[ detailed description ] embodiments

The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a pluggable device and a handle thereof. The pluggable device 100 is for being pluggable into a body 700 and includes: a carrier 2, a shaft 3 disposed on the carrier 2, and a handle 1 movably mounted on the shaft 3, and preferably further comprising an elastic protrusion 24. The user can extract the pluggable device 100 from the housing 700 by using the handle 1.

The carrier 1 can be any object with a carrying function, and in the embodiment, it is described as including a first housing 21, a second housing 22 and an inner body (not labeled with reference symbols). The first housing 21 and the second housing 22 can be combined with each other, and the inner body of the pluggable device 100 is enclosed between the first housing 21 and the second housing 22 and fixed.

The shaft 3 can be disposed at any position of the carrier 1 in any manner, and in this embodiment, the shaft 3 is fixed between one side (e.g., bottom side) of the first housing 21 and one side (e.g., bottom side) of the second housing 22. The shaft 3 is also located adjacent to one end of the edge (e.g., the bottom edge) as shown.

The handle 1 is adapted to repeatedly engage and disengage the pluggable device 100 between a locking position (see fig. 3) and an unlocking position (see fig. 5). The handle 1 includes: a handle body 11, a sliding groove 12 and a locking portion 13, which are described in detail below.

The handle body 11 may be made of any material, but the invention is not limited thereto, and is preferably made of flexible material. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the handle body 11 has both end portions (no reference numeral) opposed to each other; further, the handle body 11 has an inner side 11a and an outer side 11b opposite to each other, and a top side 11c and a bottom side 11d opposite to each other, and the inner side 11a and the outer side 11b are respectively connected between two sides of the top side 11c and two sides of the bottom side 11d to surround each other. Preferably, the handle body 11 includes a first section 111, a second section 112 and a turning section 113 connected between the first section 111 and the second section 112, so that the second section 112 can pass through the turning section 113 and is not aligned with the first section 111.

The sliding groove 12 and the locking portion 13 can be respectively disposed at any position of the handle body 11, and in the present embodiment, the sliding groove 12 and the locking portion 13 are respectively disposed at the two ends of the handle body 11. Specifically, the slide groove 12 is opened between the top side 11c and the bottom side 11d of the first stage 111, and the second stage 112 serves as a grasping stage of the handle 1 and has a locking portion 13 extending in the longitudinal direction of the handle body 11.

The slide groove 12 has a first end 121 and a second end 122 along the length of the handle body 11. The handle body 11 is sleeved on the shaft 3 through the sliding groove 12, so that the handle body 11 can slide or rotate relative to the shaft 3.

The locking part 13 can slide in two opposite directions relative to the shaft 3 through the handle body 11 to be locked on the locked part 7 of the machine body 700 (in a locking state shown in fig. 3) and separated from the locked part 7 of the machine body 700 (shown in fig. 4).

As shown in fig. 3 to 6, when the pluggable device 100 is plugged into the body 700 and the locking portion 13 of the handle 1 is locked to the locked portion 7, the handle 1 is in the locked state as shown in fig. 3, and the shaft 3 is located at the first end 121 of the sliding slot 12. When the pluggable device 100 is to be extracted, the handle 1 slides in a first direction (as indicated by the dotted arrow in fig. 4), so that the shaft 3 is located at the second end 122 of the sliding slot 12, and the locking portion 13 is separated from the locked portion 7 to be unlocked, so that the handle 1 is in a rotatable state as shown in fig. 4; then, rotating the handle 1 outward (as indicated by a dotted arrow in fig. 5) with the shaft 3 as a rotation center, so that the handle 1 is in the drawing state as shown in fig. 5; finally, the pluggable device 100 can be easily extracted from the housing 700 in an extraction direction (indicated by the dashed arrow in fig. 6) opposite to the plugging direction by using fingers to grip the grip section of the handle 1.

When the pluggable device 100 is inserted back into the body 700, the handle 1 is rotated inward (opposite to the direction indicated by the dotted arrow in fig. 5) with the shaft 3 as the rotation center, so that the inner side 11a of the handle body 11 is adjacent to one end of the carrier 2 (or the inner main body); then, the handle 1 is slid in a second direction (opposite to the direction indicated by the dotted arrow in fig. 4), so that the shaft 3 is located at the first end 121 of the sliding slot 12 again, and the locking portion 13 is locked by being locked to the locked portion 7 of the body 700.

In addition, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the handle 1 may further include a protrusion 1121 protruding from an outer side 11b of the second section 112 of the handle body 11, so that a recess 15 is formed between the turning section 113, the second section 112 and one side of the protrusion 1121, thereby facilitating the grasping of the grasping section. The locking portion 13 protrudes from the other side of the protrusion 1121.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the handle 1 further includes a protruding key 14 protruding from the handle body 11, the protruding key 14 preferably protrudes from the outer side 11b of the first section 111 corresponding to the position of the sliding slot 12 and is close to the first end 121 of the sliding slot 12, so that the protruding key 14 is located at an eccentric position of the sliding slot 12. In this way, as long as the user dials the convex key 14 in the first direction as shown in fig. 4, the handle 1 can be pushed in a translational manner to slide in the first direction to release the latch (unlock), and the dial handle 1 can be rotated outward around the shaft 3 to be in the drawing state. As shown in fig. 4, when the handle 1 slides in the first direction to release the latch, the shaft 3 is correspondingly located at the second end 122 of the sliding slot 12, so that the stressed key 14 and the shaft 3 as the rotation center are staggered to facilitate the turning of the handle 1.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in addition to the fixing of the carrier 2 by the shaft 3, a fixing element (not labeled) may be further fixed between the edge of the first housing 21 and the edge of the second housing 22. Specifically, the fixing element is fixed between two ends of each side and is also fixed with the elastic protruding part 24 (see fig. 3), and the inner side 11a of the second section 112 of the handle body 11 is provided with a plurality of grooves 16 corresponding to the elastic protruding part 24. Therefore, when the handle 1 slides in the first direction or the second direction, the elastic protrusion 24 can elastically buckle into one of the grooves 16 to generate a toggle feeling and a buckling sound.

In summary, compared to the prior art, the present invention has the following effects: the handle 1 is not provided with the existing pull belt, so that the handle has the effect of being not easy to break, and particularly can be made of flexible materials, thereby further improving the holding hand feeling and holding stability of a user. The handle 1 can be locked to the body 700 or separated from the body 700 by the locking portion 13 thereof during the sliding process, so as to have the locking effect of being locked to the body 700 and the unlocking effect of being separated from the body 700. By simplifying the handle 1 from the existing multi-piece type to the single-piece type, the structure is simplified and the effect of occupying less space can be achieved, and the effect of being not easy to break down can be achieved.

In addition, the invention has other effects: by means of the recess 15, the gripping section of the handle 1 is made more favourable for gripping. Through the convex key 14, a user can push the handle 1 to unlock only by a single action of poking the convex key 14 towards the first direction, and can rotate the handle 1 outwards to be in an extraction state. The elastic convex piece 24 and the plurality of grooves 16 can generate a section of poking hand feeling when the handle 1 slides, so that the handle can be locked or unlocked certainly, and even can generate a snapping sound.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention is also included in the claims.
