Technical Field

The invention relates to a storage cabinet, in particular to a locking storage cabinet.

Background

In the prior art related to the present invention, please refer to the chinese patent No. CN102874536B issued on 8/16/2015, which discloses an intelligent container, comprising: a cabinet body; the goods box rack is provided with a plurality of goods grids for storing the goods boxes; the intelligent trolley is used for conveying the cargo boxes between the cargo inlet and the cargo outlet of the intelligent container and each cargo grid; the loading device is used for automatically loading the container, can extend out of the front end of the intelligent container when the intelligent container is loaded, and can retract into the intelligent container after the loading is finished; the information identification module is used for identifying goods stored in the intelligent container and further storing the goods according to a specified box; and the control module is used for driving the intelligent trolley to arrive at the specified goods box on the goods box rack according to a preset control program to execute the operation of delivering the goods box or taking the goods box, and driving the goods inlet device to execute the operation of storing goods in the goods box determined by the information identification module in the goods inlet state. When the intelligent container is in contact with a non-cargo-entering device, the intelligent container can be automatically opened, so that misoperation is caused.

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, there is a real need for an improved storage container.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provided is a locking storage container which can prevent a door from being opened when erroneous recognition is made.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a locking storage container, comprising: the locking storage cabinet also comprises a baffle plate arranged at the rear part of the frame and an elastic part elastically supported between the baffle plate and the baffle plate, and the front frame opening is sealed by the baffle plate when the locking storage cabinet is in a closed state; when the box is in use, the shutter is pushed by the box, the elastic piece is elastically compressed, and the box enters the front frame opening; when the locking storage container is in a closed state, the locking spring is in a non-compression state, and the locking sheet extends into the locking groove of the frame, so that the stop door is locked; the stop door is provided with an operation window, and before the use state, an external mechanism stirs the locking sheet through the operation window to leave the locking groove and compress the locking spring, so that the box pushes the stop door and the elastic piece to move backwards.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: if the door is in a closed state, the locking spring is in a non-compressed state, and the locking sheet extends into the locking groove of the frame, so that the shutter is locked; the shutter is provided with an operation window, before the use state, the external mechanism stirs the locking sheet through the operation window to leave the locking groove and compress the locking spring, so that the box pushes the shutter and the elastic piece to move backwards, and the cabinet door is opened when the false recognition can be avoided.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a combination of a stock keeping cabinet and a box comprises a stock keeping cabinet 1 and a plurality of boxes 9 of different thicknesses.

The storage container 1 comprises a frame 11, positioning tabs 12 and closure plates 13. The frame 11 includes a number of front vertical bars 111, a number of rear vertical bars 112, a number of top horizontal bars 113, and a number of bottom horizontal bars 114. Each of the spacers 12 extends horizontally in the front-rear direction, and opposite ends of each of the spacers are fixed to a front vertical rod 111 and a corresponding rear vertical rod 112, respectively, and the spacers 12 between the front vertical rod 111 and the corresponding rear vertical rod 112 are arranged uniformly in the vertical direction. A front vertical rod 111, a rear vertical rod 112, a top horizontal rod 114 and a bottom horizontal rod 114 enclose a side frame opening 115, the side sealing plates 13 comprise side sealing plates 131 installed on the side frame opening 115, and the side sealing plates 131 are sealed outside the positioning pieces 12. The positioning pieces 12 comprise at least two rows of positioning pieces which are uniformly arranged along the vertical direction, and the boxes 9 with different thicknesses are inserted into the frame 11 along the front-back direction.

The plurality of top horizontal bars 113 define a top frame opening 116, and the plurality of closure panels 13 include top closure panels 132 mounted to the top frame opening 116. The bottom horizontal rods 114 define a bottom frame opening 117, the closing plates 13 include bottom closing plates (not shown) mounted on the bottom frame opening, and the side closing plates 131, the top closing plate 132, and the bottom closing plate are rectangular.

The front vertical rods 111 comprise a left front vertical rod 141 positioned on the left side, a right front vertical rod 142 positioned on the right side and a middle front vertical rod 143 positioned in the middle, the rear vertical rods 112 comprise a left rear vertical rod 144 positioned on the left side, a right rear vertical rod 145 positioned on the right side and a middle rear vertical rod 146 positioned in the middle, the middle front vertical rod 143 and the middle rear vertical rod 146 divide the frame into two mounting cavities 147, and each mounting cavity 147 corresponds to one column of the barrier doors 15.

The boxes 9 comprise a first box 91 with a first thickness and a second box 92 with a plurality of times of the first thickness, the second box 92 is provided with a positioning groove 921, and when the second box 92 is installed in the frame 11, the positioning sheet 12 is inserted into the positioning groove 921. The first box 91 is not provided with a positioning groove, and the first box 91 is positioned between two adjacent positioning pieces 12. The box 9 is a sealed box, and a coded lock 93 is installed in front of the box 9.

A plurality of front frame openings 16 with different sizes are formed on the adjacent front vertical rods 111 and the plurality of positioning sheets 12, and each front frame opening 16 is provided with a stop door 15; in the closed state, the shutter 15 seals the front bezel 16; in the use state, the shutter 15 is pushed by the box 9 and moves backwards along the positioning sheet 12 into the frame 11, and the box 9 is loaded into the frame 11 by taking the positioning sheet 12 as a guide rail.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, which are the first embodiment of the box pressing and returning structure, the storage container 1 further includes a baffle 17 installed at the rear of the frame and an elastic member 18 elastically supported between the door 15 and the baffle 17, the door 15 sealing the front frame opening 16 in the closed state; in the use state, the shutter 15 is pushed by the box 9, the elastic piece 18 elastically compresses, and the box 9 enters the front frame opening 16; in the return state, the box 9 is removed and the shutter 15 is restored to the original position of the front bezel 16 by the resilience of the elastic member 18.

The elastic member 18 includes a first elastic terminal 181 and a second elastic terminal 182 disposed to cross each other. The first elastic terminal 181 and the second elastic terminal 182 form a plurality of diamond-shaped frames. The container 1 further includes a rear support frame 19 fixed to the baffle 17, and rear ends of the first elastic terminal 181 and the second elastic terminal 182 are mounted on the rear support frame 19. The container 1 further comprises a spring 31 mounted on the rear support frame 19, opposite ends of the spring 3 are respectively connected to rear ends of the first elastic terminal 181 and the second elastic terminal 182, when in use, the door 15 is pushed by the box 9, the elastic member 18 is elastically compressed, and the spring 31 is stretched; in the return state, the case 9 is taken away, the spring 31 shortens and returns to the original state by the resilient force of the spring 31, and at the same time, the elastic member 18 is restored to the original state.

The container 1 further comprises a front support frame 32 fixed to the door 15, and the front ends of the first elastic terminal 181 and the second elastic terminal 182 are mounted on the front support frame 32. Each shutter 15 corresponds to a pair of elastic members 18, and the pair of elastic members 18 are respectively located at two opposite lateral ends of the shutter 15.

As shown in fig. 3, the front face of the shutter 15 is provided with a recognition device 33 for recognizing the size of the shutter, so as to facilitate the automatic loading of boxes 9 of different thicknesses into the respective front frame openings 16 by the machine. The identification device 33 may be a two-dimensional code, and the size of the door 15 can be identified by scanning the two-dimensional code by an external mechanism. The identification device 33 may be an electronic tag, and the size of the door 15 can be identified by an external mechanism sensing the electronic tag. The identification mechanism 33 may be a color block labeled with different colors, and the size of the door 15 can be identified by an external mechanism identifying the color of the color block. The identification device 33 may be a bar code, and the size of the door 15 can be identified by an external mechanism. The recognition device 33 may be a character, and the external device recognizes the character to recognize the size of the door 15.

The container 1 further comprises a locking spring 41 and a locking piece 42, when in a closed state, the locking spring 41 is in a non-compressed state, and the locking piece 42 extends into a locking groove of the frame 11, so that the door 15 is locked; the shutter 15 is provided with an operation window 151, and before the use state, an external mechanism dials the locking piece 42 out of the locking groove through the operation window 151 and compresses the locking spring 41, so that the case 9 pushes the shutter 15 and the elastic member 18 to move backward.

The locking piece 42 includes a main body 421, a locking arm 422 extending transversely from the main body 421, a supporting piece 423 extending upwardly from the main body 421, and a supporting rod 424, one end of the locking spring 41 abuts against the supporting piece 423, and the other end of the locking spring 41 contacts with the supporting rod 424. The locking piece 42 further includes a punched hole 425 penetrating in a vertical direction, and the supporting piece 423 and the supporting bar 424 are respectively located at opposite sides of the punched hole 425. The support rod 424 is in an inverted L shape, and the width of the support piece 423 is larger than that of the support rod 424. A recess 426 is formed below the main body 421, and the locking arm 422 extends from the recess 426. The latch plate 42 further includes a toggle plate 427 extending from the main body 421 into the punched hole 425, the toggle plate 427 being used for toggling by an external mechanism. The toggle member 427 includes a horizontal portion 428 located within the punch 425 and a toggle portion 429 extending downwardly from the horizontal portion 428. The toggle portion 429 includes a vertical portion 431 disposed perpendicular to the horizontal portion 428 and a resilient tab 432 disposed obliquely to the vertical portion 431. The supporting piece 423 has a height greater than that of the supporting rod 424.

Fig. 9 shows a second embodiment of the case press-in and return structure, in which the first elastic terminal 181 and the second elastic terminal 182 of the elastic member 18, the front support frame 32, the rear support frame 19, and the springs are similar to those of the first embodiment. The main differences are as follows: the storage container 1 further comprises a magnet 51, a locking piece 52 and a rotating shaft 53, the magnet 51 is magnetically attracted on the door 15, one end of the locking piece 52 is connected to the magnet 51, the other end of the locking piece 52 is inserted into a locking groove of the frame 11, the middle of the locking piece 52 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 53, when the magnet 51 is repelled by a foreign magnet on an external container, the locking piece 52 rotates around the rotating shaft 53, so that the locking piece 52 leaves the locking groove, and the container 9 pushes the door 15 to move.

The locking piece 52 comprises a connecting piece 521 connected to the magnet 51 and a bolt 522 extending into the locking groove, wherein the connecting piece 521 is perpendicular to the bolt 522. The locking piece 52 includes an intermediate portion 523 connected between the connecting piece 521 and the plug 522, the intermediate portion 523 has a shaft hole 524, and the rotating shaft 53 penetrates through the shaft hole 524. The magnet 51 is disc-shaped, and the connecting piece 521 is rectangular. The magnet 51 is provided with a first positioning hole 511 at the center thereof, and the connecting piece 521 is provided with a second positioning hole 525 corresponding to the first positioning hole 511.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications without creative efforts from the above-described conception, and fall within the scope of the present invention.
