the system comprises a first station controller setting module, a PC (personal computer) end software playing system, a port IP (Internet protocol) and MAC (media access control) module, a first station controller setting module and a second station controller setting module, wherein the first station controller setting module is used for sending a first ID setting command through the PC end software playing system, setting the ID of a first station sub-controller behind a port of an exchanger, setting the first station sub-controller behind each port as the first station controller, the port of the exchanger plays a role of filtering, allowing the command of matching the IP and the MAC of the port to pass through, the PC end software playing system sends an automatic ID distribution command, after the first station sub-controller of each group receives the command; and completing the ID distribution task of the whole grouping system.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of LED landscape lighting and brightening, in particular to a method and a system for grouping an IP (Internet protocol) switch for an LED playing system.

Background

With the intelligent development of the LED industry technology, the LED playing control system is widely applied to scenic spots and buildings. In a traditional LED playing control system, particularly an on-line system, sub-controllers are used in series or parallel connection and then connected to a port of a switch. In order to enable each sub-control to have a unique ID number, the ID number (sub-control address) needs to be set for the first sub-control on each port of the switch, the sub-controls behind the first sub-control can add the distribution addresses through the ID number of the first controller, if the sub-controls are arranged on the ports of the switch in parallel, the ID settings of the first sub-control need to be set one by one, the workload is large, and errors are easy to occur.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the technical drawbacks mentioned.

Therefore, the invention aims to provide a switch IP grouping method and a switch IP grouping system for an LED playing system.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a switch IP grouping method for an LED playing system, including the following steps:

s1, setting the LED playing system as a multi-component control system;

step S2, grouping the control controllers on the PC-end playing software, wherein the grouping corresponds to the actual condition, the number of the branch controls connected to the port of the switch is consistent with the number of the group controllers, and the PC-end playing software automatically allocates an IP address and an MAC address for each group of branch controls to allow manual modification;

step S3, configuring IP address and MAC address for each port of the exchanger, and adapting to the packet;

step S4, sending a head ID setting command through the PC-side software playing system, setting the ID of the first sub-control controller behind the port of the switch, setting the first sub-control system behind each port as the head controller, wherein the port of the switch plays a role in filtering, and the command of matching the IP of the port and the MAC allows the port to pass through;

step S5, the PC software playing system sends an ID automatic distribution command, after the first sub-controller of each group receives the command, the ID is added with 1 and forwarded to the next sub-control, and the ID added with 1 is the ID of the next sub-control; and completing the ID distribution task of the whole grouping system.

According to the method and the system for grouping the switches for the LED playing system, the switch IP grouping is applied to the LED playing system, the method is flexible and simple to operate, manual operation can be reduced, manual errors are reduced, unique ID numbers are distributed to each sub-control system more quickly, repeated ID numbers do not occur, workload is greatly reduced compared with the existing method, the accuracy rate is greatly increased, and the accuracy is higher.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. It should be noted that the IP address and the MAC address of each port of the switch are unique, each port of the switch has its own IP address and MAC address, and port data output needs to be matched with the port IP and MAC to be output.

Step S5, the PC software playing system sends an ID automatic distribution command, after the first sub-controller of each group receives the command, the ID is added with 1 and forwarded to the next sub-control, and the ID added with 1 is the ID of the next sub-control; and completing the ID distribution task of the whole grouping system.

In this step, the automatic ID assignment command is sent, including the steps of: and automatically distributing commands to each group of sub-control systems in sequence, and setting a first sub-control ID number. The head controller setting module 1 is used for sending a head ID setting command (with an IP address and an MAC address network frame command which are consistent with a port of an exchanger) through a PC (personal computer) end software playing system, setting the ID of a first sub-controller behind the port of the exchanger, setting the first sub-controller behind each port as a head controller, enabling the port of the exchanger to play a role in filtering, allowing the command with the matched port IP and MAC to pass through, sending an automatic ID distribution command through the PC end software playing system, adding 1 to the ID to forward to the next sub-controller after the head sub-controller of each group receives the command, and adding 1 to the ID of the next sub-controller; and completing the ID distribution task of the whole grouping system.

It should be noted that the IP address and MAC address of each port of the switch 100 are unique.

The sub-control system setting module 2 sets the LED playing system 200 to include a multi-component control system, in which a preset number of sub-control systems are set in parallel on one port of the switch 100 as a set of sub-control systems, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset number is 5, and each 5 sub-control systems are set as one packet corresponding to the same destination IP address and destination MAC address, for example, No. 1 ~ 5 is set as a first group, No. IP 192.168.0.1, No. MAC 00-00-00-00-01, No. 6 ~ 10 is set as a second group, No. IP 192.168.0.2, No. MAC 00-00-00-00-00-02, No. 11 ~ 15 is set as a third group, and.

After the port IP and MAC of the switch 100 are matched and screened, the first sub-control ID number and the sub-control ID numbers behind the first sub-control are uniquely and correctly set.

After the setting is finished, the first controller transmits data to the sub-control system when judging that the sub-control system requesting the data has the same IP address and MAC address as the first controller.

According to the method and the system for grouping the switches for the LED playing system, the switch IP grouping is applied to the LED playing system, the method is flexible and simple to operate, manual operation can be reduced, manual errors are reduced, unique ID numbers are distributed to each sub-control system more quickly, repeated ID numbers do not occur, workload is greatly reduced compared with the existing method, the accuracy rate is greatly increased, and the accuracy is higher.
