Background

The fixing part of the existing safe industrial control I/O relay combined module for fixing the PCB has two manufacturing processes, one is injection molding, and the other is extrusion molding. When the injection molding is performed, the product precision is high, but the length of the fixing piece can not normally exceed 100mm due to the limitation of the mold manufacturing process and the management and control of the cost, so that the fixing piece needs to be formed by plastic extrusion when the length exceeds 100 mm. When the length of the fixing piece exceeds 300mm, a mounting bracket needs to be added in the middle of the fixing piece, but the manufacturing tolerance precision of the current extrusion molding can only ensure +/-0.25 mm, and the assembly of the mounting bracket with the damping effect in the middle of the fixing piece is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a safe industrial control I/O relay combined module aiming at the technical problems in the prior art.

1. the second mounting bracket is arranged at the bottom of the fixing piece through the sliding guide structure and is positioned between the two first mounting brackets; be equipped with anti-skidding structure on the second installing support, this anti-skidding structure top supports in the mounting, make the second installing support through its anti-skidding structure can realize the damping effect with the mounting, therefore mounting and second installing support complex slip guide structure can adopt the thick cooperation mode, thereby it is not high to the manufacturing tolerance precision requirement of mounting, the mounting can adopt the extrusion moulding technology preparation, and then can satisfy the longer mounting of length and need adopt the extrusion moulding preparation and set up the requirement of installing support in the middle, the mounting of prior art has also been solved and the installing support adopts the high accuracy cooperation mode such as dovetail and dovetail post to realize the damping effect, lead to the unable problem that adopts the extrusion moulding technology preparation of mounting.

2. The sliding guide structure preferably comprises a chute with a necking-shaped notch and the guide pillar, so that the second mounting bracket can be guided to be mounted, and the second mounting bracket and the fixing piece can be transversely and longitudinally limited.
