The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a green building sewage treatment integrated device comprises a sewage settling tank, wherein the sewage settling tank is connected with a clear water treatment tank, the sewage settling tank comprises a sewage storage area and a sludge settling area, the sewage storage area is positioned in the sewage settling tank, the sludge settling area is positioned below the sewage storage area, a partition mechanism for communicating or closing the sewage storage area and the sludge settling area is arranged between the sewage storage area and the sludge settling area, a sewage discharge turbine is arranged at the lower end of the sludge settling area, a sewage discharge outlet is formed in the bottom of the sludge settling area below the sewage discharge turbine, the sewage discharge turbine pushes precipitated sludge towards the sewage discharge outlet when rotating, the sewage discharge outlet is connected with a sewage discharge pipe, and a sewage discharge valve is arranged on the sewage discharge; the sewage discharge turbine is connected with an output shaft of a power motor, the power motor is fixed at the bottom of the sewage sedimentation tank, and the power motor is connected with a motor controller; still communicate on the lateral wall of sludge settling zone upper end has fore-and-aft intake pipe, and the intake pipe top is higher than the sewage entry of sewage settling tank upper end.

The partition mechanism comprises a power execution part and a partition structure, wherein the power execution part is a steering engine; the partition structure comprises a plurality of plate bodies arranged along the transverse direction, one longitudinal side edge of each plate body is hinged to a horizontally arranged fixed rod, two ends of each fixed rod are fixed to the inner side wall of the sludge settling area, one transverse side edge of each plate body is hinged to a horizontally arranged pull rod, the right end of each pull rod is hinged to a steering engine arm of a steering engine, and after the steering engine arm deflects rightwards, the pull rod moves rightwards, so that each plate body is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and the sewage storage area and the sludge settling area are in a closed state; when the rudder horn deflects leftwards, the pull rod moves leftwards, so that the plate bodies are changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and the sewage storage area and the sludge settling area are communicated.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the embodiment of the invention provides a green building sewage treatment integrated device, which can be used for performing on-site precipitation and disinfection and sterilization treatment on domestic sewage, and treated clean water can be used for green plant irrigation or household toilet flushing and the like. The sewage settling tank can automatically remove silt and discharge sludge with the deposition accumulation reaching a set amount at any time, and can automatically stop the discharge of the sludge when the deposition sludge amount in the sewage settling tank is lower than a set height. The invention reduces the burden of the sewage treatment plant and enables water resources to be recycled.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the embodiment of the invention provides an integrated device for treating sewage of green buildings, comprising a sewage settling tank 1, wherein the sewage settling tank 1 is connected with a clear water treatment tank 16, the sewage settling tank 1 comprises a sewage water storage area 1-1 positioned inside the sewage settling tank and a sludge settling area 1-2 positioned below the sewage water storage area 1-1, a partition mechanism 4 for communicating or closing the two areas is arranged between the sewage storage area 1-1 and the sludge settling area 1-2, a sewage discharge turbine 9 is arranged at the lower end of the sludge settling area 1-2, a sewage outlet 11 is arranged on the bottom of the sludge settling zone 1-2 box below the sewage discharge turbine 9, the settled sludge is pushed towards the sewage outlet 11 when the sewage discharge turbine 9 rotates, the sewage draining outlet 11 is connected with a sewage draining pipe 10, and a sewage draining valve 12 is arranged on the sewage draining pipe 10; the sewage discharge turbine 9 is connected with an output shaft of the power motor 2, the power motor 2 is fixed at the bottom of the sewage settling tank 1, and the power motor 2 is connected with the motor controller 13; the side wall of the upper end of the sludge settling zone 1-2 is also communicated with a longitudinal air inlet pipe 3, and the top end of the air inlet pipe 3 is higher than a sewage inlet 19 at the upper end of the sewage settling tank 1.

Further, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the inner wall of the upper end of the sludge settling zone 1-2 is provided with an upper photoelectric ejector and a lower photoelectric ejector; the partition mechanism 4 comprises a power executing part for opening or closing the partition mechanism 4; the blowoff valve 12 is an electromagnetic valve; the upper photoelectric ejector, the lower photoelectric ejector, the blowdown valve 12, the power execution part and the motor controller 13 are respectively in signal connection with a microprocessor 14, and the microprocessor 14 is electrically connected with a power supply; the upper photoelectric ejector is used for detecting whether the settled sludge reaches the height of the upper photoelectric ejector or not, when the sludge reaches the height of the upper photoelectric ejector, the first light ray 24 emitted from the light emitting end 20 of the upper photoelectric couector is blocked by the sludge and cannot be received by the light receiving end 21 of the upper photoelectric couector, the upper photoelectric radiator sends a shielding signal to the microprocessor 14, and the microprocessor 14 controls the power executing part to close the partition mechanism 4 after receiving the shielding signal, thereby leading the space between the sewage water storage area 1-1 and the sludge settling area 1-2 to be in a closed state, meanwhile, the microprocessor 14 controls the blow-down valve 12 to be in an open state, and controls the motor 2 to rotate through the motor controller 13, so that the blow-down turbine 9 rotates to convey sludge outwards through the blow-down pipe 10; the lower photoelectric correlation device is used for detecting whether the settled sludge is lower than the height of the lower photoelectric correlation device or not, when the sludge is lower than the height of the lower photoelectric correlation device, the second light 25 emitted from the lower photo-electric correlation device light-emitting end 22 is received by the lower photo-electric correlation device light-receiving end 23, the lower photoelectric radiator sends an optical communication signal to the microprocessor 14, and after the microprocessor 14 receives the optical communication signal, the power execution part is controlled to restart the partition mechanism 4, thereby leading the sewage storage area 1-1 and the sludge settling area 1-2 to be in a communicated state, meanwhile, the microprocessor 14 controls the blowdown valve 12 to be in a closed state, so that the blowdown pipe 10 stops conveying sludge outwards, and the motor 2 is controlled by the motor controller 13 to stop rotating, so that the sewage turbine 9 stops rotating.

The sewage settling tank of the embodiment can automatically remove and discharge the sludge which is settled and accumulated to reach the set amount at any time, when the amount of the precipitated sludge in the sewage settling tank is lower than the set height, the sludge discharge can be automatically stopped, the partition mechanism can reduce the disturbance to the water body above the sludge blanket in the sludge discharge process as much as possible, the aim of discharging the sludge at any time under the condition of not emptying the water body in the sludge settling tank can be well fulfilled, the precipitation and pollution discharge efficiency is improved, in the sludge discharging process, not only can the water body be supplemented to the sludge settling zone without disturbance gradually through the partition mechanism with the gap, but also the necessary air can be supplemented to the sludge settling zone through the air inlet pipe to avoid the negative pressure state of the sludge settling zone, thereby removing the sludge with as little disturbance of the water body to the sludge settling zone as possible.

Further, referring to fig. 2, the partition mechanism 4 includes a power executing part and a partition structure, and the power executing part is a steering engine 4-4; the partition structure comprises a plurality of plate bodies 4-1 which are arranged along the transverse direction, one longitudinal side edge of each plate body 4-1 is hinged to a horizontally arranged fixed rod 4-2, two ends of each fixed rod 4-2 are fixed on the inner side wall of the sludge settling area 1-2, one transverse side edge of each plate body 4-1 is hinged to a horizontally arranged pull rod 4-3, the right end of each pull rod 4-3 is hinged to a steering engine arm of a steering engine 4-4, and after the steering engine arm deflects rightwards, the pull rod 4-3 moves rightwards, so that each plate body 4-1 is changed from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and the sewage storage area 1-1 and the sludge settling area 1-2 are in a closed state; when the rudder horn deflects leftwards, the pull rod 4-3 moves leftwards, so that each plate body 4-1 is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and the sewage storage area 1-1 and the sludge settling area 1-2 are in a communicated state.

Furthermore, when each plate body 4-1 of the partition mechanism 4 is in a horizontal state, a permeable gap is reserved between two adjacent plate bodies 4-1 instead of a completely closed state, and water above a sludge layer of the sludge settling zone 1-2 can be gradually supplemented through the permeable gap in the process of discharging sludge, in the process of supplementing water, because each plate body 4-1 of the partition mechanism mainly plays a role in preventing a large amount of water in the sewage water storage zone 1-1 from rushing into the sludge settling zone 1-2 under the rotation of the sewage discharge turbine 9 to form large water flow disturbance to rush away the sludge layer, and in addition, the air inlet pipe 3 communicated with the sludge settling zone 1-2 also plays a similar role in air supplement to avoid negative pressure.

Further, the number of the sewage discharge ports 11 is multiple, each sewage discharge port 11 is connected with a sewage discharge pipe 10, and a sewage discharge valve 12 is arranged on each sewage discharge pipe 10. Sludge can be discharged through a plurality of sewage pipes 10 simultaneously or part of the sewage valves 12 can be closed, and sludge can be discharged through part of the sewage pipes 10.

Furthermore, an obliquely arranged impurity filtering screen plate 5 is fixed at the lower end of the sewage storage area 1-1, an impurity discharge port 8 is further formed in the side wall of the sewage storage area 1-1, which is located at the lower end of the impurity filtering screen plate 5, and a closed door is arranged on the impurity discharge port 8. Large sundries can be fed through the sundry filter screen plate 5, and the sundries which are accumulated on the sundry filter screen plate 5 and slide to the lower end of the sundry filter screen plate can be cleaned regularly through the sundry outlet 8.

Further, a clean water outlet 17 is arranged on the side wall of the sewage water storage area 1-1 of the sewage settling tank 1, and the clean water outlet 17 is connected with a clean water treatment tank 16 through a clean water conveying pipe 15; the clear water treatment tank 16 is used for disinfecting and sterilizing the settled clear water, and the clear water treatment tank 16 is also provided with a clear water outlet 18 for outputting the treated clear water. In conclusion, the integrated device for treating the green building sewage can be used for performing on-site precipitation and disinfection and sterilization treatment on the domestic sewage, and the treated clean water can be used for green plant irrigation or household toilet flushing and the like. The sewage settling tank can automatically clear and discharge sludge with the sediment accumulation reaching a set amount at any time, and can automatically stop the discharge of the sludge when the quantity of the sediment sludge in the sewage settling tank is lower than a set height. The invention reduces the burden of the sewage treatment plant and enables water resources to be recycled.
