1. A self-generating module, comprising:

a housing;

a driving arm movably arranged on the shell;

the induction coil is arranged on the shell;

a magnetic circuit system including first and second yokes fixed to the housing while passing through the induction coil, and magnetic steel fixed to the driving arm and movable between the first and second yokes to drive the induction coil to generate electric power;

With the rapid development of modern home, in order to save the tedious steps of switch wiring, passive wireless switches (such as a doorbell button switch and a door opening and closing button switch) are appeared on the market for controlling controlled equipment, electric energy is generated when buttons of the passive wireless switches are pressed, the generated electric energy supplies power to a signal processing device, and the signal processing device transmits wireless signals to the controlled equipment to enable the controlled equipment to execute corresponding actions.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a self-generating module, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that the operation force required by the driving arm of the self-generating module when being initially pressed is large, the operation force required by the pressing of a button is large, and the use experience of a user is influenced.

a housing;

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a self-generating module provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing 1; a driving arm 2 movably arranged on the shell 1; an induction coil 6 provided in the housing 1; a magnetic circuit system including a first yoke 41 and a second yoke 42 fixed to the housing 1 while passing through the induction coil 6, and a magnetic steel 43 fixed to the driving arm 2 and movable between the first yoke 41 and the second yoke 42 to drive the induction coil 6 to generate electricity; the reset spring 3 is arranged on the shell 1 and is arranged at intervals with the driving arm 2, or the reset spring 3 is arranged on the driving arm 2 and is arranged at intervals with the shell 1; when the driving arm 2 is pressed, the driving arm moves for a preset distance and then compresses the return spring 3, and the driving arm 2 is reset under the acting force of the return spring 3 and is adsorbed to the first yoke 41 through the magnetic steel 43.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving arm 2 is reset under the action of the reset spring 3 and is adsorbed to the first yoke 41 through the magnetic steel 43, so as to ensure that the driving arm 2 returns to the initial position. Wherein, the first yoke 41 is fixed to the cover plate 12, and the second yoke 42 is fixed to the base 111, which facilitates the assembly of the first yoke 41 and the second yoke 42.

Wherein, the magnetic pole distribution mode of the magnetic steel 43 is not limited. In this embodiment, one end of the magnetic steel 43 close to the first yoke 41 is an N pole, and one end of the magnetic steel 43 close to the second yoke 42 is an S pole. When the driving arm 2 is reset under the acting force of the reset spring 3, and the reset spring 3 is restored to the natural length, the driving arm 2 is adsorbed to the first yoke 41 by the magnetic steel 43, so that the driving arm 2 is adsorbed to the first yoke 41 through the magnetic steel 43, the driving arm 2 is ensured to be reset in place, and meanwhile, the driving arm 2 has no pre-pressure on the reset spring 3, so that the interval between the reset spring 3 and the driving arm 2 is maintained again or the interval between the reset spring 3 and the base 11 is maintained again, and the next pressing operation of the driving arm 2 is facilitated.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the driving arm 2 is in the initial pressing state, the driving arm 2 is not subjected to the elastic force of the return spring 3, and the driving arm 2 only needs to overcome the adsorption force of the magnetic steel 43 and the first yoke 41, so that the initial operating force of the driving arm 2 is effectively reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved. The driving arm 2 starts to compress the return spring 3 after moving a preset distance, which is a distance L0 between the return spring 3 and the base 11 in fig. 1 or a distance L0 between the return spring 3 and the driving arm 2 in fig. 2, wherein the distance L0 can be set according to actual needs.

In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of compressing the reset spring 3 by the driving arm 2, the elastic force and the compression stroke of the reset spring 3 accord with Hooke's law, because the pressure when the driving arm 2 starts to compress the reset spring 3 is very small, the reset spring 3 basically does not obstruct the movement of the driving arm 2, and the adsorption force between the magnetic steel 43 and the first yoke 41 is rapidly reduced along with the increase of the suction force in the gap B between the magnetic steel 43 and the first yoke 41, so that the obstruction effect of the adsorption force between the magnetic steel 43 and the first yoke 41 on the driving arm 2 is rapidly reduced, and the required operating force of the driving arm 2 is; after the driving arm 2 drives the magnetic steel 43 to cross the vicinity of the middle point between the first yoke 41 and the second yoke 42, the driving arm 2 receives the elastic force of the return spring 3, and the adsorption force of the magnetic steel 43 and the second yoke 42 is greater than the adsorption force of the magnetic steel 43 and the first yoke 41, and the adsorption force of the magnetic steel 43 and the second yoke 42 serves as the driving force for the movement of the driving arm 2, so that the operating force of the driving arm 2 is further reduced.

As an embodiment of the present invention, when the return spring 3 is provided on the driving arm 2 and spaced apart from the housing 1, the return spring 3 is fixed to the driving arm 2 by being attracted by the magnetic steel 43.
