1. A sweat detection patch, which is characterized by comprising a sweat detection device (100) and a composite adhesive plaster (200), wherein the composite adhesive plaster (200) is adhered to the bottom of the sweat detection device (100);

the sweat detection device (100) is provided with a sweat detection main board (1), and the composite adhesive tape (200) is provided with a sensor (2) matched with the sweat detection main board (1);

the water absorption holes (51) are arranged in a single hole mode, or in a multi-hole mode, or are made of porous materials;

6. The sweat detection patch of claim 5, wherein the composite fabric (200) further comprises a first protective film (61) and a second protective film (62);

the first protective film (61) and the second protective film (62) are torn off before the sweat detection patch is used;

the first protective film (61) is arranged on the top surface of the first glue layer (3), and the second protective film (62) is arranged on the bottom surface of the second glue layer (4).

The sweat detection patch according to claim 4, wherein the sweat detection device (100) is provided with a volatilization hole (7) longitudinally penetrating therethrough, the first adhesive layer (3) is provided with a through hole (32) matching with the volatilization hole (7), and the through hole (32) is communicated with the detection hole (31) through a drainage slit (33) arranged on the first adhesive layer (3);

the drainage slit (33) drains sweat to the through hole (32) by a capillary phenomenon.

8. The sweat detection patch as claimed in claim 7, wherein a water absorption block (71) is arranged in the volatilization hole (7), and the bottom end of the water absorption block (71) extends out of the through hole (32) and is in contact with the hydrophilic layer (5).

9. The sweat detection patch of claim 1, wherein the sweat detection device (100) further has a flexible housing and a battery (9);

the interior of the flexible shell is provided with a closed cavity which can contain the sweat detection main board (1) and the battery (9);

the circuit board of the sweat detection main board (1) is a flexible circuit board.

10. The sweat detection patch as claimed in claim 9, wherein the battery (9) is a rechargeable battery, and the upper portion of the flexible casing (8) is provided with a charging port (91) for charging the battery (9).

Sweat detects more and more receives medical institution's attention, analyzes human sign through collecting the sweat, does not have any wound to the human body, collects sweat relatively blood in addition and more portably and safety.

The wrist-worn electronic watch is mainly used for collecting sweat in the market at present. However, such electronic watches are expensive, since the hygiene problem is not suitable for many people, further increasing the use cost; in addition, the electronic watch can feel unsuitable and cumbersome due to the problems of volume and weight when in motion; because sweat is covered on the surface of human skin by the bottom surface of the electronic watch and can not volatilize, not only can people feel uncomfortable, but also data change of sweat components in the continuous motion process of the human body can not be detected in real time by measuring data because the sweat does not flow.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems of sanitation when the sweat detection patch is in contact with different human bodies and influence of sweat residue on the detection precision of next use.

A sweat detection patch comprises a sweat detection device and a composite adhesive tape, wherein the composite adhesive tape is adhered to the bottom of the sweat detection device;

the sweat detection device is provided with a sweat detection mainboard, the composite adhesive tape is provided with a sensor matched with the sweat detection mainboard, the sweat detection mainboard is used for detecting and analyzing sweat, and the sensor is in direct contact with the sweat and sends a collected electric signal to the sweat detection mainboard;

the removable setting of compound adhesive tape, it uses as the consumptive material, in addition, has the biological enzyme that can react with sweat in the compound adhesive tape, what the sensor was gathered is the sweat information after reacting with biological enzyme.

Because the sensor is in direct contact with human sweat in the sweat detection process, if sanitary treatment is not carried out, other people can be influenced to use the sweat detection patch, and the residual sweat can directly influence the result of next detection, the invention adopts the split type design of the sweat detection main board and the sensor, the sensor with low cost is arranged on the composite adhesive tape used as a consumable, and the sensor is directly discarded after use.

Preferably, the bottom of the sweat detection main board is provided with a plurality of salient points, and the sweat detection main board is electrically connected with the sensor through the plurality of salient points;

the sweat detection paste is directly pasted on a human body, in order to not influence normal activities and even violent movements of a wearer, the sweat detection paste is required to be as small, exquisite and light as possible, compared with an electrical connection scheme of an elastic sheet or a spring pin and the like, the sweat detection paste is electrically connected through the salient points, the salient point connection occupies a smaller space, and the whole thickness of the sweat detection paste is thinner.

Preferably, the middle part of the hydrophilic layer is provided with a water absorption hole, the second adhesive layer is provided with a water absorption seam, and the first adhesive layer is provided with a detection hole;

the water absorption holes can be designed to be single holes, can also be designed to be multi-holes, or can be designed by adopting a multi-hole material.

The body of the sensor is arranged on the upper part of the first adhesive layer, and the front end of the sensor electrode is positioned in the detection hole and is contacted with sweat;

the water absorption seam is a sweat inlet area, and sweat enters the composite adhesive tape through the water absorption seam;

preferably, the hydrophilic layer is a single-sided hydrophilic film, and one side of the hydrophilic layer, which is close to the sensor, has a hydrophilic function;

first glue film and second glue film do not all possess hydrophilic function, and the effective area of hydrophilic layer is reduced under the condition that satisfies the demand to the advantage of this scheme, and sweat is absorbed by non-effective part in the compound adhesive tape when avoiding the sweat less, influences the sweat amount near the sensor.

Preferably, the composite tape further includes a first protective film and a second protective film;

the first protective film and the second protective film are torn off before the sweat detection patch is used;

the first protective film is arranged on the top surface of the first adhesive layer, the second protective film is arranged on the bottom surface of the second adhesive layer, and the first protective film and the second protective film are used for keeping the surface viscosity of the composite adhesive tape of the unopened package and preventing pollution.

Preferably, the sweat detection device is provided with a volatilization hole penetrating through the sweat detection device, the first adhesive layer is provided with a through hole matched with the volatilization hole, and the through hole is communicated with the detection hole through a drainage seam arranged on the first adhesive layer;

the drainage seam is a sweat discharging area, the designed pipe diameter of the drainage seam is smaller than that of the detection hole, and sweat is drained from the detection hole to the volatilization hole through capillary phenomenon;

Preferably, the volatilization hole is internally provided with a water absorption block, the bottom end of the water absorption block extends downwards out of the through hole and is in contact with the hydrophilic layer, and the water absorption block is arranged to assist in enabling excessive sweat or detected waste sweat to be more easily led to the upper surface of the sweat detection patch so as to prevent the condition that volatilization is slow and sweat is fast.

The through hole, the volatilization hole and the water absorption block inside the volatilization hole form a volatilization area, and sweat flows in the sweat detection patch through natural volatilization;

the water absorption block has a single-side anti-puncturing layer on the upper surface, the anti-puncturing layer is arranged on the exposed surface, the anti-puncturing layer has a hydrophobic characteristic, and external liquid is prevented from entering the consumable from the water absorption block.

Preferably, the sweat detection device further comprises a flexible housing and a battery;

the interior of the flexible shell is provided with a closed cavity capable of accommodating the sweat detection mainboard and the battery, and the flexible shell plays a role in fixing and protecting the sweat detection mainboard and the battery from aging or short circuit caused by the influence of sweat and the external environment;

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the sweat detection patch of the invention is further described by the specific implementation mode with reference to the attached drawings 1-8.

A sweat detection patch as shown in fig. 1-2, comprising a sweat detection device 100 and a composite adhesive 200, wherein the composite adhesive 200 is adhered to the bottom of the sweat detection device 100;

as shown in fig. 3-4, if the sweat detection device 100 is provided with a sweat detection main board 1, the composite adhesive plaster 200 has a sensor 2 cooperating with the sweat detection main board 1;

the composite tape 200 may be replaceable, and is used as a consumable.

In this embodiment, the bottom of the sweat detection main board 1 is provided with a plurality of bumps 11, and the sweat detection main board 1 is electrically connected with the sensor 2 through the plurality of bumps 11;

the upper part of the sensor 2 is provided with four contacts 21 which are matched with the bumps 11, wherein two contacts 21 are used for transmitting working current, and the other two contacts 21 are used for feeding back detection signals.

Also can adopt shell fragment or spring pin to replace the bump to realize sweat and detect mainboard 1 and sensor 2's electricity and be connected, but this scheme makes sweat detect more and pastes whole thickness thinner.

In this embodiment, the composite adhesive tape 200 includes an upper first adhesive layer 3 and a lower second adhesive layer 4;

the first adhesive layer 3 is used for being fixedly adhered with the sweat detection device 100, and the second adhesive layer 4 is used for being fixedly adhered with a human body;

a hydrophilic layer 5 is further provided between the first glue layer 3 and the second glue layer 4, the hydrophilic layer 5 being for accumulating sweat for detection.

In this embodiment, the middle of the hydrophilic layer 5 is provided with a water absorption hole 51, the second adhesive layer 4 is provided with a water absorption slit 41, and the first adhesive layer 3 is provided with a detection hole 31;

the water suction holes 51 can be designed to be single holes, can also be designed to be multi-holes, or can be designed to be made of a multi-hole material.

The body of the sensor 2 is arranged on the upper part of the first glue layer 3, and the front end of the sensor electrode 22 is positioned in the detection hole 31 and is contacted with sweat;

in this embodiment, the hydrophilic layer 5 is a single-sided hydrophilic film, and one side of the hydrophilic layer, which is close to the sensor 2, has a hydrophilic function;

the first glue film 3 and the second glue film 4 do not have a hydrophilic function.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the composite tape 200 further includes a first protective film 61 and a second protective film 62;

the first protective film 61 and the second protective film 62 are torn off before the sweat detection patch is used;

the first protective film 61 is disposed on the top surface of the first glue layer 3, the second protective film 62 is disposed on the bottom surface of the second glue layer 4, and the first protective film 61 and the second protective film 62 function to maintain the surface tackiness of the unopened composite tape 200 and prevent contamination.

In this embodiment, the sweat detecting device 100 is provided with a volatilization hole 7 penetrating through the sweat detecting device 100, the first adhesive layer 3 is provided with a through hole 32 matching with the volatilization hole 7, and the through hole 32 is communicated with the detection hole 31 through a drainage slit 33 arranged on the first adhesive layer 3.

In this embodiment, the water absorption block 71 is arranged in the volatilization hole 7, and the bottom end of the water absorption block 71 extends out of the through hole 32 and is in contact with the hydrophilic layer 5;

the water absorption block 71 is provided to help excess sweat or waste sweat that has been detected to be more easily led to the upper surface of the sweat detection patch, thereby preventing slow volatilization and fast perspiration.

The water absorption block 71 has a single-side anti-puncturing layer on the exposed surface, and the anti-puncturing layer has a hydrophobic property to prevent external liquid from entering the consumable from the water absorption block.

As shown in the sweat flow path diagram of fig. 8, the path of sweat in the sweat detection patch can be seen more intuitively, in the structural design of the present embodiment, sweat is easily absorbed into the detection hole 31, and since only the upper part of the hydrophilic layer is made of hydrophilic material, almost no sweat is absorbed by the composite adhesive tape 200 before the probe contacts with sweat, thus fully ensuring the amount of detected sweat;

the detected sweat loses the detection value and becomes waste sweat, and the waste sweat flows through the drainage seam 33 from the detection hole 31 and enters the through hole 32, is absorbed by the water absorption block 71 in the volatilization hole 7, and is finally volatilized on the upper surface of the water absorption block, so that the newly generated sweat with the detection value continuously flows through the sensor electrode 22 and is detected.

In this embodiment, the sweat detection device 100 further comprises a flexible housing and a battery 9, wherein the flexible housing comprises an upper housing 81 and a lower housing 82;

a closed cavity capable of accommodating the sweat detection main board 1 and the battery 9 is formed in the flexible shell consisting of the upper shell 81 and the lower shell 82;

the circuit board of the sweat detection mainboard 1 is a flexible circuit board.

In this embodiment, the battery 9 is a rechargeable battery, and the upper portion of the flexible case is provided with a charging port 91 for charging the battery 9.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and the technical solutions of the above embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other in a crossing manner to form a new technical solution, and all technical solutions formed by using equivalent substitutions fall within the scope of the present invention.
