4) when the temperature of the crude gas outlet is low (t is more than 450 ℃ and less than or equal to 500 ℃), automatically alarming, parallelly locking an electric regulating valve at the water inlet of the riser heat exchanger, automatically controlling the opening degree to be reduced by the electric regulating valve, and stopping the action of the electric regulating valve and keeping the opening degree until the temperature of the crude gas outlet is recovered to a normal value;

5) when the temperature of the crude gas outlet is low (t is less than or equal to 450 ℃), an alarm is automatically given, the electric regulating valve at the water inlet of the riser heat exchanger is cut off by the parallel lock, and the electric regulating valve stops acting and keeps the opening degree until the temperature of the crude gas outlet is recovered to a normal value;

6) when the regulating valve is in fault, the regulating valve is kept in the original position, and an alarm signal is sent out.

Background

The waste heat utilization technology of the coke oven ascending pipe is mature day by day, is gradually applied to various coking enterprises, and has great significance for the enterprises to improve the energy utilization rate. The temperature of the raw gas at the outlet of the coke oven carbonization chamber is about 650-850 ℃, the raw gas enters a coke oven riser heat exchanger to exchange heat with deoxygenated water, and the temperature of the raw gas after heat exchange is reduced to 400-550 ℃.

At present, one of the reasons that the coke oven riser waste heat utilization technology is not applied on a large scale is that the temperature of a crude gas outlet is not suitable to be controlled, the temperature of the crude gas outlet is too low in the operation process, tar is formed on the inner wall of a riser heat exchanger, when the condensed tar is burnt by open fire in a coke oven, a phenomenon of black smoke generation visible to the naked eye can be generated, slag is generated in the gas after cooling, the heat exchange efficiency of the riser is influenced, the quality of the crude gas in a downstream chemical production section is also influenced, certain pressure can be caused to environment-friendly production, and potential safety hazards are caused. Generally, the crude gas outlet temperature of the ascension pipe of the coke oven is maintained to be more than 450 ℃, so that the phenomenon of tar or slag formation can be effectively prevented.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a device and a process for interlocking and controlling the temperature of a crude gas outlet of a heat exchanger of a coke oven ascending pipe, which can monitor the temperature of the crude gas outlet of the heat exchanger of the ascending pipe on line, and can interlock and act with a water inlet regulating valve of the heat exchanger of the ascending pipe by using a temperature signal to control the flow of a water inlet and ensure the stable operation of a system.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The coke oven ascending pipe heat exchanger adopts a vertical pipe sleeve type coke oven ascending pipe heat exchanger, low-pressure steam is produced by utilizing the sensible heat of coke oven crude gas, the inlet temperature of the crude gas is 650-850 ℃ before heat exchange, and the outlet temperature of the crude gas is 400-550 ℃ after heat exchange.

The temperature upper disc indicator has the functions of indicating, interlocking and alarming.

The regulating valve adopts an electric regulating valve and selects an intelligent pressure transmitter with a PID control function.

A raw coke oven gas outlet temperature interlocking control process of a coke oven riser heat exchanger comprises the following steps:

1) raw gas from a coke oven at 650-850 ℃ enters a coke oven riser heat exchanger to exchange heat with deoxygenated water, the temperature of the raw gas after heat exchange is 400-550 ℃, and the deoxygenated water is changed into a gas-water mixture;

2) setting the raw gas outlet temperature to 3 thresholds:

6) when the regulating valve is in fault, the regulating valve is kept in the original position, and an alarm signal is sent out.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) according to the interlocking control process for the crude gas outlet temperature of the coke oven riser heat exchanger, the crude gas outlet temperature of the riser heat exchanger can be monitored on line, the temperature signal and the water inlet adjusting valve of the riser heat exchanger are interlocked to control the flow of the water inlet, the heat exchange quantity of the riser heat exchanger is adjusted, the automatic control of the crude gas outlet temperature of the riser heat exchanger is realized, and the debugging operation of the oven top is reduced;

2) the temperature of the crude gas outlet of the coke oven riser is automatically adjusted within a normal value range, so that the phenomenon of tar deposition on the inner wall of the coke oven riser heat exchanger or slag deposition in the crude gas is prevented, and the phenomenon of black smoke emission in the production process of the coke oven is reduced;

3) the heat exchanger of the ascending pipe of the coke oven can be ensured to operate stably, the quality of crude gas in a downstream chemical production section is improved, and a certain effect is achieved on protecting the production environment of the coke oven.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in figure 1, the interlocking control device for the temperature of the crude gas outlet of the coke oven ascending tube heat exchanger comprises a coke oven ascending tube heat exchanger 1, wherein the coke oven ascending tube heat exchanger is provided with a deoxygenated water inlet, a crude gas inlet, a steam-water outlet and a crude gas outlet.

The coke oven ascension pipe heat exchanger 1 adopts a vertical pipe sleeve type coke oven ascension pipe heat exchanger, low-pressure steam is produced by utilizing sensible heat of coke oven crude gas, the temperature of a crude gas inlet before heat exchange is 650-850 ℃, and the temperature of a crude gas outlet after heat exchange is 400-550 ℃.

The raw gas outlet is sequentially provided with a temperature upper disc indicator 5 and a local thermometer 6. The temperature disc indicator 6 has the functions of indicating, interlocking and alarming, and two temperature thresholds of L, LL are set: low value (t is more than 450 ℃ and less than or equal to 500 ℃); low value (t is less than or equal to 450 ℃).

The deoxidization water inlet sets up the governing valve group, and the governing valve group is first gate valve 3, governing valve 2 and second gate valve 3 in proper order, and the choke valve 4 is established to the bypass. The regulating valve 2 adopts an electric regulating valve and selects an intelligent pressure transmitter with a PID control function. The temperature upper disc indicator 5 is connected with the deaerated water inlet regulating valve 2 and is in parallel locking action to regulate the opening degree of the regulating valve 2 or cut off the regulating valve.

A raw coke oven gas outlet temperature interlocking control process of a coke oven riser heat exchanger comprises the following steps:

1) raw gas from a coke oven at 650-850 ℃ enters a coke oven ascending tube heat exchanger 1 to exchange heat with deoxygenated water, the temperature of the raw gas after heat exchange is 400-550 ℃, and the deoxygenated water is changed into a gas-water mixture;

2) setting the raw gas outlet temperature to 3 thresholds:

normal value t > 500 ℃;

t is more than 450 ℃ and less than or equal to 500 ℃;

the low value t is less than or equal to 450 ℃;

3) when the temperature of the raw gas outlet is normal (t is more than 500 ℃), no action is taken;

4) when the temperature of the crude gas outlet is low (t is more than 450 ℃ and less than or equal to 500 ℃), the temperature upper disc indicator 6 automatically gives an alarm, the electric regulating valve 2 at the water inlet of the riser heat exchanger is locked in parallel, the opening degree of the electric regulating valve 2 is automatically controlled to be reduced, and the electric regulating valve 2 stops acting and keeps the opening degree until the temperature of the crude gas outlet is recovered to a normal value;

5) when the temperature of the raw gas outlet is low (t is less than or equal to 450 ℃), the temperature disc indicator 6 automatically alarms, the electric regulating valve 2 at the water inlet of the riser heat exchanger is cut off by the parallel lock, and the electric regulating valve 2 stops acting and keeps the opening degree until the temperature of the raw gas outlet is recovered to a normal value;

6) when the regulating valve 2 fails, the valve is kept in the original position, and an alarm signal is sent out.

The invention relates to a raw coke oven gas outlet temperature interlocking control process of a coke oven riser heat exchanger, which is suitable for recycling waste heat of a coke oven riser and waste heat of raw coke oven gas of other similar working media, and has the following advantages:

1. the automatic control of the temperature of the crude gas outlet of the ascending pipe heat exchanger is realized, and the complicated manual debugging work of the top of the coke oven is greatly reduced.

2. The device can prevent tar or coal gas from slagging on the inner wall of the ascending tube heat exchanger of the coke oven, prolong the service life of the ascending tube, ensure the stable operation of the ascending tube heat exchanger of the coke oven, improve the quality of crude gas in the downstream chemical production section and play a certain role in protecting the ecological environment.
