Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of permanent magnet flexible transmission equipment, and particularly relates to a disc type air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch.

Background

The existing permanent magnetic clutch adopts a flange surface supporting structure as a fixing mode, the length of a cantilever of a magnetic disk part is long, and the supporting stability is poor. The original release bearings are angular contact ball bearings used in pairs, the size of the occupied axial space is large, the cantilever structure is overlong, and the requirements on stability and bearings are severe.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a disc type air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch to solve the technical problem that a cantilever structure of a permanent magnet clutch is too long.

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, comprising: the four-point contact type clutch comprises a base, a clutch shell, a shaft, a guide pin shaft, a bearing seat, a four-point contact ball bearing, a hydraulic cylinder and a magnetic transmission connecting assembly; the clutch shell is fixed on the base; a first support bearing; the first support bearing is arranged at the first end part of the clutch shell; a second support bearing; the second support bearing is mounted at the second end of the clutch housing; the shaft is mounted within the clutch housing by a first support bearing and a second support bearing; the guide pin shaft freely moves in a pin shaft seat fixed on the clutch shell; the bearing seat is arranged at the end part of the shaft and corresponds to the second end part of the clutch shell; the bearing seat is installed and connected with the clutch shell through a guide pin shaft; the four-point contact ball bearing is arranged between the bearing block and the shaft; the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the clutch shell, and the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the bearing seat; the magnetic transmission connecting assembly is arranged at the end part of the shaft, and the distance between the magnetic transmission connecting assembly and the second supporting bearing is smaller than that between the magnetic transmission connecting assembly and the first supporting bearing.

According to the disc type air-cooling permanent magnet flexible clutch, the number of the hydraulic cylinders is two, and the hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically connected to the bearing block.

The disk type air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch is characterized in that the number of the guide pin shafts is two, and the guide pin shafts are connected in a pin shaft seat fixed in the clutch shell in the up-down direction; the left and right positions of the hydraulic cylinder are symmetrically connected to the bearing seat.

The disk type air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch is provided with a novel separation driving mechanism, and the four-point angular contact bearing is adopted, so that the length of the separation mechanism is shortened, and further, the cantilever length of a shaft for supporting a magnetic rotor disk is shortened.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a disc air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The examples described herein are specific embodiments of the present invention, are intended to be illustrative and exemplary in nature, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. In addition to the embodiments described herein, those skilled in the art will be able to employ other technical solutions which are obvious based on the disclosure of the claims and the specification of the present application, and these technical solutions include technical solutions which make any obvious replacement or modification for the embodiments described herein.

The drawings in the present specification are schematic views to assist in explaining the concept of the present invention, and schematically show the shapes of respective portions and their mutual relationships. It is noted that the drawings are not necessarily to the same scale so as to clearly illustrate the structures of the various elements of the embodiments of the invention. Fig. 1-3 illustrate a disc air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch according to one embodiment of the present invention, which includes: the four-point contact type clutch comprises a base 1, a clutch shell 5, a shaft 3, a guide pin shaft 2, a bearing seat 7, a four-point contact ball bearing 8, a hydraulic cylinder 11 and a magnetic transmission connecting assembly; the clutch shell 5 is fixed on the base 1; a first support bearing 4; the first support bearing 4 is mounted at a first end of the clutch housing 5; a second support bearing 6; a second support bearing 6 is mounted at a second end of the clutch housing 5; the shaft 3 is mounted in a clutch housing 5 by means of a first support bearing 4 and a second support bearing 6; the guide pin shaft 2 freely moves in a pin shaft 3 seat fixed on the clutch shell 5; a bearing seat 7 is mounted on the end of the shaft 3, corresponding to the second end of the clutch housing 5; the bearing seat 7 is installed and connected with the clutch shell 5 through the guide pin shaft 2; the four-point contact ball bearing 8 is arranged between the bearing seat 7 and the shaft 3; the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is fixedly connected with the clutch shell 5, and a hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is connected with the bearing seat 7; the magnetic transmission connecting assembly is arranged at the end part of the shaft 3, and the distance between the magnetic transmission connecting assembly and the second supporting bearing 6 is less than that between the magnetic transmission connecting assembly and the first supporting bearing 4.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk-type air-cooled permanent-magnet flexible clutch, the number of the hydraulic cylinders 11 is two, and the hydraulic cylinders 11 are symmetrically connected to the bearing seat 7.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disc type air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the number of the guide pin shafts 2 is two, and the guide pin shafts 2 are connected in the pin shaft 3 seats fixed in the clutch housing 5 in the up-down direction; the hydraulic cylinders 11 are symmetrically connected to the bearing supports 7 in the left-right direction.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disc air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the disc air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch further comprises an ear plate 12; the ear plate 12 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the clutch housing 5; the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is fixedly connected with the lug plate 12.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the magnetic drive connection assembly comprises a disk assembly 9 and a conductor disk assembly 10; the disc assembly 9 is mounted on the shaft 3 at the end of the shaft 3; the distance between the disc assembly 9 and the second support bearing 6 is smaller than the distance between the disc assembly and the first support bearing 4; conductor disc assembly 10 is arranged in cooperation with disc assembly 9.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the disk assembly 9 comprises two disks arranged at intervals, and the conductor disk assembly 10 comprises conductor disks arranged at intervals; the disc assembly 9 is arranged between the conductor discs; and the outer side of the conductor disc is provided with a radiating fin.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the magnetic drive connection assembly comprises a disk assembly 9 and a conductor disk assembly 10; the conductor disc assembly 10 is mounted on the shaft 3 at the end of the shaft 3; the conductor disc assembly 10 is at a distance from the second support bearing 6 that is less than the distance from the first support bearing 4; the disc assembly 9 is arranged in cooperation with the conductor disc assembly 10.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the disk assembly 9 comprises two disks arranged at intervals, and the conductor disk assembly 10 comprises conductor disks arranged at intervals; conductor disc assembly 10 is disposed between the discs; and the inner side of the conductor disc is provided with radiating fins.

In a further preferred embodiment of the disk air-cooled permanent magnet flexible clutch, the axial connection length of the support plate to the clutch housing 5 is greater than 1/2 of the axial length of the clutch housing 5. In a preferred embodiment, the axial connection length of the support plate to the clutch housing is from one end of the clutch housing to the other. In this embodiment, the support plate is spaced from the two sections of the clutch housing by a length of 5cm to 10cm, as shown in figure 2. Through being as an organic whole with backup pad and clutch housing fixed connection to improved clutch housing at casing axial direction's support length, to the magnetism transmission coupling assembling of axle head portion, reduced the length of cantilever, improved the stability to cantilever support, thereby avoided because the cantilever overlength and the equipment wearing and tearing that lead to and damage.
