When the locking bolt is opened, the locking bolt handle is pulled by only one hand to enable the locking bolt to move forwards to be separated from the connection limiting part of the pressing seat, the operation is simple and convenient, and tools are not needed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the pressing base 2 is an injection-molded integral piece. The compressing seat 2 is rotatably connected to the lower side of the rear part of the hitching leg fixing seat 1 through a corresponding positioning pin from the rear part thereof. The torsion spring 4 is sleeved on the locating pin, one end of the torsion spring 4 is positioned in the torsion spring clamping groove 1-2 of the hitching leg fixing seat 1, and the other end of the torsion spring 4 is arranged on the pressing seat 2 and is used for enabling the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 to be in an open state (see fig. 11). When the compressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 are in a closed state (see fig. 2), the torsion spring 4 is in a compressing state.

A lower cutter mounting groove 2-1 with an upward opening is arranged on the right side of the middle part of the pressing seat 2. The lower cutter mounting groove 2-1 comprises a lower bearing seat section 2-11 and a lower cutter shaft section 2-12. The section of the lower bearing seat section 2-11 of the lower cutter mounting groove 2-1 is semicircular, and the radius of the lower bearing seat section is the same as that of the cutter mounting groove 1-1. The width (left-right width) of the cutter mounting groove 1-1 in the axial direction is equal to the left-right width of the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31. The section of the lower cutter shaft section 2-12 is semicircular, and the radius of the lower cutter shaft section is larger than that of the upper cutter shaft section 1-12 of the cutter mounting groove 1-1. The lower bearing block section 2-11 and the lower cutter shaft section 2-12 are coaxially arranged. When the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 are in a closed state (see fig. 2), an upper bearing seat section 1-11 of the cutter mounting groove 1-1 and a lower bearing seat section 2-11 of the lower cutter mounting groove 2-1 form a cutter shaft bearing seat mounting hole.

The left part of the middle part of the pressing seat 2 is provided with an axial limiting part 2-2, the axial limiting part 2-2 is cylindrical and is coaxially arranged on the left side of a lower bearing seat section 2-11 of the lower cutter mounting groove 2-1, and the axial width of the axial limiting part 2-2 is equal to the axial width (the left-right width) of the cutter mounting groove 1-1 minus the left-right width of the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31. When the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 are in a closed state (see fig. 2), the axial limiting part 2-2 of the pressing seat 2 is positioned in the left part of the upper bearing seat section 1-11 of the cutter mounting groove 1-1, and the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 is positioned in the right part of the upper bearing seat section 1-11, so that the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 is limited in the axial direction by the axial limiting part 2-2, and the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 is limited from moving leftwards.

The front part of the pressing seat 2 is provided with a forward convex connection limiting part 2-3. The connection limiting part 2-3 is provided with a guide arc surface 2-31 facing towards the front upper part.

Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the locking device 3 includes a latch bolt 3-1, a latch bolt handle 3-2, and a return spring 3-3. The bolt 3-1 is an injection molding integrated piece, and the rear part of the bolt 3-1 is provided with a guide surface 3-11 facing to the rear lower part. The middle part of the lock tongue 3-1 is provided with a spring groove 3-12 with an upward opening along the front-back direction, and the front part of the spring groove 3-12 is communicated forwards. The lock tongue 3-1 is arranged in the limiting groove 1-32 of the mounting part 1-3 of the hitching leg fixing seat 1 in a sliding way along the front and back directions from the left side and the right side, and the limiting block 1-33 is arranged in the spring groove 3-12. The return spring 3-3 is arranged in the spring groove 3-12, the front end of the return spring is propped against the limiting block 1-33, and the return spring is in a compressed state. The middle part of the front part of the lock tongue 3-1 is provided with an insertion groove 3-13 which penetrates through the upper part and the lower part, a lock tongue handle 3-2 is inserted in the insertion groove 3-13 of the lock tongue 3-1 and is fixedly connected on the lock tongue 3-1 through screws, the left end and the right end of the lock tongue handle 3-2 are positioned at the front sides of a limiting plate 1-31 and a limiting block 1-33 of an installation part 1-3, so as to limit the lock tongue 3-1 backwards, the lock tongue 3-1 slides forwards by pulling the lock tongue handle 3-2 forwards, the lock tongue 3-1 slides backwards by a reset spring 3-3 after releasing the lock tongue handle 3-2, at the moment, the rear part of the lock tongue 3-1 extends backwards out of the installation part 1-3 of the hitching fixed seat 1, and limits and fixes the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat, so that the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 are in a closed state. The left side and the right side of the rear part of the bolt 3-1 are provided with stroke limiting parts 3-14, when the bolt 3-1 is pulled forwards through the bolt handle 3-2, the stroke limiting parts 3-14 are used for limiting the bolt 3-1 forwards, and when the bolt 3-1 moves forwards and is completely positioned below the mounting part 1-3 of the hitching leg fixing seat 1, the bolt 3-1 is prevented from continuing to move forwards, so that the reset spring 3-3 is protected, the reset spring is prevented from being further compressed, and the service life of the reset spring is prolonged.

When the cutter assembly 10-3 is installed on the fast-assembly of the cutter assembly for the grassland ventilating machine, the spring bolt 3-1 is pulled forwards through the spring bolt handle 3-2, when the spring bolt 3-1 moves forwards and is completely positioned below the installation part 1-3 of the hitching leg fixing seat 1, the spring bolt 3-1 is completely separated from the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2, and the pressing seat 2 rotates to be opened under the action of the torsion spring 4. The left end of a cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 of the cutter assembly 10-3 is placed in the left part of a cutter mounting groove 1-1 of a hitching leg fixing seat 1, the left end of the cutter assembly 10-3 is rotatably arranged in the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 through a bearing, then the cutter assembly 10-3 is horizontally moved rightwards, a right end square hole of a cutter shaft of the cutter assembly 10-3 is sleeved on a power output shaft of a gearbox 10-2, the power output shaft is a corresponding square shaft, so that the cutter shaft of the cutter assembly 10-3 is detachably connected with the gearbox 10-2 in a transmission manner, and the cutter shaft bearing seat 10-31 of the left end of the cutter assembly 10-3 is positioned in the right part of the cutter mounting groove 1-1 at the moment. Then the pressing seat 2 is rotated by hand to close the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1, when the guide arc surface 2-31 of the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2 is contacted (tangent) with the guide surface 3-11 of the bolt 3-1 of the locking device 3, the bolt 3-1 moves forward under the extrusion action of the pressing seat 2, when the guide arc surface 2-31 of the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2 is separated from the guide surface 3-11 of the bolt 3-1 of the locking device 3, the bolt 3-1 moves backward under the action of the reset spring 3-3 to the lower part of the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2, thereby the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2 is limited and fixed, the pressing seat 2 and the hitching leg fixing seat 1 are kept in a closed state, at the moment, the axial limiting part 2-2 of the pressing seat 2 is positioned in the left part of the cutter mounting groove 1-1, the cutter assembly 10-3 can not move leftwards, and the connection reliability of the cutter assembly 10-3 and the gearbox 10-2 is ensured. When the cutter assembly 10-3 needs to be replaced, the bolt 3-1 is pulled forwards by only one hand, when the bolt 3-1 moves forwards and is completely positioned below the mounting part 1-3 of the hitching leg fixing seat 1, the bolt 3-1 is separated from the connection limiting part 2-3 of the pressing seat 2, the pressing seat 2 rotates to be opened under the action of the torsion spring 4, then the cutter assembly 10-3 is horizontally moved leftwards, and the cutter assembly 10-3 is detached from the gearbox 10-2.
