and the fourth plate 132 are connected in an L-shape.

Referring to fig. 7, the first plate 11 is provided with a first guide groove 110 extending left and right, and the third plate 131 is provided with a first limiting connection column 1310 embedded in the first guide groove 110. The fourth plate 132 is provided with a second guide groove 1320 extending vertically, and the second plate 12 is provided with a second limiting connection column 120 embedded in the second guide groove 1320. The cooperation of the guiding groove and the connecting column is used for adjusting the position of the camera module 3 so as to facilitate the lens to be irradiated by the key 10.

The invention also relates to a key adjusting method, which comprises the following steps:
