s4, controlling the station switching driving mechanism through the controller to drive the plug mechanism and the clamping mechanism to move to the shaping station;

s5, controlling a third driving cylinder to drive the punch module to move downwards through the controller so as to push the plug in the template jack into a female die hole of the plastic shell die, and then controlling the punch module to reset;

s6, controlling the station switching driving mechanism through the controller to drive the plugging mechanism and the clamping mechanism to move back to the plugging station;

s7, controlling the first driving cylinder by the controller to drive the template to move to a second plugging position, so that the jack on the template is communicated with the second part female die hole which is not plugged; then repeating steps S4-S5 so that all female mold holes in the plastic case mold are plugged;

the first part female die hole and the second part female die hole are not overlapped, and the sum of the first part female die hole and the second part female die hole is the total female die holes of the plastic shell die.

Background

In the wire harness processing industry, a wire harness product needs to be connected with each other by inserting a wire cable into a female die hole of a plastic shell, and an unused part in the female die hole of the plastic shell needs to be inserted into the female die hole by using a plug so as to play an insulation role. The plug technology of current uses the manipulator to plug in the stopper one by one usually, because the bed die hole diameter of moulding the shell is less usually, and the distance between the hole is also very narrow, and manipulator insertion speed is slower, and the reliability of inserting is relatively poor moreover, and the efficiency of product production is lower, and the quality also is difficult to guarantee.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a die type automatic plugging device and a plugging method thereof, which can improve the plugging efficiency.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a mold type automatic plugging device comprises a clamping mechanism, a plugging mechanism, a shaping mechanism and a controller;

the clamping mechanism can detachably fix the plastic shell mold;

the plugging mechanism comprises a template unit, a hole position switching driving unit and a template shifting driving unit, wherein the hole position switching driving unit and the template shifting driving unit respectively comprise a first driving cylinder and a second driving cylinder; the template unit comprises a template, and the template is provided with a jack array; the template unit is arranged on the hole position switching driving unit, and the hole position switching driving unit is arranged on the template displacement driving unit; the second driving cylinder stretches to drive the hole position switching driving unit and the template unit to move, so that the template is driven to move above the plastic shell mold or to be far away from the plastic shell mold; the extension and contraction of the first driving cylinder can drive the template unit to move so as to drive the template to switch between a first plugging position and a second plugging position, so that the upper jack of the template unit is communicated with different female mold holes on the plastic shell mold, the sum of the female mold hole communicated with the jack when the template is located at the first plugging position and the female mold hole communicated with the jack when the template is located at the second plugging position is the total female mold holes of the plastic shell mold;

the shaping mechanism comprises a punch module and a punch lifting driving unit, the punch module is arranged on the punch lifting driving unit, and the number and the arrangement structure of the punches on the punch module are matched with the jacks on the template; the punch lifting driving unit comprises a third driving cylinder, and the third driving cylinder can drive the punch module to move up and down in a telescopic mode, so that when the plastic shell mold is located below the punch module, the punch can penetrate through the template to push the plug in the template jack into a female mold hole of the plastic shell mold;

and the control ends of the first driving cylinder, the second driving cylinder and the third driving cylinder are respectively connected with a controller.

Furthermore, the invention also comprises a workbench and a station switching driving mechanism; the clamping mechanism and the plug mechanism are slidably mounted on the workbench surface through a sliding seat, the station switching driving mechanism is connected with the sliding seat, and the operation of the station switching driving mechanism can drive the sliding seat to move on the workbench surface, so that the clamping mechanism and the plastic shell mold on the cylinder body are driven to move to the plug station or the shaping station. The plugging station is close to the plugging mechanism and is positioned below the plugging feed opening, and the plugging mechanism can be used for completing the plugging process. The shaping station is the position below the shaping punch. The station switching driving mechanism can realize the movement of the clamping mechanism and the plastic shell mold between the plugging station and the shaping station through the stretching of the air cylinder. The station switching driving mechanism can be realized in a cylinder mode and also in an electric cylinder mode.

Furthermore, the plastic shell mold plug device further comprises a feeding mechanism arranged above the plug station, the feeding mechanism comprises a storage bin and a discharging channel, one end of the discharging channel is communicated with the storage bin, the other end of the discharging channel is provided with a discharging hole, and when the plug mechanism and the plastic shell mold are located at the plug station, the discharging hole faces towards a template jack above the plastic shell mold. So that the plug flowing out of the outlet can enter each jack. In order to more conveniently discharge, the discharge hole can be arranged into a multi-outlet type, and the arrangement of the outlets corresponds to the jacks on the template.

Optionally, the clamping mechanism includes a clamping base and a plastic housing base that are fixedly connected, and the plastic housing mold is detachably fixed in the plastic housing base.

Optionally, the template unit further comprises a template base and a positioning pin, the template base comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate, one end of the template is located between the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate and fixedly connected with the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate through the positioning pin, and the other end of the template is provided with the insertion hole;

the hole site switches over the drive unit and also includes the first sliding table, the template seat of the template unit is fixedly mounted on first sliding table; the first sliding table is slidably mounted on the cylinder body of the first driving cylinder, and one end of the first sliding table is fixedly connected with the end part of the telescopic rod of the first driving cylinder.

Optionally, the template displacement driving unit further includes a second sliding table, the cylinder body of the first driving cylinder is fixedly mounted on the second sliding table, the second sliding table is slidably mounted on the cylinder body of the second driving cylinder, and one end of the second sliding table is fixedly connected to the end of the telescopic rod of the second driving cylinder.

Optionally, the diameter of the insertion hole on the mold plate is slightly larger than the diameter of the female mold hole in the plastic mold. Because the plug has certain elasticity, the jack arranged on the template is slightly larger, if the diameter of the plug is exactly equal to the diameter of the plug in a non-compression state, the plug can be placed into the female die hole of the template without obstacle, and the plug is prevented from bouncing off.

As an embodiment, in the plastic case mold, the arrangement structure of the odd-numbered rows of female mold holes is the same as that of the even-numbered rows of female mold holes, the number of the jacks on the mold plate is 1/2 of the number of the female mold holes in the plastic case mold, and the jacks can be correspondingly communicated with the odd-numbered rows of female mold holes or the even-numbered rows of female mold holes in the plastic case mold one by one. The arrangement direction of the odd rows and the even rows is the moving direction of the template, and the plugging only operates the female die holes in the odd rows or the even rows every time, so that the low plugging operation efficiency caused by more female die holes and smaller space can be avoided.

As another embodiment, the telescopic direction of the first driving cylinder is taken as the column direction of the jack array, and jacks on the template are at least one more row than female mold holes in the plastic shell mold; and the jack arrays are arranged in the row direction and the row direction at intervals corresponding to the female die holes in the plastic shell die, so that when the template is positioned at the first plug position or the second plug position, the female die holes communicated with the jacks on the template are all non-adjacent female die holes in the plastic shell die. Because the distance between the adjacent female die holes is smaller, the jacks are arranged at intervals corresponding to the female die holes, so that the conduction between the adjacent jacks can not be caused when the jacks are properly enlarged to adapt to the outer contour of the plug in a non-compressed state.

Optionally, in the shaping mechanism, the punch module is connected with the telescopic rod of the third driving cylinder through the mounting plate; the punch module is detachably and fixedly connected with the mounting plate through a positioning pin shaft.

The invention also discloses a plug method based on the mold type automatic plug device, which comprises the following steps:

s1, controlling the station switching driving mechanism through the controller to drive the plugging mechanism and the clamping mechanism to move to a plugging station;

s2, controlling a second driving cylinder to drive the template to move to a first plugging position through a controller, and enabling the jack on the template to be correspondingly communicated with the female hole of the first part in the plastic shell mold;

s3, placing the plug into each jack of the template communicated with the female die hole;

s4, controlling the station switching driving mechanism through the controller to drive the plug mechanism and the clamping mechanism to move to the shaping station;

s5, controlling a third driving cylinder to drive the punch module to move downwards through the controller so as to push the plug in the template jack into a female die hole of the plastic shell die, and then controlling the punch module to reset;

s6, controlling the station switching driving mechanism through the controller to drive the plugging mechanism and the clamping mechanism to move back to the plugging station;

s7, controlling the first driving cylinder by the controller to drive the template to move to a second plugging position, so that the jack on the template is communicated with the second part female die hole which is not plugged; then repeating steps S4-S5 so that all female mold holes in the plastic case mold are plugged;

the first part female die hole and the second part female die hole are not overlapped, and the sum of the first part female die hole and the second part female die hole is the total female die holes of the plastic shell die. Advantageous effects

The plug mechanism can realize the guiding and pushing of the plug through the combination of the multiple driving mechanisms, wherein the plug mechanism can ensure that the plug to be inserted is aligned with a female die hole in a plastic shell die, and the scattering condition is reduced; the shaping mechanism can push the plug which is already placed in the template jack into a female die hole of the plastic shell die below. Meanwhile, the plug-in device can realize batch plug-in of the die female die holes by combining the design of the jacks of the die plate with the driving mechanism, namely, the odd-number rows of female die holes and the even-number rows of female die holes are respectively plugged and shaped, or the adjacent female die holes are respectively plugged and shaped in a grading manner, so that the process difficulty under the condition of multiple holes can be simplified, the design is ingenious, the plug-in device is simple and practical, the small plugs can be quickly, accurately and reliably inserted into the plastic shell female die holes with narrow space in batches at the same time, and the plug-in efficiency is improved.
