Technical Field

The invention relates to a folding pen, in particular to a folding pen for advertising.

Background

Most of the existing advertising pens are printed on the surface of the pen body. The trademark and the brand of the pen are revealed by means of characters printed on the surface of the pen body or design containing patterns; or the sales of the commodity is stimulated by utilizing the advertisement explanatory characters, the telephone marks and the like on the surface of the pen body, for example, domestic big KTVs, restaurants and the like all have sales promotion modes given to the pen of the consumer, so that the consumer can remember the commodity when using the pen.

However, with the advancement of science and technology, the existing advertisements are not limited to characters, telephones and patterns, but also contain two-dimensional code information of merchants, and the printing of the two-dimensional codes needs a large enough area, otherwise, the codes cannot be scanned and identified. The advertising pen capable of printing the two-dimensional code information on the pen body is basically flat, but the flat advertising pen has insufficient pen holding comfort level in use, is easily abandoned by a user, and further cannot achieve the advertising effect.

There is a need for an improved structure for existing advertising pens.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a folding pen, which overcomes the defects in the background art. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a folding pen, comprising:

the pen comprises a shell and a pen body, wherein the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating a pen core;

at least one first rotating member which can rotate around the pen core and rotate between an unfolding position and a folding position, and the outer surface of the first rotating member is aligned with the front surface of the shell to form a front advertising area when the first rotating member is positioned at the folding position;

the second rotating piece can rotate around the pen core and rotate between an unfolding position and a folding position, and the outer surface of the second rotating piece is aligned with the back surface of the shell to form a back advertisement area when the second rotating piece is positioned at the folding position;

the cross section of the folding pen is increased when at least one first rotating member or at least one second rotating member and the first rotating member are located at the unfolding position so as to increase the handwriting comfort.

In a preferred embodiment: the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece rotate in the same direction.

In a preferred embodiment: the first rotating piece comprises a strip-shaped first rotating body, and the first rotating body is provided with at least one first shaft sleeve; the second rotating part comprises a strip-shaped second rotating body, the second rotating body is provided with at least one second shaft sleeve, the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are sleeved outside the pen core, and the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are coaxial with the accommodating cavity.

In a preferred embodiment: the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are arranged adjacently, the shell is provided with at least one yielding groove which runs through the front back of the shell and is communicated with the containing cavity, the first shaft sleeve extends into the yielding groove from the front side of the shell, the second shaft sleeve extends into the yielding groove from the back side of the shell, and the head end of the pen refill extends out of the shell after passing through the containing cavity, the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve.

In a preferred embodiment: when the first rotating piece is positioned at the unfolding position, the first rotating body is positioned in front of the front surface of the shell; when the second rotating piece is located at the unfolding position, the second rotating body is located behind the back face of the shell.

In a preferred embodiment: the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a convex block which is positioned at the outer side of the tail end of the accommodating cavity.

In a preferred embodiment: the folding pen further comprises a touch screen sleeve, and the touch screen sleeve is sleeved outside the bump.

In a preferred embodiment: this folding pen still includes soft protective sheath, folding pen periphery is equipped with annular mounting groove, and this protective sheath cover is put in the mounting groove.

Compared with the background technology, the technical scheme has the following advantages:

6. Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a preferred embodiment of the folding pen includes a housing 100, a first rotating member and a second rotating member.

The housing 100 is provided with a receiving chamber 110 for receiving the pen core. The accommodating cavity 110 extends along the length direction of the housing 100 and penetrates the housing 100 from head to tail.

In this embodiment, the housing 100 is provided with at least one yielding slot 120 penetrating through the front and back of the housing 100 and communicating with the accommodating cavity 110. In this embodiment, the two receding grooves 120 are respectively disposed near the head end and the tail end of the housing 100, and the two receding grooves 120 divide the accommodating cavity 110 into three sections.

In this embodiment, the housing 100 includes a first housing 130 and a second housing 140 that are engaged with each other, and the accommodating cavity 110 is disposed between the two housings 130 and 140, that is, the accommodating cavity 110 is divided into two parts, wherein one half of the cavity is disposed on the first housing 130, and the other half of the cavity is disposed on the second housing 140; the first rotatable member has an outer surface that is aligned with the top surface of the first housing 130 when in the collapsed position, and the second rotatable member has an outer surface that is aligned with the bottom surface of the second housing 140 when in the collapsed position.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a row of first buckles 131 and a row of first clamping grooves 132 are disposed on the top surface of the first housing 130, and the first buckles 131 and the first clamping grooves 132 are respectively located on the left and right sides of the accommodating cavity 110; a row of second fasteners 141 arranged at intervals and a row of second card slots arranged at intervals are arranged on the bottom surface of the second housing 140, the second fasteners 141 and the second card slots (not shown in the figure) are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the accommodating cavity 110, the first fasteners 131 are in clamping fit with the second card slots, and the first card slots 132 are in clamping fit with the second fasteners 141, so that the first housing 130 and the second housing 140 are fixedly connected. The connection structure between the first casing 130 and the second casing 140 may also be fixed in a gluing manner or a screw locking manner, which is not limited to this, wherein the assembly is more convenient and the disassembly is more convenient in a clamping and fitting manner.

As shown in fig. 2, the first housing 130 has a circular truncated cone 133 at the head end, and the pen core 200 passes through the circular truncated cone 133 and abuts against the inner side of the circular truncated cone 133 to axially limit the pen core 200 and prevent the pen core 200 from coming out of the accommodating cavity 110.

The first rotating member is rotatable about the cartridge 200 and between an extended position and a collapsed position, in which its outer surface is aligned with the front surface of the housing 100 to form a front advertising area (not shown). The second rotating member can rotate around the pen core 200 and rotate between an unfolding position and a folding position, and the outer surface of the second rotating member is aligned with the back surface of the shell 100 to form a back advertisement area 1 when the second rotating member is located at the folding position; the cross section of the folding pen is increased when the first rotating member or the second rotating member is located at the unfolding position so as to increase the handwriting comfort.

In this embodiment, the first rotating member and the second rotating member rotate in the same direction. In this embodiment, the number of the first rotating member and the second rotating member is one. The number of the first rotating member and the second rotating member may be two or more, as necessary, and is not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, the first rotating member includes a first elongated rotating body 300, and the first rotating body 300 is provided with at least one first sleeve 310; the second rotating member includes an elongated second rotating body 400, the second rotating body 400 is provided with at least one second shaft sleeve 410, the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410 are both sleeved outside the pen core 200, and the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410 are coaxial with the accommodating cavity 110.

In this embodiment, the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410 are adjacently arranged, the first shaft sleeve 310 extends into the abdicating groove 120 from the front surface of the casing 100, the second shaft sleeve extends into the abdicating groove 120 from the back surface of the casing 100, and the head end of the pen core 200 extends out of the casing 100 after passing through the accommodating cavity 110, the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410.

In this embodiment, when the first rotating member is located at the unfolding position, the first rotating body 300 is located in front of the front surface of the housing 100; when the second rotating member is located at the unfolded position, the second rotating body 400 is located at the rear of the rear surface of the housing 100. Preferably, when the first rotating member is in the unfolding position, the first rotating body 300 forms an included angle of 90 degrees with the front surface of the housing 100; when the second rotating member is in the unfolding position, the second rotating body 400 forms an angle of 90 degrees with the back surface of the casing 100, that is, as shown in fig. 6, the folding pen is in the unfolding state. When the first rotating member is in the extended position, an included angle between the first rotating body 300 and the front surface of the housing 100 may be any angle between 0 and 180 degrees, but not limited thereto; when the second rotating member is in the extended position, an included angle between the second rotating body 300 and the back surface of the housing 100 may be any angle between 0 and 180 degrees, but not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the number of the first bushings 310 is four, two of the first bushings 310 are arranged in opposite directions, the number of the second bushings 410 is two, the second bushings are respectively located between two of the first bushings 310, one adjacent second bushing 410 and one adjacent two first bushings 310 travel by one, the number of the abdicating slots 120 is two, and each set of the bushings corresponds to one abdicating slot 120. Or, the number of the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410 is designed to be the same, and the first shaft sleeve 310 and the second shaft sleeve 410 are simultaneously accommodated in one abdicating groove 120; alternatively, the number of the receding grooves 120 is equal to the sum of the number of the first sleeves 310 and the number of the second sleeves 410, and corresponds to each other.

As shown in fig. 2, the folded pen is in a folded state, that is, when the first rotating member and the second rotating member are both in the folded position, the upper surface of the first sleeve 310 and the upper surface of the second sleeve 410 are both flush with the front surface of the casing 100, and the lower surfaces of the first sleeve 310 and the second sleeve 410 are flush with the back surface of the casing 100.

In this embodiment, the foldable pen further includes a connecting rod 500, one end of the connecting rod 500 is connected to the end of the pen core 200, and the connecting rod 500 is movably mounted at the end of the accommodating cavity 110 to drive the pen core 200 to move back and forth along the accommodating cavity 110. As shown in fig. 2, the connecting rod 500 has an insertion portion 510 at one end, and the insertion portion 510 is inserted into the end of the pen core 200 and is tightly fitted to the end of the pen core 200. In order to fit the insertion portion 510 to the lead tip more closely, a screw portion for increasing friction may be provided at the outer circumference of the insertion portion. The outer periphery of the connecting rod 500 is provided with external threads, the tail end of the accommodating cavity 110 is provided with internal threads, and the connecting rod 500 can move along the accommodating cavity 110 through the screw connection matching of the internal threads and the external threads, so that the pen core 200 is driven to move along the accommodating cavity 110. And, the connecting rod 500 is further provided with a stopper 520, and the stopper 520 abuts against the distal end portion of the cartridge 200.

In this embodiment, the other end of the connecting rod 500 is provided with a protrusion 530, and the protrusion 530 is located outside the tail end of the accommodating cavity 110.

In this embodiment, the folding pen further includes a touch screen sleeve 540, and the touch screen sleeve 540 is sleeved outside the bump 530.

In this embodiment, the folding pen further includes a soft protective sleeve 600, an annular mounting groove 610 is formed in the periphery of the folding pen, and the protective sleeve 600 is sleeved in the mounting groove 610. After the protective sleeve 600 is sleeved in the mounting groove 610, the surface of the protective sleeve 600 is flush with the surfaces of the shell 100, the first rotating member and the second rotating member; because the protective cover 600 is made of soft material and has certain elasticity, the protective cover 600 can be unfolded when the first rotating member and the second rotating member rotate to the unfolding position. As shown in FIG. 5, the protective sleeve 600 is closer to the head end of the casing 100, and can contact the tiger mouth of the hand during writing, so as to increase the comfort of writing.

The assembly process of the folding pen is as follows:

firstly, the insertion part 510 of the connecting rod 500 is inserted into the tail end of the pen core 200, and the touch screen sleeve 540 is sleeved outside the bump 530; next, the two sleeve sets are in butt joint and matched, for example, a second sleeve 410 at the head end is placed between the two first sleeves 310 at the head end, a second sleeve 410 at the tail end is placed between the two first sleeves 310 at the tail end, and at this time, the first rotating body 300 and the second rotating body 400 are arranged at a left-right interval; then, the head end of the pen core 200 sequentially penetrates through the two shaft sleeve groups; then, the head end of the pen core 200 passes through the circular table portion 133 of the first housing 130, the second rotating body 400 is leaned against the lower side of the first housing 130, and the first rotating body 300 is located at the side of the first housing 130; then, the second housing 140 is covered on the first housing 130, and the first housing 130 and the second housing 140 are assembled together to be folded through the clamping fit of the first buckle 131 and the second clamping groove and the clamping fit of the second buckle 141 and the first clamping groove 132; finally, the protective sleeve 600 is sleeved in the mounting groove 610, and the installation of the folding pen is completed. The whole installation process is simple and convenient.
