1. A washing container (2) for a domestic dishwasher (1), having a floor (7), a rear wall (9) and a U-shaped washing container housing (12) which is arranged on the floor (7) and is fixedly connected thereto, wherein the base plate (7) and the flushing container housing (12) have a fastening flange (28) which surrounds the flushing container (2), for fastening the rear wall (9) to the base plate (7) and to the rinsing container housing (12), and wherein the floor (7) comprises a stamped step (19) which faces the roof (8) of the rinsing container housing (12) and protrudes from the bottom section (16) of the floor (7), at which stamped step a portion of the fastening flange (28) is formed.
2. Flushing container (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the stamp step (19) comprises a first step section (20) which is arranged to form an inclination angle (a) with respect to the bottom section (16) of the floor (7) and a second step section (21) which is arranged parallel to the bottom section (16) of the floor (7), wherein the first step section is arranged between the bottom section and the second step section.
3. Rinsing container (2) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stamped step (19) extends into a lateral wall section (17, 18) of the floor (7).
4. A rinse container (2) as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the stamped step (19) extends with a radius (23, 24) into the lateral wall section (17, 18) of the floor (7).
5. A rinse container (2) according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the lateral wall sections (17, 18) of the floor (7) comprise deformation sections (25, 26) extending beyond the stamped step (19), which can be flanged to form the fixing flange (28).
6. A rinse container (2) according to claim 5, characterized in that the deformation section (25, 26) is arranged perpendicular to the part of the fixing flange (28) formed at the stamped step (19) before it is flanged.
7. A rinse container (2) according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the deformation section (25, 26) is arranged parallel to the part of the fixing flange (28) formed at the stamped step (19) after it has been flanged.
8. A rinse container (2) according to any of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the floor (7) comprises a first lateral wall section (17), a second lateral wall section (18), and the bottom section (16) arranged between the first lateral wall section (17) and the second lateral wall section (18).
9. A rinse container (2) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rinse container housing (12) comprises a first side wall (10) fixedly connected with the bottom plate (7), a second side wall (11) fixedly connected with the bottom plate (7), and the top cover (8) arranged between the first side wall (10) and the second side wall (11).
10. Rinsing container (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixing flange (28) is flanged perpendicularly with respect to the bottom section (16) of the bottom plate (7) and the rinsing container housing (12).
11. Rinsing container (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear wall (9) is welded, in particular spot-welded, to the fixing flange (28).
12. A domestic dishwasher (1) with a rinsing container (2) according to one of claims 1 to 11.
13. A method of manufacturing a rinsing container (2) for a domestic dishwasher (1), the method having the steps of:
-providing (S1) a floor (7), a rear wall (9) and a U-shaped rinse container housing (12), wherein the floor (7) comprises a stamped step (19) protruding from a bottom section (16) of the floor;
-connecting (S2) the rinse container housing (12) with the floor (7) such that the stamped step (19) extends in the direction of the top cover (8) of the rinse container housing (12);
-manufacturing (S3) a fastening flange (28) surrounding the rinse container housing (12) and the floor panel (7), wherein a portion of the fastening flange (28) is formed by the stamped step (19); and
-connecting (S4) the rear wall (9) with the fixing flange (28).
14. Method according to claim 13, characterized in that, when providing (S1) the floor panel (7), the stamped step (19) is formed together with the part of the securing flange (28) formed by the stamped step (19).
15. Method according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that, in the production (S3) of the fastening flange (28), a deformation section (25, 26) of the lateral wall section (17, 18) of the base plate (7) extending beyond the stamped step (19) is flanged.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a washing container for a domestic dishwasher, a domestic dishwasher having such a washing container and a method for producing such a washing container.
Background
The dishwasher has at least one washing container which is formed by a plurality of metal panels connected to one another. The metal plates can be welded or crimped to one another, for example. For example, the rinsing container includes: the side walls of the bottom plate are respectively fixed at the bottom plate in the lateral direction; and a rear wall closing the rinsing container at the rear side. The rear wall is connected to the rinsing container by means of a fastening flange provided on the rinsing container.
Document DE 102015216228 a1 discloses a dishwasher with a rinsing container which comprises a plurality of wall parts and which, for filling with rinsing, is provided on the front side with a filling opening which can be closed at least temporarily by a container door, wherein the top and left side walls form a hood made of metal which, in the extended state, forms a preferably flat extrusion and is then bent into a U shape, wherein the concave bottom made of metal is a deep-drawn part made of preferably austenitic steel, and wherein the rear wall made of metal, which is connected on the rear side to the hood made of metal and on the concave bottom made of metal, is embodied as a preferably flat extrusion.
Disclosure of Invention
Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved rinsing container for a domestic dishwasher.
A rinsing container for a domestic dishwasher is therefore proposed. The flushing container comprises a base plate, a rear wall, and a U-shaped flushing container housing which is arranged on the base plate and is fixedly connected to the base plate, wherein the base plate and the flushing container housing have a fastening flange which surrounds the flushing container and is used for fastening the rear wall to the base plate and to the flushing container housing, and wherein the base plate comprises a stamped step which faces a top cover of the flushing container housing and protrudes from a bottom section of the base plate, and a portion of the fastening flange is formed at the stamped step.
By preforming a part of the fastening flange at the base plate, it is already possible to partially form the fastening flange with the tool used for producing the base plate. This part of the fixing flange can thereby be made very precisely, whereby the seal between the rear wall and the fixing flange is reliably ensured. Furthermore, the stamped step provided at the floor achieves a flow of washing liquor away from the rear wall towards the pump tank of the domestic dishwasher.
A U-shaped rinse container housing may be understood as one which comprises a first side wall, a second side wall and a top cover arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall of the rinse container. The flushing container housing is arranged on or standing on the base plate, so that the U-shaped geometry of the flushing container housing is closed at the top and open at the bottom. That is to say, the U-shaped geometry does not lie flat on the base plate, but is arranged vertically on the base plate. The base plate is preferably made of a different steel material than the flushing container housing. For example, a less expensive material than that used for the bottom plate can be used for flushing the container housing. In particular, a flange section is formed on the stamped step, which flange section forms the previously described part of the fastening flange. The flange portion is preferably already formed on the base plate during the production of the base plate, for example by means of a deep-drawing method.
According to one embodiment, the press step comprises a first step section arranged to form an inclination angle with respect to the bottom section of the base plate and a second step section arranged parallel to the bottom section of the base plate, wherein the first step section is arranged between the bottom section and the second step section.
By means of such a geometry, sufficient space for a welding tool for connecting the fixing flange with the rear wall can be achieved. The inclination angle is, for example, 10 ° to 40 °, more preferably 20 ° to 30 °, and still more preferably 25 °. The stamped step also comprises the flange section already described above, which is arranged in particular perpendicularly to the second step section.
According to a further embodiment, the stepped punch section extends into a lateral wall section of the base plate.
Preferably, the floor panel comprises two lateral wall sections, wherein a stepped punch extends into each lateral wall section.
According to a further embodiment, the stamped step extends with a radius into a lateral wall section of the base plate.
In particular, the first step portion and the second step portion each extend with a radius into a lateral wall portion of the base plate. Additional stiffening of the lateral wall sections can thereby be achieved.
According to a further embodiment, the lateral wall section of the base plate comprises a deformation section extending beyond the stamped step, which deformation section can be flanged to form the fixing flange.
Preferably, such a deformation section is provided at each lateral wall section. During the production of the fastening flange, the deformation sections are respectively deformed.
According to a further embodiment, the deformation section is arranged perpendicular to the portion of the fixing flange formed at the press step before the deformation section is flanged.
In particular, the deformation section is arranged perpendicular to the flange section of the press step before it is flanged.
According to a further embodiment, the deformation section is arranged parallel to the portion of the fixing flange formed at the press step after the deformation section is flanged.
In particular, the part of the fastening flange formed at the stamped step, i.e. the flange section of the stamped step and the corresponding deformation section, form a common plane.
According to a further embodiment, the floor panel comprises a first lateral wall section, a second lateral wall section, and a floor section arranged between the first lateral wall section and the second lateral wall section.
In particular, the base plate is configured in a U-shaped cross section. In particular, the flushing container housing is fixedly connected with the first and second lateral wall sections. For example, the flushing container housing is connected to the first lateral wall section and the second lateral wall section by means of a flanged snap connection, respectively.
According to a further embodiment, the rinse container housing comprises a first side wall fixedly connected with the floor, a second side wall fixedly connected with the floor, and a top cover arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall.
In particular, the flushing container housing is erected onto the base plate such that the top cover is arranged opposite the base plate. That is to say, the rinsing container housing is erected in its U-shaped geometry and is not placed flat on the base plate.
According to a further embodiment, the fastening flange is flanged perpendicularly with respect to the bottom section of the base plate and the flushing container housing.
During the production of the fastening flange, the stamped step, in particular the flange section of the stamped step, is no longer deformed. In other words, only the flushing container housing, in particular the flange section of the flushing container housing and the deformation section of the base plate, are deformed in order to form the fastening flange.
According to a further embodiment, the rear wall is welded, in particular spot welded, to the fastening flange.
A seal, in particular a polyurethane seal, can be provided between the rear wall and the fastening flange.
Furthermore, a domestic dishwasher with such a rinsing container is proposed.
The door, which is pivotable about a pivot axis, can be opened and closed at the flushing container in order to open and close the flushing container. A plurality of, for example three, rinsing-product receptacles for rinsing products, which are arranged one above the other, can be provided in the rinsing container.
Furthermore, a method for producing a rinsing container for a domestic dishwasher is proposed. The method comprises the following steps: providing a floor, a rear wall and a U-shaped rinse container housing, wherein the floor comprises a stamped step protruding from a bottom section of the floor; connecting the rinse container housing to the base plate such that the stepped stamped portion extends in the direction of the top cover of the rinse container housing; manufacturing a fixing flange surrounding the washing container housing and the bottom plate, wherein a part of the fixing flange is formed by a punched step part; and connecting the rear wall with the fixing flange.
In particular, the flushing container housing is connected to the base plate by means of a flanged snap connection. The rinsing container housing is erected on the base plate such that the stamped step extends in the direction of the top cover of the rinsing container housing. When the base plate is provided, the stamp step and the flanged flange section are molded to the base plate. The flange section of the stamped step is then not deformed again during the production of the fastening flange. In the production of the fastening flange, in particular only the flange section of the container housing and the deformation section of the base plate are flanged.
According to one embodiment, the stamped step is formed together with the part of the fastening flange formed by the stamped step when the base plate is provided.
For this purpose, the stamping step has already been preformed with the flange section, in particular, in the tools provided for producing the floor panel.
According to a further embodiment, the lateral wall sections of the base plate are flanged during the production of the fastening flange, the deformation sections extending beyond the stamped step.
In particular, two deformation sections of the base plate, which are provided at the respective lateral wall sections, are flanged.
The features described for the rinsing container and the domestic dishwasher apply correspondingly to the method and vice versa.
Other possible embodiments of the rinsing container, the domestic dishwasher and/or the method also include combinations of features or embodiments not explicitly mentioned previously and in the following with respect to the examples. The person skilled in the art also adds the individual idea here as a modification or complement to the corresponding basic form of the rinsing container, the domestic dishwasher and/or the method.
