In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the left support frame is composed of a left triangular support body and a left clamping groove integrally formed on the top of the left triangular support body, the right support frame is composed of a right triangular support body and a right clamping groove integrally formed on the top of the right triangular support body, and the left end and the right end of the elongated screen clamping groove body are respectively clamped on the left clamping groove and the right clamping groove of the left support frame and the right support frame.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a left rotating support rod and a right rotating support rod are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the inner side surfaces of the left frame strip and the right frame strip of the elongated bottom frame, a left rotating rod and a right rotating rod which are positioned inside the left rotating support rod and the right rotating support rod are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower plate surface of the elongated turning plate, and the front ends or the rear ends of the left rotating rod and the right rotating rod are respectively and rotationally connected with the front ends or the rear ends of the left rotating support rod and the right rotating support rod through a left rotating shaft and a right rotating shaft, so that the elongated turning plate can perform a turning motion along the left rotating shaft and the right.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the desk plate and the desk frame are quickly assembled by adopting the plurality of first quick connecting assemblies and the plurality of second quick connecting assemblies, so that the assembling efficiency of the office desk is effectively improved; meanwhile, two ends of each table frame cross beam are detachably connected with the table leg connecting cross beams in the left and right table legs of the table frame through the hidden connecting structures, so that the exposure of fasteners is effectively avoided, and the integral attractiveness of the office table is guaranteed. In addition, the desk plate can be provided with the desktop screen through the desktop screen quick mounting component and/or the desk plate is provided with the screen plate through the desktop screen supporting device, so that the office desk is divided into a plurality of working areas, the office is convenient for workers to work, and the functionality of the office desk is enhanced.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an office table convenient and fast to assemble is shown, which includes a table frame 1000 and a table board 2000 disposed on the table frame 1000, wherein the table frame 1000 includes left and right table legs 1100a and 1100b and two table frame beams 1200 for connecting the left and right table legs 1100a and 1100 b.

The left and right desk legs 1100a, 1100b are respectively composed of front and rear desk legs 1110, 1120 and a desk leg connecting beam 1130, two ends of the desk leg connecting beam 1130 are respectively connected with the upper parts of the front and rear desk legs 1110, 1120, two ends of each desk frame beam 1200 are respectively detachably connected with the desk leg connecting beam 1130 of the left and right desk legs 1100a, 1100b through a hidden connecting structure 3000, a first quick connecting assembly 4000 is respectively arranged between the upper end surfaces of the front and rear desk legs 1110, 1120 of the left and right desk legs 1100a, 1100b and the lower plate surface of the desk plate 2000, and a plurality of second quick connecting assemblies 5000 which are distributed along the length direction of the desk frame beam 1200 are arranged between the upper end surface of each desk frame beam 1200 and the lower plate surface of the desk plate 2000.

Referring to fig. 3 to 6 in combination with fig. 1 and 2, the hidden type connecting structure 3000 includes a tubular connecting block 3100, connecting pieces 3200a, 3200b, a connecting window 3300, connecting bolts 3400a, 3400b, and a cover plate 3500.

The tubular connection block 3100 is fixedly welded to the leg connecting cross member 1130. Specifically, the tubular connecting block 3100 is passed through the leg connecting beam 1130, placed at a predetermined position, and then fixedly connected to the leg connecting beam 1130 by welding.

The connecting piece 3200a is fixedly welded in a pipe orifice at one side of the tubular connecting block 3100, and two first bolt connecting holes 3210a and 3220a which are distributed at intervals up and down are formed in the connecting piece 3200 a.

The connecting piece 3200b is fixedly welded in a pipe orifice of the table frame cross beam 1200 facing the table leg connecting cross beam 1130, and two second bolt connecting holes 3210b and 3220b which are distributed at intervals up and down are formed in the connecting piece 3200 b.

The connection window 3300 is opened on the side of the table frame beam 1200 and near the connection piece 3200 b.

The cover plate 3500 detachably covers the connecting window 3300 formed in the table frame cross member 1200. A supporting frame 3510 is fixedly arranged on the inner plate surface of the cover plate 3500, when the cover plate 3500 is covered on the connecting window 3300, the supporting frame 3510 abuts against the inner side surface of the table frame beam 1200 opposite to the connecting window 3300, and a magnetic block 3520 is fixedly arranged on the end surface of the supporting frame 3510 abutting against the inner side surface of the table frame beam 1200, so that the cover plate 3500 is arranged on the connecting window 3300 in a magnetic adsorption manner.

In addition, a decorative cover plate 3110 is detachably mounted in the pipe opening of the tubular connecting block 3100 on the side remote from the table frame cross member 1200.

During installation, when the table frame cross beam 1200 is butted with the tubular connecting block 3100, two first bolt connecting holes 3210a and 3220a on the connecting sheet 3200a in the tubular connecting block 3100 are aligned with second bolt connecting holes 3210b and 3220b on the connecting sheet 3200b in the table frame cross beam 1200 one by one, then the connecting bolts 3400a and 3400b sequentially pass through the connecting window 3300 formed on the table frame cross beam 1200 to enter the table frame cross beam 1200 and are screwed into the second bolt connecting holes 3210b and 3220b and the first bolt connecting holes 3210a and 3220a in sequence to be screwed tightly, so that the table frame cross beam 1200 and the tubular connecting block 3100 are fixedly connected, and finally the cover plate 3500 is covered on the connecting window 3300 formed on the table frame cross beam 1200.

Referring to fig. 7-12 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the first quick-connect assembly 4000 includes a quick-connect socket 4100 and a quick-connect head 4200. The quick-locking seat 4100 is fixedly installed on the front leg 1110 or the rear leg 1120, and the quick-locking joint 4200 is fixedly installed on the lower plate surface of the desk plate 2000 and corresponds to the quick-locking seat 4100. When installed, quick connector 4200 is inserted into quick connector holder 4100 and locked.

The quick clamping connector 4200 is connected to a connecting screw portion 4210, and the quick clamping connector 4200 is screwed into a mounting screw hole formed in a lower plate surface of the table board 2000 in advance through the connecting screw portion 4210, so that the quick clamping connector 4200 is fixedly mounted on the lower plate surface of the table board 2000. A limit gasket 4220 is arranged between the quick clamping joint 4200 and the connecting screw rod portion 4210, so that the connecting screw rod portion 4210 is convenient to install in place.

Quick card socket 4100 comprises a card socket body 4110, a card tab 4120, and left and right springs 4130a, 4130 b. Joint seat body 4110 is internally provided with a joint sheet movable cavity 4111, a joint through hole 4112 communicated with the joint sheet movable cavity 4111 is arranged on the top surface of the joint seat body 4110, and a joint sheet mounting window 4113 communicated with the joint sheet movable cavity 4111 is arranged on the side surface of the joint seat body 4110. In addition, a mounting through hole 4114a, 4114b is respectively opened on each side of the clamping seat body 4110 located in the movable cavity 4111 of the clamping piece. During installation, two installation screws 4140a, 4140b are respectively screwed into the screw holes pre-formed in the front leg 1110 or the rear leg 1120 after passing through the installation through holes 4114a, 4114b on the latch seat body 4110, so as to fixedly install the latch seat body 4110 on the front leg 1110 or the rear leg 1120. The clamping piece 4120 enters the clamping piece movable cavity 4111 through the clamping piece mounting window 4113 and can slide back and forth in the entering direction, a clamping limiting hole 4121 matched with the quick clamping head 4200 is formed in the clamping piece 4120, and an arc-shaped clamping groove 4121a is formed at the position, far away from the clamping piece mounting window 113, of the inner side edge of the clamping limiting hole 4121. The left and right springs 4130a, 4130b are installed in the card moving chamber 4111 with one end abutting against the card 4120 and the other end abutting against the inner side of the card moving chamber 4111 of the card holder body 4110.

When the quick clamping connector 4200 is installed, the quick clamping connector 4200 is aligned with the clamping through hole 4112 of the quick clamping seat 4100 and inserted into the clamping through hole 4112, then the quick clamping connector 4200 is pushed into the clamping limiting hole 4121 of the clamping piece 4120 and passes through the clamping limiting hole 4121, at this time, the clamping piece 4120 returns to the initial position under the elastic force of the left and right springs 4130a, 4130b, so that the arc-shaped clamping groove 4121a on the clamping limiting hole 4121 of the clamping piece 4120 clamps the quick clamping connector 4200, and the quick clamping connector 4200 is locked. When the quick connector needs to be detached, the clamping piece 4120 is pushed inward through the clamping piece mounting window 4113 on the side surface of the clamping seat body 4110, so that the arc-shaped clamping groove 4121a of the clamping piece 4120 is separated from the quick connector 4200, and at this time, the quick connector 4200 is taken out upward, and the locking of the quick connector 4200 by the quick connector 4100 can be released.

Referring to fig. 13-17 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, second quick connect assembly 5000 includes a quick snap mount 5100, a circular snap tab 5200 and a rotating member 5300.

The quick clamping seat 5100 is detachably mounted on the table frame cross beam 1200, a semicircular step 5110 is formed on the upper end face 5101 of the quick clamping seat 5100, a semicircular limiting groove 5120 is formed between the semicircular step 5110 and the upper end face 5101 of the quick clamping seat 5100, and a rotating through hole 5130 is formed in the outer side, located on the semicircular limiting groove 5120, of the upper end face of the quick clamping seat 5100. In addition, an arc-shaped groove 5140 which is matched with the table frame cross beam 1200 is formed on the lower end surface of the quick clamping seat 5100, and clamping seat mounting through holes 5150 are respectively formed in the two sides, located on the semicircular limiting groove 5120, of the quick clamping seat 5100; during installation, the fast clamping seat 5100 is screwed into a screw hole formed in the table frame cross beam 1200 in advance by respectively penetrating two screws through the two clamping seat installation through holes 5150 of the fast clamping seat 5100 by utilizing an arc-shaped groove formed in the lower end face of the fast clamping seat 5100, so that the fast clamping seat 5100 is installed on the table frame cross beam.

Circular joint piece 5200 detachably installs on table 2000's lower face and corresponds with quick joint seat 5100, and circular joint piece 5200's outer peripheral face is the spacing inclined plane 5210 of a round platform form. A card connecting piece mounting through hole 5220 is formed at the center of the circular card connecting piece 5200. During installation, the circular latch piece 5200 is placed on the lower plate surface of the table 2000, and then a screw is screwed into a screw hole pre-opened on the lower plate surface of the table 2000 after passing through the latch piece installation through hole 5220 of the circular latch piece 5200, so that the circular latch piece 5200 is installed on the lower plate surface of the table 2000. In order to adjust the gap between the circular latch piece 5200 and the table 2000 conveniently, a circular elastic gasket 5230 is disposed between the upper end surface of the circular latch piece 5200 and the lower plate surface of the table 2000.

The rotating part 5300 has a turntable portion 5310 and a handle portion 5320, a rotating boss 5311 is formed on the lower side surface of the turntable portion 5310, the rotating boss 5311 is rotatably installed in a rotating through hole 5130 of the quick clamping seat 5100, so that the rotating part 5300 rotates along the rotating boss 5311, and a limiting inclined surface 5312 which is matched with the truncated cone-shaped limiting inclined surface 5210 for limiting is formed on the outer side surface of the turntable portion 5310.

During assembly, the circular clamping piece 5200 is aligned with the semicircular limiting groove 5120 of the quick clamping seat 5100, the circular clamping piece 5200 is pushed into the semicircular limiting groove 5120 of the quick clamping seat 5100, and then the handle portion 5320 rotates the turntable portion 5310 anticlockwise, so that the limiting inclined surface 5312 on the turntable portion 5310 presses the truncated cone-shaped limiting inclined surface 5210 on the circular clamping piece 5200, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, so that the circular clamping piece 5200 is limited in the semicircular limiting groove 120 of the quick clamping seat 5100.

In order to further position the rotating member 5300, a positioning blind hole 5160 is formed in the upper end surface 5101 of the quick clamping seat 5100 and located between the rotating through hole 5130 and the semicircular limiting groove 5120, a positioning small cylinder 5400 is installed in the positioning blind hole 5160, a small spring 5410 is installed below the positioning small cylinder 5400 in the positioning blind hole 5160, the upper end of the small spring 5410 abuts against the lower end surface of the positioning small cylinder 5400, and the lower end of the small spring 5410 abuts against the bottom surface of the positioning blind hole 5160 and is used for upwards jacking the positioning small cylinder 5400. An arc-shaped positioning groove 5313 is formed on the outer side surface of the turntable portion 5310 of the rotary member 5300.

When the rotating member 5300 is in the initial position, i.e., the position shown in fig. 13 and 14, the positioning small cylinder 5400 is pushed up by the small spring 5410 and a portion thereof is inserted into the circular arc-shaped positioning groove 5313 of the rotating member 5300, and the remaining portion thereof is located outside the circular arc-shaped positioning groove 5313, and the rotating member 5300 cannot rotate because the rotating member 5300 is pushed up by the positioning small cylinder 5400. When the circular latch piece 5200 enters the semicircular limiting groove 5120 of the quick latch holder 5100, the outer side edge of the circular latch piece 5200 is pressed on the top surface of the positioning small cylinder 5400 exposed out of the arc-shaped positioning groove 5313, and the positioning small cylinder 5400 is pressed into the positioning blind hole 5160, at this time, the rotating piece 5300 can rotate.

In addition, a torsion spring 5330 is fitted over the outer circumferential surface of a rotation boss 5311 formed on the turntable portion 5310 of the rotation member 5300. When no external force is applied to the rotating member 5300, the torsion spring 5330 rotates the rotating member 5300 in the initial position direction, and when the positioning small cylinder 5400 is pushed into the circular arc-shaped positioning groove 5313 of the rotating member 5300, the rotating member 5300 stops rotating.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention also includes a desk screen 2100 mounted to the desk plate 2000 by a desk screen quick mount assembly 6000. The desktop screen quick mount assembly 6000 includes a chute 6100 and at least one slider 6200. The sliding slot 6100 is fixedly embedded on the desk 2000, the sliding element 6200 is fixedly mounted on the lower edge of the desktop screen 2100, and the sliding element 6200 can be embedded in the sliding slot 6100 and slide along the sliding slot 6100.

Referring to fig. 18-22, the slide 6200 includes an elongated rectangular block 6210, six ball detents 6220, and six sliding balls 6230. The rectangular bar 6210 is adapted to the slot 6100 and can be embedded into the slot 6100. Two mounting through holes 6211 penetrating through the upper and lower side surfaces of the elongated rectangular block 6210 are formed in the elongated rectangular block 6210 at intervals along the length direction thereof, and two ball mounting blind holes 6212 are respectively formed in the left side surface, the right side surface and the lower side surface of the elongated rectangular block 6210 at intervals along the length direction thereof. Six ball retainers 6220 are respectively fitted into each of the ball mounting blind holes 6212. Six sliding balls 6230 are respectively mounted in six ball retainers 6220, and at least a portion of each sliding ball 6230 is exposed to the surface of the elongated rectangular block 6210. When the sliding element 6200 is inserted into the sliding slot 6100, the six sliding balls 6230 are respectively in sliding contact with the inner side surface of the sliding slot 6100, so that the sliding element 6200 can perform reciprocating sliding in the sliding slot 6100.

During installation, two fastening screws are first used to thread through the two mounting holes 6211 of the sliding member 6200 and then into the lower edge of the desktop screen 2100, such that the sliding member 6200 is fixedly mounted on the lower edge of the desktop screen 2100. Then, the desktop screen 2100 is inserted into the sliding groove 6100 fixed to the desk board 2000 by the sliding member 6200 fixed to the lower side edge thereof, and is slid back and forth along the sliding groove 6100 by the sliding member 6200.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention further includes a screen plate 2200 mounted on the desk plate 2000 by a desktop screen support 7000. Referring to fig. 23-25 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, a desktop screen support apparatus 7000 includes an elongated bottom frame 7100, left and right support brackets 7200a, 7200b, an elongated screen clamping slot 7300, and an elongated flap 7400.

The long bottom frame 7100 is embedded in a mounting through hole which is arranged in advance on the desk plate 2000 of the desk through a fastener such as a screw. The long bottom frame 7100 is enclosed by a front frame strip 7110, a rear frame strip 7120, a left frame strip 7130 and a right frame strip 7140, and a region enclosed by the front frame strip 7110, the rear frame strip 7120, the left frame strip 7130 and the right frame strip 7140 is used as a wiring channel 7150 of the long bottom frame 7100.

The left and right support frames 7200a and 7200b are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the long strip bottom frame 7100 along the length direction. Specifically, the left support 7200a is formed of a left triangular support 7210a fixed to the left frame strip 7130 of the long bottom frame 7100, and a left holding groove 7220a integrally formed on the top of the left triangular support 7210 a. The right supporting frame 7200b is composed of a right triangular supporting body 7210b and a right holding groove 7220b, the right triangular supporting body 7210b is fixed on the right frame strip 7140 of the long-strip bottom frame 7100, and the right holding groove 7220b is integrally formed on the top of the right triangular supporting body 7210 b.

The long screen clamping groove 7300 is horizontally supported on the top of the left and right supporting frames 7200a and 7200b and above the long bottom frame 7100, and is used for clamping and fixing the lower edge of the screen plate 2200. Specifically, the left and right ends of the elongated screen clamping groove 7300 are clamped on the left and right clamping grooves 7220a, 7220b of the left and right support frames 7200a, 7200b, respectively.

The long strip turning plate 7400 is installed in the long strip bottom frame 7100 in a rotating way and is positioned below the long strip screen clamping groove 7300. Specifically, left and right rotating support rods 7410a, 7410b are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the inner side surfaces of the left and right frame bars 7130, 7140 of the long bottom frame 7100, left and right rotating rods 7420a, 7420b are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the lower plate surface of the long turning plate 7400, the left and right rotating rods 7420a, 7420b are located at the inner sides of the left and right rotating support rods 7410a, 7410b, the front ends or the rear ends of the left and right rotating rods 7420a, 7420b are respectively connected with the front ends or the rear ends of the left and right rotating support rods 7410a, 7410b through the left and right rotating shafts 7430a, 7430b in a rotating manner, so that the long turning plate 7400 can perform a turning motion along the left and right rotating shafts 7430a, 7430 b.

When the elongated flap 7400 is in the horizontal position, the elongated flap 7400 closes the routing channels 7150 in the elongated bottom frame 7100, as shown in fig. 23. When the strip-shaped flap 7400 is turned upwards from the horizontal position, the routing channels 7150 in the strip-shaped bottom frame 7100 are opened, as shown in fig. 24 and 25, and routing can be performed through the routing channels 7150.
